    Salty Combo Fried Rice

Fried rice is amazing, usually but this last order was worst. I was wondering if there was a different cook in house of something. Everything was extra salty, our entire order, all $99.75 worth. My ordering didn't have the extra item that I requested, egg rolls were undercooked and again, everything was extra salty ...fried rice seemed like it was cooked in gallons of soy sauce. Oh and ordered two large soups ...had to pay extra for the soups wontons. They only provide one bags per soup, regardless what size you order which' is ridiculous. The cost is nominal however, how are you gonna give me the same quantity for large that you give me for a small... again ridiculous!

Anyone feeling under the weather? Flu like symptoms or congestion. Try the chicken noodle soup from Golden Pavilion in Bowie, Maryland. I got the take out version today. I call this my "Chinese Penicillin" soup. Loaded with white meat chicken, noodles and scallion. Broth is not loaded with sodium or MSG. This soup is a winter staple in my house. Phoned in my order and it was ready in ten minutes.

Waited awhile to be seated even though there's a guy behind the counter who wouldn't look our way. A waitress finally emerged from the back to seat us. Place is cozy and great for families.

I have to give a nod to Golden Pavilion for their food and service. I went with a large group and all of our dishes came out looking great! I ordered the Ikageso Karaage for something different and it hit the spot; Not overdone yet a great crunch on the outside. My entree was orange beef. It seemed a bit heavy on the batter but I found beef in every bite, it was cooked perfectly, and was well flavored. Some times large groups can be a challenge but every dish that was brought to our table looked amazing and the service was attentive and friendly.

Good food here! Ordered take out for lunch. Shrimp egg foo yung, general tso chicken, shrimp fried rice. The shrimp dishes were very good! General tso tasted more bbq like, so we didn't like that dish. All 3 dishes were cooked fresh, rice was soft and moist (like it should be) and the spring roll was good too. Now I don't eat spring rolls because they are usually hard and dry. But NOT these!! Soft, moist contents, good flavor. This is actually a restaurant (not a carryout). Entrance, waiting area, and bar were very clean. Seating appeared comfortable (I didn't sit). Staff was pleasant and welcoming. There were a few customers at the tables eating also. We will be back for other menu items and to dine in for the ambience.

I've ordered pick up once and dined in once. My review will focus mostly on the dining in experience. We ordered three entrees, Pork Chow Fun, General Tsos Chicken and Whole Duck. The duck was absolutely delicious and the serving size was quite substantial. General Tsos was only okay, it was quite unamusing, nothing special to discuss. Chow Fun was quite good when we ordered it for take out, but for this dining experience, we had to ask to re-cook it twice, as the noodles were still raw. The duck definitely saved this review from being a 2. I think we will come back another time to give it another shot and to try different entrees on top of the duck.

Very poor customer service but very good shrimp and broccoli. I also don't care for the minimum amount of wing you can order being 5

I'm moving out of state soon, and this was my last meal at Saigon Noodle House -- I wanted to go…read moreout on a high note, and they delivered. The combination rolls here are hands-down some of the best I've had: perfectly wrapped, packed with fresh herbs and shrimp, and that peanut dipping sauce is addictive. And the pho -- rich, fragrant broth, generous portions, everything tastes fresh every single time. It's the kind of bowl that ruins other pho for you. I've eaten here more times than I can count over the years, and I'm genuinely going to miss this place once I'm gone. My only complaint, and it's a running one: the building owners need to fix the damn A/C. It's been an issue for a while and really is the one thing holding back an otherwise perfect spot. If you're in Crofton, do yourself a favor and get the combination rolls and pho before you do anything else on the menu. Going to miss this place.

Came here for lunch on Monday (MLK Day) around 1:30 with my wife, and it honestly hit me that we've…read morebeen here plenty of times but I've never actually left a review. Which is wild, because I know I've taken a bunch of food pics here that I've never posted... complete waste lol. We walked in and were seated immediately and ended up getting the second-to-last available booth. Most of the room was couples on lunch dates, plus a group of friends, and later a party of about 7 took over one of the tables. Noise level was mostly moderate, with a quick sprinkle of loud when that bigger group got going, but nothing crazy, still totally fine for a date or a relaxed lunch. My wife ordered the A2 (slices of eye of round steak, well-done flank, and soft tendon). I got the A6 (eye of round steak and soft tendon). The pho was good, the broth had a lot of flavor. I did order extra noodles because while I like the pho here, the portions are a little smaller compared to some other spots we go to. I loaded mine up with bean sprouts, tore up some basil, and let the jalapeños sit in the bowl for a bit for heat. Lately though, I've been more about the chili oil, which they'll bring out if you ask. We also got shrimp summer rolls, which are always a go-to for me when eating pho anywhere. These were fresh, great texture, and the basil really pops. The peanut sauce is one of the best parts. Honestly, I could come here just for the summer rolls and that sauce. I also grabbed a taro smoothie, lightly sweet and creamy, solid choice. Food came out fast, maybe 8 minutes after ordering. Service here is consistently good. The staff is friendly, not pushy at all, and they actually check in on you without hovering. You can always get someone's attention if you need something. They even let a couple move from a table to a booth once one opened up, which I thought was a nice touch. The place itself is very clean, the tables and floors are always well kept. I don't really remember music, but there was a TV on playing college basketball. Overall vibe is relaxed. Parking can be a little tight since it's tucked behind a Rita's and the layout is kind of awkward, but even when it's full you're not walking far, just a compact lot. Price-wise, our total was about $40, but that included an extra summer roll and an extra smoothie. Without the extras, it would've been under $30. My only real critique is portion size for the price, specifically with the pho. It's not a deal breaker, but it's why this isn't my go-to spot when I'm really hungry. I'm a big guy with a big appetite -- my wife would be fine eating here any day of the week. Would I come back? Yeah. The food is good and the service is solid. For me, this is more of a quick lunch spot or a stop when I'm on the move, rather than a full dinner destination. Consistent, reliable, and never a bad choice, just depends on how hungry you are.

I'm sure I slaughtered the spelling), and Kim! My skinny Cubano was decent but I LOVED the chicken pot pie soup more. Would most def order that again. The ladies I came with also ordered the chicken pot pie soup and enjoyed it just as much as I did. Gotta respect the effort in trying to stay afloat by any means necessary nowadays. The "pick-your-pair" concept is respected butttt it's soooo disheartening that a smaller cup of soup and a smaller sandwich is costing $12! My bill was $23 ... YIKES!
