Ordered cheese steak sandwich through DoorDash, $17.00 6" sand, arrived burnt and dry as sand with little dash of meat and no cheese. Called manager, she didn't care, said "mistakes happen". I told her "this mistake was extremely obvious and should've Have been resolved prior to leaving the store". We received coupons in the mail so I thought we'd give it a try. We ordered online which was super easy and I could set the time for pick up. I think it was a $4 delivery fee but I live very close. I arrived right on time and it was ready. The staff member was friendly and asked if I wanted Parmesan packets. It was hot when I got home. It had a fair amount of chicken and tasty gooey cheese. The crust was crispy and airy! It hit the spot! I hope they keep sending coupons! read more

Great pizza as usual and service! Marcos is always a safe choice. Family loves it and their Bbq chicken pizza is my personal fav.

I am so disappointed in the customer service at this Marcos,! I did my order on line and had a coupon. my coupon code would not work, so I ordered it. I went right to Marcos, well before it was ready. I explained, and handed the coupon to them. A manager was called over and said there was nothing we could do could do to refund you. He then called over a woman, and she stated the same thing. i asked her if she was able to refund an on line order, and she stated, yes., so I asked her to refund my order and then just ring me up as a walk in using my coupon. she said..no, there's nothing wrong with it! I said yes there is , it isn't how I ordered! she said no! I I was amazed! I send I didn't want it at all..and she still refused! I have also been there as a door dasher, and they are rather rude to drivers. I enjoy their food but, will not go back there again, unless I get an apology! read more

I recognized after making an order online that I had entered the wrong address. I immediately called Marco's and spoke to Eric, who said that he cancelled the order. I ordered again, with the correct address, however discovered that Eric never cancelled the original order, so I was charged twice. Multiple phone calls in an attempt to resolve with this family owned business. Each family member blamed the other. All rather than take responsibility for a $34 error. Lastnight we had received a flyer for 25% a whole meal from Marco's Pizza. We ordered a lg Italian sub, large regular crust without any seasonings on the crust deluxe pizza, and 10 plain wings. The order still came to $37.00 before tip. The customer service on the phone was beyond excellent. Very professional and impressive. The deliver driver was very nice and the food was packaged very well. That's where the good ends. The pizza had so much sauce and it was just bad. My daughter wouldn't even eat it and she is a 17 year old that isn't that picky. My son said it tasted like an everyday chain and I felt it compared to Dominos. The wings were kind of burnt but still not crispy if that makes sense. And the sub was terrible. It was very hard and warm with just cheap meats on it. Very disappointing and we will not be ordering form here again. I wanted to give it a Try and see if a chain pizza could actually be good. We will stick with local ones. read more

I've always loved Marco's pizza. I was ecstatic to see one open less than a mile from me. They did not disappoint. In fact it's the best Marcos order I've had. Sandwiches were full and not a normal pizzeria sub with only bread on each in. Filling was from end to end. Pizza was great. Service was excellent. We ordered for delivery. Told we weren't in the delivery area. Called back with a different phone and different address next door. They deliver there. Seriously?! Went to pick up (order already placed). Went inside to pick up and the lady immediately asked why we were picking up instead of delivery.... ??? How convenient she finally figured the mess out about 25 minutes too late! I asked why she knew it was us to ask why we were picking up, and there was no valid answer. I told her she told me on the phone she doesn't live here, so how would she know? She said she was the OWNER, and just misunderstood the street name... even tho it was spelled out twice on the phone for her. Make sure you use the NATO Phoenic Alphabet when spelling your street name- and know that the owner DOES NOT LIVE HERE OR GIVE AF ABOUT LEARNING THE AREA WHERE THEY ARE PROVIDING SERVICE. They really are sharp as a ball over there on Gordon Rd. Asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience and she said NO. Okie dokie. The dishonesty, attitude, and condenscendence was rich. Never again. Hope y'all don't, either. Brooklyn is right across Market St and so much better in a million ways. Lesson learned the hard way. I would love to provide sub par customer service to my customers, sometimes, but I prefer to sleep well at night. Fair warning if you live on the north end of town. read more

We made an order through doordash. I called the store to request the pizza be cut in squares (we've always done this). The lady that answered (Mary) said because I ordered it through doordash there's no way for her to change it. I said I can't just request you cut it for me in squares and she said no because some crap about if she changes it and I complain to doordash, yadda, yadda yadda... so I said well I'll just cancel the order and she said that was fine, I said are you seriously willing to lose this sale and our business over such a simple request, she said yep. I asked for a manager, she said she's the manager, so I said ok, I'll just contact the owner tomorrow, she said she's the owner. So I said, ok. And I contacted doordash and I cancelled it. So sad I had to drop my five star down to one. The guys I'd always spoken to in the past on the phone were awesome. This lady sounds like she knows it all and doesn't need our business anymore. At this rate I hope she gets her wish. We won't be back. read more

Ordered multiple times from this location. Loved the food. Everything was spot on. Last time we ordered delivery the owner had the audacity to call my wife a liar after the sandwich she ordered was incorrectly made. Never going back again. Lousy service and terrible management. read more

I love this place. The customer service is super nice & professional. The pizza & subs are great. Haven't had the wings but I bet they are good. Yes there more, they offer delivery, they offered coupons for first timers and I believe I had the best delivery driver I've ever seen. Highly recommend this place. read more
