    two bowls of food

I owe this business an apology for not reviewing sooner! I LOVE the food here, been coming for about 4 years now. It is one of my favorite mariscos spots and I get down with the food every single time I come. Their tostadas de aguachiles de camaron, de mango, ceviche de camaron, tacos de pescado, marlin, camaron- all of it is 10 out of 10 out of 10; so d*mn delicous. Service is nice, they take cash or credit card, pull up and park behind the truck or in the Food 4 Less parking lot, and order your take out food to your heart's content. Do not hold back! I really do love this place and cannot rave about it enough. I hope you give them a try!

Taste wise, it was good. However I feel as if it were over priced. We got to go, and the portions were just way off. Very little for what you are paying for. I got the aguachiles verdes and it was $20. The service was great however. the tostadas were so good! definitely over priced

Found this gem as I was scrolling on instagram & I had to try it! I got a tostada de aguachile rojo & a shrimp and fish taco. Everything was just so freshly made! The aguachile was so refreshing and the salsa was just so tasty not to spicy or too mild but just right. The tacos were phenomenal, very soft and full of flavor. I love the green salsita they give with the tacos. The ladies that were working were very nice & helpful. Definitely a bang for your buck! I am most definitely coming back!

It comes with Abulone & Octopus and they do not play! Hella worth it! I never had black sauce before coming here, I don't know what's in it but it's BOMB! The Carrusel de Camarón was good too. There's so many other things on the menu I want to try. I'll be back for sure. Also everyone who works here is so nice. They have sports on the tv's & good music. It's the kind of place that feels alive, where every detail makes you want to sit back, relax, and savor every second. They have live music (Banda), if you don't mind being in a loud environment or if you want calm environment you can eat outside. The service? IMPECCABLE. Attentive without hovering, friendly without being forced, and genuinely invested in making sure everything is perfect. You feel welcomed, taken care of, and honestly spoiled. Now let's talk about the real stars: the aguachiles Spicy in the BEST possible way, bold, fresh, and unapologetically intense. The heat hits you just right, balanced perfectly with citrus and freshness. Every bite wakes up your soul and keeps you going back for more. If you love spice, this is pure heaven. And the Agua de pepino with a Tajín rim? LIFE-CHANGING. Refreshing, crisp, perfectly sweet, and that Tajín rim takes it to another level. Hands down the best agua fresca I've ever had, cooling the spice while still stealing the show. This place doesn't just earn 5 stars, it demands them. Flavor, vibe, service, and drinks all come together flawlessly. If you haven't been here yet, you're seriously missing out. I'll be back again and again.

A Hidden Gem for Fresh Seafood & Family Vibes!…read more We visited Marisco Corona as a party of six--four adults and two toddlers (under 3)--and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Despite it being a busy spot, we were seated right away, which is a huge plus when you have little ones in tow! The Drinks & Starters We started with the Horchata and the Pineapple Water (Agua de Piña). Both were refreshing, authentic, and clearly made with care. If you like traditional Mexican drinks, these are a must-try. The Food Everything we ordered was packed with flavor and felt incredibly fresh. A standout for us was the homemade corn tortillas--you can really taste the difference! Our table shared: * Mojarra & Pescado al Mojo de Ajo: Perfectly cooked and seasoned. * Lobster Plate: Succulent and generous. * Surf & Turf Tacos: These were a highlight! Loaded with carne asada and creamy guacamole, then topped with perfectly grilled shrimp. Each plate comes with rice, beans, and a side salad, but they are super flexible--we were able to substitute fries for the rice and beans on some plates, which is great for picky eaters or just a change of pace. Service & Atmosphere The restaurant is tucked away in a shopping center, so parking was easy to find, which takes the stress out of the arrival. Even though the dining room was buzzing and busy, our waitress was incredibly nice and the entire staff was well-attended to our needs. Bottom line: If you're looking for delicious, flavorful seafood in a family-friendly environment, Marisco Corona is the place to go. We will definitely be back!

We started off with some oysters which are $2.50 each and wow, they were huge and fresh! So delicious, they weren't stingy with the limes either. Also, what's up with the Coke Zero machine lol. They got a bad batch of syrup but management won't change it. Service was good though! Staff was friendly and the place was kept up pretty good.

That side is named Kusina Ni Kuya and has a vast catering menu. I came here for a carry out from the Cajun side and picked as I did before, the half pound shrimp. The only difference is this time, I opted for the peeled version. This was prepared in the house Kuya sauce, medium spicy, with an extra of boiled okra. The dish did not disappoint and was consistent in texture and flavor, and a glorious mixture of spices as before. This entrée has a lot of oil added to it, but that is what brings out this burst of taste and satisfaction. Everything was soaked with the thick sauce. This time what I did at home was, I boiled a few golden premium small potatoes with skin, sliced them into quarters and added it to the mix. Once it soaked up the gravy of the shrimp dish, the potatoes ascended to a totally different level. So how does the peeled version compare to the whole shrimp version? I would say that the whole shrimp selection is the way to go. The meat is not overcooked and you get the flavor off the shrimp shells too, that kicks it up more than a notch. In addition, the fact that you have to use your fingers to get to the shrimp meat (though messy), heightens the pleasure of the dining experience.

That didn't include any sides either, I had to pay extra to add corn and potatoes. I also ordered garlic bread on the side, and it was the worst garlic bread I've ever had. It was soft, soggy, and had absolutely no crunch to it. The kids' chicken tender meal only came with two very small pieces of chicken. I was expecting more for the price. There was only one staff member serving the entire restaurant, and you could tell she was getting overwhelmed. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience, and for spending almost $200, I did not leave satisfied.
