Great staff and the food was plentiful and tasty. No horchata, but the tacos de camarones, tacos de pescado, caldo 7 mares and flan for dessert hit the spot. We had the whole place to ourselves. Sulema was a great server.

You may find it strange that a land-locked state has tasty seafood but here you have it, a defiance of expectations. The shrimp ceviche tostada I had was absolutely lip-smacking. Tart, sweet, savory and addictive. I could have eaten a dozen. Only thing is that it is a mess to eat! All those delicious juices threaten the structural integrity of the tostada and everything collapses in an embarrassing splash. But that won't stop me from eating it. I also got a small seven seas soup which was way more substantial than I thought it would be. There's about a pound and a half of seafood packed into a small bowl and drenched in a delicious fish broth (which is not fishy at all). For my taste there was a little too much octopus and not enough shrimp but all the components were tender. I also saw some of the seafood cocktails coming out of the kitchen and they looked phenomenal. Next time... The walls of the restaurant are decorated in 3D relief of oceans and mountains but somehow makes everything more cozy than campy. The service was efficient and friendly. If you don't speak Spanish, you are likely to be the only one speaking English with the waitresses but everyone will be friendly about your deficiency. When you're ready to pay, just saunter up to the counter. A pleasant surprise for sure. Might become one of my Tucson staples.

Well there are 6 of these in Tucson. I understand the owners are related? But they are owned by different people. So you will find both some variations in menu and some changes in the actual dishes themselves. Well the table was really sticky and they needed to boost the air conditioning. We were the only table at 7 pm and then a few other tables strolled in. My partner's fish tacos were good and we both liked the sauce - nice and a bit spicy. My whole fish with garlic was okay - a strange mix of over cooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. It came with a huge salad and french fries. I will not order it again. The place needs a good deep cleaning.

Amazing shrimp tacos and shrimp culichi. The service has been amazing and very fast. Homemade lemonade. By far best location in Tucson.

Have I finally found the promised land of fish tacos in Tucson? I think so…read more La Palma may be the closest experience in Tucson to the Baja fish tacos I could find throughout Southern California. Their big white food trailer is topped with a large blue tarp that shades a comfortable seating area. The location is kiddy corner from a gleaming white church at the opposite side of the intersection. In a short time, La Palma has become my go-to for fish tacos because the quality is consistent and they know how to dress the tacos with the right combination of flavors. Additionally, they make a mean horchata that compliments the meal perfectly. I'm probably in the wrong crowds because I have not heard other people mention La Palma while praising quite lesser places. I don't get it. All I can say is that for those SoCal folks who are passing through Tucson and are hankering for good fish tacos, pull up to La Palma and be overjoyed. P.S. The folks here are very nice and welcoming.

Service...superb, always feel welcomed, helpful and accomodating. 5 stars Food...interesting...some that i have had is stellar, some not. The breading on the fried shrimps is excessive, in my opinion. Just had the grilled fish quesedilla, and it was outstanding...cheese, garlicky, lots of fish..will have again...but I didn't care for the fish tacos. The cooked shrimp tostada is a winner 4 stars.

Nestled a bit further down from Cobra Arcade at the front corner of the street it's on, just walk a bit further and you'll find CRUDA. Not a huge place, maybe about 8 or so actual tables, it's a quaint little spot that's surrounded by many other places that are a bit larger but not necessarily better since the other spots are just so crowded particularly at night. If you want a nicer spot to kick back and unwind, you definitely want to try out this spot first. The night we were there they had live music playing too, and since he spot is smaller but had decently taller ceiling, the sounds and acoustics in there actually wasn't bad. Nice to have someone jamming while you have a bite and a drink. The drinks here were sort of hit or miss for me. The drink I got wasn't bad, the drink my friend got was not good. A couple of drinks others got were also hit or miss. I think the cocktails here are just mediocre. The shots here were a bit pricey, but beggars can't be choosers perhaps. Food here was pretty good. Personal favorite, especially for the drinking crowd, that calamari basket was amazing. Came out piping hot and oh so tasty and perfectly fried. Compared to that hot mess of a fried calamari I had at JA Curry Ramen before, this was leaps and bounds ahead. Just a nice spot to be in if you're looking for more lowkey spots here, and one that isn't awful just because it's quieter for, different reasons. Would recommend.

Ours was 1/2 that size x2. 2, 1/2 corn on cob not 2 full cobs as expected, but 1 cut in half. What a total rip off and false advertising!!! We complained the minute we saw how small the KING crab was. About 10 inches long total with about 3/4 inch in diameter in shell! Now I have had king crab before and the legs were at least 2 feet in length not 10". We went home hungry and $104.00 less in our pockets. Manager was our server and only gave us 10% off! This does even cover the cost of the sausages we paid for but never got. WE ARE NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN AND NOT RECOMMENDING!

The staff was friendly and welcoming while we waited, and they made sure our order was complete except for a side of chips, which wasn't a big deal since they provided plenty of tostadas. The server even went the extra mile by including small containers of our favorite hot sauce, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, once we got home, we noticed the Camarón Culichi wasn't quite up to the standard we've come to expect from Mariscos Chihuahua. The Culichi sauce was much thinner than usual, and the quality and portion of the shrimp seemed to have changed. There were only a few shrimp in the dish, and they were noticeably smaller than what we've received during previous visits. The shrimp ceviche was still enjoyable, although the flavor also seemed a little different than usual. Overall, it was still a delicious meal, and we'll definitely be back because we've always had great experiences here. We just hope this was an isolated experience and not a sign that the restaurant's quality is changing.
