A1. Spring roll / goi cuon

Quiet place for a quick bite. Great staff and very friendly welcoming. Fast service and great food. Pho was great, chicken skewers needed a little more grilled and shrimp was great! I wish I had more time to enjoy few more dishes but it was a rush in for a quick dinner.

If you want overpriced PHO be harassed over your order with a side of possibly being locked in the restaurant this is the place to go!!!! *insert sarcasm** I walked in to get my food after two failed attempts of my son going in by himself to get his food. I gave the worker my name Tyrita Cliette (don't know many with that name). He refused to give me my order. He asked to see my phone. I showed him my phone. I explained multiple times that I ordered and paid online and that I was not a door dash worker. After showing him my phone he still REFUSED to give me my food. So I asked for a refund yet he refused. He took my food back to the kitchen. I walked back to the kitchen and got my food. As I proceeded to walk out the restaurant he ordered his employee to lock me and my son in the restaurant. Thankfully we were able to walk out of the restaurant before he locked it. Safe to say $19 noodles weren't worth the harassment we experienced. Nor was it worth traumatizing my son who experienced this first hand and my daughters who watched everything from the outside of the store.

Plentiful bowl of Shrimp Pho...yummy!

Please don't let the minimalist decor fool or deter you! Pho D'Lite is a cheap eat gone good!! Our server was so pleasant, and accommodating and funny to boot! We started with the Crispy Butter Wings...crispy indeed with delicious, garlicky, well-seasoned taste! So good! We contemplated placing a second order but then the main course Pho was served!! Sheer delight! A nice hearty broth, lots of rice noodles and thinly sliced onions served with a bounty of basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers and lime wedges. It was so good going down, warmed my belly. So good and good for you...not medically proven, just my gut feeling.

Pad Thai (Nope!)

Mediocre at best. The customer service is good and that is my only reason to visit for a second time. The food is average compared to other Pho or Vietnamese restaurants. There is one item that is above par that I have tried and that is the garlic butter wings. Besides that the food isn't as advertised. The chicken over rice has flavor but lacks the substance of a true chicken over rice. On top of that the chicken is out on the side which takes away from the extra flavor that the rice would usually get. The Pad Thai is lack luster, and the Pho would be a C+ grade. Almost a B...but should've studied harder. Would I visit again? Sure if I didn't want to drive far and not many other options were open I would visit again.

2b. Egg Roll Meat

I always order takeout and have several issues with establishment for years..HERES A LIST: 1. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE- If you order extra cilantro/ sauces etc. its either never in there, or they will tell you it's in the bag, and by the time you get home realize they lied ( happened over 5 times ) and they charge you for it !! 2.REFER TO THE PICTURE BELOW : This was the Egg rolls I ordered. Why couldn't you just remake one that looks more presentable? Absolutely NO EFFORT. Though it was tasty I rate 5/10 3. Sometimes I like an extra broth and noodles for another meal later on... They told me I was not able to buy a noodle, and broth... ( as priced on their menu) they told me I had order an entire basic pho meal( potentially charging me $10 extra instead of maybe $3)... the man then explained there was a shortage on broth... so yea that makes sense to charge me extra for YOUR supply shortage.. 4. THEY DECREASED YOUR PORTION SIZE. Take out pho container is now about 16.fl oz All around their pho is cool... if they don't skimp you on the meat. The customer service is terrible and inconsistent. Hopefully with new management things with change.. but for now . I'm going to PHO 5 UP in CROFTON.

Veggie Pho

Pho anyone? I must admit that I didn't know anything about this food until early 2020!! Rice noodles served in a broth, with a choice of chicken, beef,or shrimp @phodlite has it. With a simple but effective menu (Pho, rice bowls, summer rolls, and a few entrees) your stomach won't be slighted. A Pho bowl is $9.95 (vegetable pho pictured) and it's ENOUGH for two. With locations in Waldorf, College Park, and Silver Spring, I chose the location at 6840 Race Track Rd., Bowie Maryland 20715. I was welcomed in this spot and I was accommodated with grace. Parking was a breeze and I enjoyed the atmosphere...really!! Put some hosin and sriracha on your Pho...trust..that's it. Oh I almost forgot that Chai Tea embodied deliciousness and the toppings on the side were a nice addition!! **This establishment is Covid compliant**

The shrimp pho lacked flavor and they water down their sauces. Not worth the money. They've really gone down hill.

My friends got there first, and it was my first time in that plaza in a long time... reception still drops to near zero haha. I joined them at their table and the gentleman taking care of us was making his rounds efficiently. It was a Friday night, and the place wasn't full, but there were multiple people at the bar and multiple tables full, including one large party. I wasn't super hungry, but I did get some sushi that hit the spot. My friends enjoyed everything they got as well, including some cocktails. I remember back in the day they had happy hour until 8:00... looks like it's been adjusted to 7:00 now Monday-Saturday, and until 9:00 on Sunday... neat! Specials apply to various sushi rolls, wines, beers, and cocktails. All this to say, my experience was much better than the previous times, and everything that made me rate them low before wasn't apparent. I'll have to visit them again and see how consistent it is.

Neighborhood chicken bowl mild: delicious the chicken breading is crispy and has the perfect curry taste without being overpowering. The pickled veggies with it is a great palate cleanser and balances all the flavors. I got it mild and while I was nervous of the spice level being too much for me (I'm a weenie) it was perfect, the kind of spice that actually adds to the dish instead of hurting you. Tempura broccoli: So good! Crunchy without being oily, it had a bunch of herbs on it the brightened the whole dish. Ancho chile pork bun: perfectly smokey and meaty without being fatty. This one we really struggled to eat as an actually sandwich because the pork is cubed so it just falls out the sides. The buns are a fun addition and have good texture so I'm happy we tried it, but if I went back I would be fine without it. Crab Rangoon: I was a bit skeptical about 1 crab Rangoon being $10 but that is because o was thinking of my midwestern type of crab rangoons. This was PACKED with actual crab and not a whole lot of cream cheese so the price made more sense when I figured that out. Still very good, but did not stand out amongst the rest. The place was so cool inside, they had about 7-10 bar seats inside with 2 tables outside, I recommend taking this to go. The service was nice and quick, you can tell they have a very efficient process. My only suggestion would be to turn the music down a little bit because it was hard for me and my husband to just talk to each other about plans that we had for the rest of the day. The space itself is pretty small too, so it's more of a grab and go place. The Neighborhood Bird bowl was a HUGE portion. It was kind of spicy but the pickled onions helped even it out. I also tried the ancho chile pork bun. The bun itself tasted amazing, but it was a bit difficult to eat. The bottom got pretty soggy while the top bun was thick and tall, so it kind of fell apart while eating.

Our appetizer was the Thai Spring Rolls in which you get 2 but they cut them into 4 because they're so big. Our main dish consisted of 2 sushi rolls- The crunchy specialty roll and the lobster roll. They were huge! We thought we would start out with these and then order more but it was plentiful. There is also a honey wasabi sauce that came with another roll but we ordered it on the side and it was amazing. Will definitely return when I want sushi in the Bowie area.
