I wish they were crispier, but outside of having to remove some of the grease they were pretty good. The wings were also solid, my only hold up is that they break the wings down into flats and drumsticks and count them each. So a 5 pc wing is only 2.5 wings (3 flats and 2 drumsticks or vice versa), and the fries were soggy. I feel like even though the food isn't perfect, it's still solid. It's not just completely bland or bad. I'm okay with adding soy sauce to something I feel needs a boost, but I am against food that is just not prepared well, and I think that's where Hunan Express edges the other guys out.
