As we dropped off the baskets after eating, one of the staff noticed the discarded buns and said, "Nobody likes our buns." If you're seeing the entire bun from a hamburger consistently being thrown out by the customers, that is a reasonable indicator that you've made a bad choice here. That's half the entree you are serving. With so many decent bread options in the greater metro area, you can get a better hamburger bun tha what you're using currently. Even the standard Franz sesame seed bun would be an improvement. We had the basic burger fry special and thought it was very good and juicy. I'm glad I didn't check out the reviews before having lunch here because I might have not tried it. All around great experience. Had the Teemah burger and onion rings(new item) and it was all win. The onion rings are on point! Crispy, perfectly fried, fresh and hot. The burger. Lots of good points for the burger. First the overall taste was full marks. This was such a juicy burger. The meat tastes like fresh burger formed into patties rather than preformed. The meat tasted good on its own, not hidden under the fixings. Looks like a pretty standard eatery, clean and organized. Service was perfect, happy staff, a definite recommend and "will be going back!". I'm honestly shocked at the low rating for this location as we had a great experience. I'm originally from the PNW and am familiar with Killer Burger, but hadn't had an opportunity to try them yet. I'm on a trip back home visiting family and we were looking for a quick spot to eat. Challenge is I am vegetarian, so trying to find options at a fast casual spot is very difficult. I thought I had seen that Killer Burger offered the option of substituting for a veggie patty, so I recommend we give it a try. The location was moderately busy for a Saturday afternoon, however we were able to quickly order and our food was ready in a matter of minutes. The lady taking our order was very friendly and accommodating to my requests to modify my burger (sub veggie patty, no bacon, no sauce). We ordered 3 burgers, 3 pops and a shareable fry which came out to around $50 with tip. Very reasonable given how expensive even the chain fast food heat lamp restaurants are anymore. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our burgers and the fries were a huge hit! The fries were crispy, perfectly salted and piping hot when they arrived. It's a very generous portion for the price. My burger was the classic with the aforementioned modifications. I was pleasantly surprised that the veggie burger actually had visible veggies in it, not the goop like impossible burger or beyond meat. Between the burgers and fries, I was stuffed and ended up taking over half of my burger home with some of the fries. They do have 2 different size burgers, pint and original, however the veggie burger only comes in the original size. The rest of the staff were super friendly and were very attentive to busing our table as we finished portions of our meal. They were gracious to bring me a to-go box as well. A huge plus was the music! I'm a metalhead, so I appreciated being able to listen to my favorite bands while I enjoyed my food. I've wanted to stop in here since I saw it about a year ago. The staff was really nice, after ordering they stopped by my table to make sure I didn't need anything several times and that was awesome. The bender burger was decent and the fries were just fries, to be honest I did expect a bit more. My girlfriend got the PB&J burger, it was great and I recommend that for sure. This was our first time here and I'm glad we gave them a shot. We were a bit concerned due to some rather negative reviews, hence their current 3 star rating. But we were pleasantly surprised! We both ordered the FUN GUY as an introduction to Killer Burger. When we return (and we will) we'll be more daring and go for one of the more creative offerings. We loved that fries came with the burger - it always irks me when fries have to be ordered separately at a freakin' burger joint. It's like ordering chips and salsa at a Mexican place but having to order and pay for them separately. No bueno. The fries were cooked perfectly. They were crispy on the outside and frenchy on the inside. Our burgers were super tasty albeit a tiny bit salty. Burgers are my husband's thing, so when we stopped for dinner from Seattle and Mt. Hood we had to try Killer Burger. We noticed many lower star reviews are based on serve. We didn't think the serve was bad! This is a mix between fast food and sit down - you order at the counter then they give you an order number, sit down, and they bring your order to your table but you bus your own table. The burgers look like they're cooked on a flat grill. They're build high and loaded with "good stuff" (all the extras that make each burger unique). Every burger comes with bacon! Each burger order comes with fries. Evidentially the "Peanut Butter Pickle Bacon" burger is where it's at; All though I like PB, I wasn't feeling that style this evening. I got the "Classic" and my husband ordered "Bender". We got some sauce to try on the side: The "Bomb It" sauce is spicy and my husband poured it all inside his burger. The peanut butter sauce was tasty, but NOTE it spreads and dips better when warm. The ranch was tasty and might be house made; it's not Hidden Valley. Came into KB/Gresham for a birthday burger. Chose this location because they were allowing indoor seating. We were the only ones there for a bit, save the several pickup orders from both individuals and services like DoorDash, and the like. She had the Barnyard and a pint of cider, I had the Fun Guy and some iced tea. I wish I could say that I'd had a good experience here but my burger was overly salty and disintegrated into a sloppy mess about halfway through. She had a similar experience and complained of heartburn on the ride home. Maybe it was an off night for them, maybe for us. Today I went to the Gresham Oregon killer Burger and got myself the $10 lunch box deal I was supposed to get hamburger and fries and a drink with it I also ordered some onion rings as well but when I got home the only thing they had in my order was the hamburger and onion rings they never put my fries in with the hamburger when that was also in the order. I paid cash and this is the third time that I've been there that they've screwed up my order. I also told them no pickles and yet they added pickles to my hamburger as well. Holy Shit! I am a fan of Killer Burger. Up until today my only experience has been delivery. I discovered that even though delivery is freaking delicious dine in is 100% better! The fries are hot and crispy. Delivery seems to make them a little wilty due to the steam in a box. The burger I had was the meathead. INCREDIBLE! Oh man, I have never had a better burger anywhere. Perfectly cooked and delicious. Usually I don't like bacon on a burger because most places don't know how to cook it. When you bite into under or over cooked bacon you pull half the innards out with the bacon. This bacon was done right. Perfect. Great huge burgers for your bucks. This location is in a plaza and has plenty of parking spots. I would encourage ordering ahead of time because the wait can be a little long. I was indecisive about what I wanted so I ended showing up to order and waiting 15ish minutes. All the tables are put away so there's just this great big space and benches on the perimeter if you really want to sit while you wait. There's TVs so it helps to pass the time. I got a classic cheeseburger and fries, and also a pear cider to-go. They have a lot of other burger options on the menu with some crazy combinations if you're feeling adventurous. I hear good things about the other crazy burger concoctions, but I was wanting to go with something I for sure knew I would like on this evening. The food and service at this location are rarely good but it had been awhile since we ate here so we tried it again. Disgraceful! The new Mike's Hot Honey chicken sandwich was raw. The slaw on it was way too spicy and there was absolutely nothing sweet on the sandwich at all. I don't like most of their sauces because they are not balanced and are often too salty. Tonight was no different. I really just can't justify eating here again. Great location, I am impressed especially since I live in Eugene, and our location doesn't have the best parking. This one has a parking area connected, as well as outdoor seating. We used the call in ordering. Everything was correct, and the staff was very nice. We had not had KB in a while, and the PBPB sounded wonderful. Neither one of us had tried the GF bun, so yesterday was a first. It wasn't what I was expecting, and was actually pretty good. I would definitely order it again. KB is for sure on the higher price for burgers, but why not splurge once in a while. They are quality, and pretty tasty. I am not sure if I will be back to this location or not, just because I am not a local. I was just passing through town.
