Majority of the time it's great, good food and drinks, super cute all around. The service on a good night is slow, especially when your table doesn't have a server. We waited 45 minutes with no one asking for even a drink order and then finally someone in charge asked if we were having a good time to which we responded with we hadn't been helped yet. The food was okay. But, the wait was rediculous. Dont go unless you plan to spend a LOT of time there. In their defence, this time there were only two gals waiting tables. But, it also was not very busy. It made us remember that we had previously said we did not need to go back there again. We remembered we had said that before because of how long it took also. I want to start out by saying very seldom have I wrote a not so good review. I usually just don't review a restaurant if it's not my favorite because my taste and someone else's can be different. Today we went to Margarita Factory in Gresham. We each ordered a cocktail, Lemon Drop with Grey Goose Vodka. We knew it would cost more than well vodka when ordering, but when we reviewed the printed bill we were charged $12 for Grey Goose and $3 for Lemon Drop. Their drink menu prices do not reflect they separate the alcohol from what is added to make the drink plus the server didn't mention this when ordering. I asked our server and she replied we do that for all drinks, even if it's a well liquor you are charged $ for the liquor and we add an additional $ amount for the cocktail ingredients. I find this to be a little deceiving that Margarita Factory doesn't print this information on the cocktail menu. In all my years of dining out I have never been to a restaurant that uses this same process. Plus they charged a service fee. And the food really was just mediocre at best. I still left a great tip since it's not the servers fault. read more

This is the only sit down restaurant we're comfortable at right now during "this time" They have done a fantastic job of spreading out tables, walking people carefully to the tables, wearing masks at all times, great signs up as reminders, wide walkways between all areas, and they may be a bit obsessive over cleaning the tables and chairs but that's way better than not doing it. And so many tv screens! And beer. Lots of beer. And the entire crew is unremittingly cheery, accommodating, and just downright lovely. We tried to check out a couple of our other favourite eat-in places but were so uncomfortable with their COVID response we had to leave one, and the other one we just can't go back to as they were so casual about masks etc. read more

Place is very NICE but she has zero business being the face of this place. Mayne go back to McDonlads with that service. I ate lunch here Sunday and I must say, the food was excellent!! The Margarita was wonderful! I've eaten at other locations and I must say what a wonderful and friendly lady who waited on us! Warning this restaurant is not black people friendly ! Me and my family entered from the door closest to where we parked and were scolded and told that is not how normal customers enter by a server. We were the only black people there so it was already pretty uncomfortable but we were hungry and really wanted to try the drinks. After no help from the server we find the host stand and are sat . The hostess was really nice ! But once we are sat we realize the same person who scolded us is our server and he must've noticed as well because we sat there for 30 mins as we watched him take the orders of people who came after us. While we were still ignored. Everybody had drinks and food while we still had chips and salsa that the hostess sat us with. After seeing this we left. Obviously this place allows their employees to treat minorities with inequality. read more

Decided to check this place out with a friend for lunch. The server was pleasant, but slow. Their friends came in significantly after us and were served at the same time, not impressed. The food is expensive for what it is. We were excited to start with the chucky guacamole. I hate overprocessed guac, so it was nice to have a hearty version. This was not that. It was just cubed avocado and wasn't the best on flavor. Had to pay more for "deluxe" for my tostada. If a meal is ordered deluxe I expect enough for BOTH menu items, although I really expect a tostada to have more than beans, cheese, and lettuce anyway. Tostada was a total mess. It was served on a very small tortilla. I've never actually seen one served on such a small shell. It was actually weird how tiny it was. Clearly they put it on the plate and just toss ingredients on top because I kind of had to dig to find it under lettuce, etc. Otherwise food was mediocre. It's okay, but you can get better food for a better price pretty much anywhere else. read more

Oh my, extremely overpriced and everything is broken. Broken tables, broken chairs, broken dishes, there are not enough coasters in this world to balance out this places wobbly legs. We ordered the $9 guacamole, it came with 3 chips, I am not gonna eat it by the spoonful.....we had to ask a manager for our chips and salsas. The guacamole also came on a screaming hot plate with broken corners, we ate carefully but about half way through it the guacamole had turned black from the heat. Our margaritas took 20 minutes, I saw a couple arrive after us, order the same drinks after us and they were served theirs first. Dinner arrived, my husband cleaned his plate like always but only said that we wouldn't be coming back. I ordered the sky, sea and land, which comes with skirt steak, seasoned chicken breast and bacon wrapped shrimp. Chickens don't actually fly so I don't really get the name but it was tender, the spices were very warm like Indian or Sinaloa. There were several patrons who were over served on alcohol, slurring, leaning in chairs, the drinks are strong, I am no cheap date and one had me going. The noise level is very high and constant, there are no dividers or barriers. If you are in the neighborhood and it is not prime time you can stop in but there are definitely other quality places close by. read more

The food is not bad. The beer selection is OK. They could use more selections. The music is very loud in the bar area, but it did not bother me. They have multiple TV's in the bar. I've been coming to Mojave for a few years now. The drinks are great, a little pricey but amazing. I prefer coming during the day rather than night because I always get better seRvice during lunch hours and the food is always better. I do like Mojave's taco salad better than any other Mexican restaurant in Gresham. It's full of flavor and is extremely filling, and its huge- I can never Finish the whole thing. My go to drink here is the skinny margarita. I lovE that it has fresh lime juice and fresh orange juice. read more

We went in for dinner, waited 5-10 minutes before the host even acknowledged us, sat down at our table, waited 5-10 minutes before our waiter came to take our drink order, waited 15 minutes on our drinks before we just got up and left. Place is a joke. Thought this was a new company in the building, turns out it's just new owners, a new name, or both. It's still the same rude employees from Mojave, which was the worst Mexican restaurant in the area and most likely still is...from what I could see the menu was still the same.
