Tried for the first time. Tried T he taco asada, the green sauce, the valley burrito. Though they fell flat as a combination. The quality of the asada, I have mixed feelings because some bites were good and some had to be disposed. The valley burrito is a waste. Literally. I ordered it because of the high rating, but pieces were raw and burnt at the same time. HOW??? I doubt I will reorder, perhaps. The tacos were good though spotty over-salted. The sauces were salty too and the combination landed flat. I think they may have used table salt. The packing was not conducive to travel/delivery. The salsa containers opened. The paper wrapping was covered w salsa seeping into the burrito. Ok no problem. The delivery bag leaked because there was so much liquid. The packaging was perhaps appropriate for leftovers ... but definitely not for delivery. I'll have to check out the actual restaurant to be helpful. I've not eaten at a truck stop... but this is what I imagine would be the flavor combination. Did I wake up on the wrong side of the bed? I'd never written this type of review. This IS THE most disgusting taco stand I ever visited. Last night me and my partner stopped by to grab some tacos. Despite the fact that the place was already giving extremely poor hygiene, because there was a guy washing dishes on the floor with three buckets, one with water, one with soap, and one to rinse the soaped dishes. Fast and delicious tacos from this taco stand! I recommend quesotacos or their sopes! Great comfort food to fulfill your taco cravings lol. I like the cabeza meat that they offer. Prices are typical and fair, and I don't mind it because they are a small business. I am not sure when they close, but they start at 5pm at the corner of the gas station. A plus is that they also take card if don't have cash on hand. Parking situation - may need to get creative since the stand shares space with the gas station. That sounded perfect to me. I do not eat rice or any other none foods that normally comes with Burritos. Well, what do you know? I come back to my office and BAM!!!!! Rice!!! Mostly rice. Where is the beef?? And who the hell put rice in it?? The discrimination doesn't say rice. So, $30,66 later, I threw the food away. This is how it is. They just give you rice. Almost no meat. One of the best tacos I have ever eaten in my life. I didn't expect much but oh boy where they GOOD. I got the asada tacos with cilantro, lettuce, and onion and they provided me with this creamy spicy green sauce that was highly addicting and really added to the flavor. The fries (hand-cut) were very soggy, had to put them in the air fryer. My asada tacos were better than the al pastor quesotaco, I couldn't finish it. The fries version is way better than the regular one with the sides imho. The tacos are also great. I've tried the asada and adobada tacos and they're great.
