New to the area we tried this sports bar..looked great from the outside, the inside however was much older looking and more rundown. It's definitely a watering hole for the locals as they all knew each other at the bar. We ordered the Geno's pizza and some mango habanero wings. Both were pretty good. A More than 30 showed up but the staff at Geno's got right on it, even calling in additional staff who showed up within 15 minutes. Everyone got their food in a timely manner. I've had the pleasure of being served by Tia, Monroe, Kim, and Michael. Each one keeps my glass full with a smile. Senses of humor that add to the communal experience, and hustle that I really appreciate. The food never disappoints, especially the pizza: whose revered reputation is well known in Gresham/ Troutdale area. When it comes to watching a game, you would be hard pressed to find a better spot. Aside from multiple flat screens mounted in eye sight of every seat, there are 3 massive projector screens set up opposite the bar area, across dining areas with enough room for parties of all sizes. Not sure what happened to this place. Maybe the owner is now absentee. The bartender/waitress/manager (?), was nice enough, but she seemed more interested in chatting with the bar flies, and I think her boyfriend, than ensuring food and drink were tended to. This establishment now feels like a neighborhood tavern rather than a grill. Think "Cheers." Lots of these folks seem to be regulars, and everyone else is sort of playing the forgettable extra roll in the background. The food used to be good, but my wife and I went here recently, and the pizza was not very good at all. And the nachos were just okay the time before that. And this is a huge place, so it feels like a missed opportunity. The amount of empty tables pointed at their huge sports screens has grown over the last year, which sort of proves that out. read more

We were playing vp and my wife went to cash a ticket and the bartender slammed her change down on the counter after asking if my wife wanted her change. Gotta love Genos Grill we love their pizza with the honey drizzle on it they always make it so good although it's not consistent every time but it still taste fantastic. We've been going to Geno's for many many years. 5 of us went in there the day after Christmas, December 26, 2023 as my brother was in Gresham from out-of-state, and every time he comes to Gresham, he makes it a point to visit Geno's Pizza as he loves their pizza . This visit the pizza was horrible. The gal working there told us that they recently changed their pizza skins. Now it's a very tasteless crust. Evidently they also changed their toppings, because nothing about the pizza was near as good as it was in the past. It actually tasted like a frozen boxed pizza. There were five adults and we couldn't even finish 1/2 of the pizza as it was so bad. I wanted to contact their management but there's no phone number or email address for management. Showed up at noontime with a group of 15- with no advance notice. Our server did a great job of taking care of all of us, keeping drinks filled, etc. We love the food here! Today we had the Philly Cheesesteak and Tater Tots-- YUMM!! No complaints from anyone in our group. Super impressed with our server. We WILL be back!!! Only one slight issue-- got our bill and noticed an automatic 18% gratuity added to it. Been going here for years, and to be honest it had seen better days. But then they got new owners and it was a big upgrade. Just walking up to the building, clean and landscaped. I work just across the street and there have been vague references for some of us to get drinks here sometime but no one acted on the suggestion. Seventh - they have tater tots... yes these are the way to my heart. Eighth- I ordered a side salad with chicken and for $3 I received an entire chicken breast. Ninth - the service is fantastic... Seth, in particular is wonderful and extremely welcoming. Tenth - this is going to be my new favorite sports bar.... so many TVs, several huge screens... Eleventh - each table has its own sound box so you can listen to which big screen you want... what???? Twelfth - prices are reasonable. Thirteenth - its right next to the movie... so go before or after! Fourteenth - its right across from my work and there are cool lunch specials at reasonable prices. Fifteenth - this place will be awesome for saturday, sunday, and monday night football!!!!! Sixteenth - the salad was fresh... love fresh not wilted ingredients. Seventeenth- the pizza just sounds good. Hmmm maybe I will try it sometime. Eighteenth - there's parking... yes!! The list goes on but suffice it to say it was good. There is a patio. Like most sports bars is dark inside. Thats the best way to watch the tvs... Look I used to frequent a place in Hawaii called All Star Cafe... when I lived there... this is truly the closest thing to that place ive found since moving away. I used to love Genos. This was our regular happy hour spot with good food, drinks, and service. The new regular bartender has truly ruined this place. We see her and walk right back out if we do. When we have came here she sits and talks with her friends/boyfriend all night, ignores customers, is not friendly, and just stands there eating behind the bar or more recently playing with a bouncy ball. This place used to be packed no matter what day of the week.. it is now dead and I see why. With only us at the bar it was difficult to get service. She has got to be one of the unhappiest looking bartenders I've ever seen.. The food has gone a bit down hill since the menu change as well. Wishing it was the old Geno's that we enjoyed! read more

It was satisfactory. Nothing special. First thing I noticed when walking in- it really smelled like smoke. Yuck. My fiancé and I both ordered burgers and fries. They were fine, not crazy special. Lettuce, cheese and beef. I personally enjoy more toppings but oh well. Fries were crispy, but really tiny sized. Like mini fries. The server was okay.
