First off I live a couple blocks from Gresham burrito house. I've had a few meals from there in the past and for the most part they've been pretty decent. typically, i do not like to be critical of local restaurants/businesses. they are trying to survive in a difficult environment these days, right ? that said , i felt compelled to give some feedback based on my experience this morning; so, I tried a breakfast burrito .. a " 3-Meat" breakfast burrito. i specifically asked for "lite" potatoes. look, ive had breakfast burritos from Don Pedro's, so i know what a basic expectation is. this burrito fell Well short of that unfortunately. i took a few bites, and i realized that there was literally zero Meat in any bite ? it's supposed to have Bacon, Sausage & Ham ?? after two more bites (sane story ( i decided to open the burrito up, and look inside. What I found (see photo) was a mash of potatoes, refried beans & cheese; as i moved some of the contents around, i did notice some very small cubes of ham. But, Not one bit of bacon or actual sausage did i find ? It was pretty disappointing. I expected to get some real bacon pieces, and real sausage in there .. am i wrong to expect that ? The price wasn't exorbitant, so i guess theres that. I will say the service was great , ambience was fine , so I don't want to be super critical of the place in general.. and, Im not saying don't ever eat @ Gresham Burrito House by any stretch... just maybe avoid their breakfast burritos :) Have a nice day ! read more

A great experience with tasty food. Parking is tough, but once you get in, a seamless way to get excellent local fare. I had the Oregon burrito and my friend had a salad, both were tasty. Just updating my review since it's changed. Still think they're a decent place to go to, but just not for me. Many times I've been in for Al pastor, it's way too oily a ground pork like. I personally do not like my Al pastor that way. Asada seasoning could be better as well as more moist. Salsa needs work as well. Avocado sauce has little to no taste at all, and salsas just have no flavor. No longer my go-to for few years now. read more

I love the food here. The meat is seasoned great and the portions are so big for the price. If you want a good burrito place this is the place to go. I like the ground beef telco salad with rice,beans,sour cream, and guac on the side so that the bowl doesn't get soggy. My son loves the corns burrito and my husband likes. It's like their number one burrito. I don't know, but it has like everything in there and the burritos are huge and they offer carrots that are pickled with jalapeños, onions and radishes on the side it's so much food. I can't even eat it all at once but it is so good and they're fast love this place. We've been going there once a week since we found it when I'm lazy to cook highly recommend it they do have several locations so check them out. read more

As much as I want love this spot, I just don't understand why no salsas or sides are offered when ordering delivery. I stopped ordering from here last year because of this. My husband had the pick for dinner tonight because work and kids activities we didn't have time to eat. I ordered the enchilada plate and he loves the crunchy tacos. The food is ok. It would be amazing if you offered the salsas and escabeches for delivery! I do love how they stepped up and fed people when snap was takin away. I'll give one more star for that. Where the hell is the salsa???? There's no option to even pay more for a side. Major missed opportunity. read more

We were super excited to find this place since it had the same logo and menu layout as Troutdale Burrito Shop which was absolutely delicious. This place did not disappoint! Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - 2 Carne Asada Tacos and a Ground Beef Burrito. Super generous with the protein on the tacos and the pico de gallo and avocado sauce are so fresh and light to balance the oil from the beef. The ground beef was seasoned and absolutely delicious for such simple ingredients. We came by around 2:30 to eat and there was constantly new customers coming in so you know this place is good! Ambience: 5/5 - lots of seating with open space that is clean. Love the salsa bar and it looks like a little alcohol bar on the corner as well. Service: 5/5 - very friendly and attentive. They have a second tablet that they open up as a register when it gets a bit busier. Someone constantly checks on the salsa bar to ensure it's clean and filled. Ordered the Dinner Plate Steak on DoorDash. It was a pathetic portion of steak (child sized meal). The guacamole was gross. They couldn't even include any salsas or napkins. Quick stop for some food on a Friday evening on our way to Mt Hood. A Google search led us to Gresham Burrito: generally good reviews, a salsa bar, quick service. We're really happy we tried it! It's in the heart of downtown Gresham. Parking was a bit tricky, but it was nice to walk through the city. We both ordered burritos and they were packed full. I mean, they were DENSE for a good price ($9 I think for my burrito). Everything tasted great. You order at the counter and take a number. Keeps the process moving quickly as you don't have to wait at a table for your order to be taken. While we waited for our number to be called, we picked out our salsas from the self-service salsa bar. Folks eating in or taking it to-go were stocking up. We'll be back! read more

Really clean shop. Very well organized and lots of seating. Our cashier was helpful with the menu. Friendly too! My husband ordered a taco salad and fries. Then we decided to try the cheesecake. I visited Gresham Burrito Shop a few weeks ago. I had it on my list of restaurants to try because it's on the 14 gargantuan stuffed burritos list from Eater Portland. It's located in Downtown Gresham. There's a good amount of tables inside. It was order at the counter. I got an horchata and a chile verde burrito. The horchata was good. The chile verde burrito was delicious. They also had a great salsa bar. I enjoyed the pickled jalapeños and carrots. I also enjoyed their green salsa. Clean interior with socially distanced seating, i.e., you can dine in. The breakfast burrito for $4.75 is a good deal, certainly better than most inner Portland options. More importantly, it tasted "authentic" Mexican, not Americanized. Unfortunately, as with most Mexican venues the choice of salsas is relegated to boring red or green. Gresham Burrito offers, in my opinion, the very best pulled pork burrito in town. They are delicious. Not to mention large. We usually cut them in half and make 2- meals out of 1- burrito. They offer several other types of burrito, such as chicken and beef. You owe it to yourself to stop in or call-in for a big burrito. If you like Mexican food you will not be disappointed. I placed an order for I thought delivery and realized it was for pick up. I called the store and was told they could do a refund but needed to verify with the manager and would call me back. Within 5 minutes I got a text that the order had been voided and my card was credited, then immediately a phone call that the order had been canceled. You are provided with tiny plastic cups, your thumb might fit in them. The lids for the cups don't fit so they open in your bag and make a mess.
