I loveeeee this place!!! The shrimp aguachile is sooo good!! I haven't bought anything else from here, only this, but IT IS SO DELICIOUS that I don't want to try anything else cause every time I come here I am craving this! I highly recommend this spot if you are into aguachile. The only warning I will give is if you can't handle spice, you should get the mild and get the spicy sauce on the side. They drench the spicy sauce with the aguachile so it is realllly spicy. Just a heads-up!

I'm so glad to be living in the San Fernando Valley which I consider to be a Mecca for foodies like me. New businesses sprouting continuously, be it part of big chain restaurants, small businesses, food vendors, or food trucks. Mariscos Mazatleco is one of the newer food trucks out in the valley. They actually have two trucks, one located by Reseda Park and the other one by the old Toys R'Us in Sherman Way. I went to the one by Reseda park. The truck is pretty new and they do provide tables and chairs setup by the pool area of the park. I came here expecting to try the marlin tacos and shrimp empanada. Unfortunately, empanadas weren't available so I asked for a shrimp taco instead. The marlin taco was pretty good but was disappointed with the shrimp taco. I was hoping for fresh shrimps on it but what I got are shrimp poppers that were really tiny and coated with a lot of batter. Also I saw some taco pics with slices of avocado on top but I didn't get any of that.

Saw this advertised on an app and lucked out. Tried two marlin tacos and expected them to be traditional fish tacos. But what I got was a huge amount of well seasoned marlin fish inside a double tortilla with cheese in the middle. well worth the $4 each. The hearty tacos were topped with avocado and delicious sauces. They were much larger than regular street tacos and two was enough for a meal for me. Notes: - Because it's not your simple taco truck, allow a little extra time for the beautiful presentation. - Knowing a bit of Spanish will help you read the menu.

If your looking to get rotten avocado and veined shrimp, come here. Recommended by a friend and it's a no for me

Food is great, one of my go to places for good mariscos in the valley. Shrimp is fresh and sauce has a good flavor. Definitely recommend.

Since it was a group visit, we ended up tasting almost everything on the menu--and every single item impressed us. We started with pani puri, which was fresh, tangy, and full of that classic street-food punch. The chili chicken was crispy and spicy with great flavor, while the hakka noodles were well seasoned and comforting. The jhol momos were rich and flavorful, and the steamed momos were juicy, soft, and perfectly cooked--simple and delicious. One of the biggest highlights was their new addition: Maggi. It was hands down the best--pure nostalgia in a bowl and exactly the kind of comfort food you crave. And for me, the clear winner was the loaded fries--crispy, generously topped, and absolutely addictive. I loved them and would happily go back just for those. Even though it's a food truck, it gives you the perfect feel of enjoying authentic snacks and momos, just like true street food should. The food was fresh, portions were generous, and service was quick and friendly. If you're craving authentic Himalayan flavors, comforting momos, and nostalgic snacks, Himalaya Momos is a must-try.
