If you want overpriced PHO be harassed over your order with a side of possibly being locked in the restaurant this is the place to go!!!! *insert sarcasm** I walked in to get my food after two failed attempts of my son going in by himself to get his food. I gave the worker my name Tyrita Cliette (don't know many with that name). He refused to give me my order. He asked to see my phone. I showed him my phone. I explained multiple times that I ordered and paid online and that I was not a door dash worker. After showing him my phone he still REFUSED to give me my food. So I asked for a refund yet he refused. He took my food back to the kitchen. I walked back to the kitchen and got my food. As I proceeded to walk out the restaurant he ordered his employee to lock me and my son in the restaurant. Thankfully we were able to walk out of the restaurant before he locked it. Safe to say $19 noodles weren't worth the harassment we experienced. Nor was it worth traumatizing my son who experienced this first hand and my daughters who watched everything from the outside of the store.

Mediocre at best. The customer service is good and that is my only reason to visit for a second time. The food is average compared to other Pho or Vietnamese restaurants. There is one item that is above par that I have tried and that is the garlic butter wings. Besides that the food isn't as advertised. The chicken over rice has flavor but lacks the substance of a true chicken over rice. On top of that the chicken is out on the side which takes away from the extra flavor that the rice would usually get. The Pad Thai is lack luster, and the Pho would be a C+ grade. Almost a B...but should've studied harder. Would I visit again? Sure if I didn't want to drive far and not many other options were open I would visit again.

Please don't let the minimalist decor fool or deter you! Pho D'Lite is a cheap eat gone good!! Our server was so pleasant, and accommodating and funny to boot! We started with the Crispy Butter Wings...crispy indeed with delicious, garlicky, well-seasoned taste! So good! We contemplated placing a second order but then the main course Pho was served!! Sheer delight! A nice hearty broth, lots of rice noodles and thinly sliced onions served with a bounty of basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño peppers and lime wedges. It was so good going down, warmed my belly. So good and good for you...not medically proven, just my gut feeling.

    2b. Egg Roll Meat

I always order takeout and have several issues with establishment for years..HERES A LIST: 1. CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE- If you order extra cilantro/ sauces etc. its either never in there, or they will tell you it's in the bag, and by the time you get home realize they lied ( happened over 5 times ) and they charge you for it !! 2.REFER TO THE PICTURE BELOW : This was the Egg rolls I ordered. Why couldn't you just remake one that looks more presentable? Absolutely NO EFFORT. Though it was tasty I rate 5/10 3. Sometimes I like an extra broth and noodles for another meal later on... They told me I was not able to buy a noodle, and broth... ( as priced on their menu) they told me I had order an entire basic pho meal( potentially charging me $10 extra instead of maybe $3)... the man then explained there was a shortage on broth... so yea that makes sense to charge me extra for YOUR supply shortage.. 4. THEY DECREASED YOUR PORTION SIZE. Take out pho container is now about 16.fl oz All around their pho is cool... if they don't skimp you on the meat. The customer service is terrible and inconsistent. Hopefully with new management things with change.. but for now . I'm going to PHO 5 UP in CROFTON.

Pho anyone? I must admit that I didn't know anything about this food until early 2020!! Rice noodles served in a broth, with a choice of chicken, beef,or shrimp @phodlite has it. With a simple but effective menu (Pho, rice bowls, summer rolls, and a few entrees) your stomach won't be slighted. A Pho bowl is $9.95 (vegetable pho pictured) and it's ENOUGH for two. With locations in Waldorf, College Park, and Silver Spring, I chose the location at 6840 Race Track Rd., Bowie Maryland 20715. I was welcomed in this spot and I was accommodated with grace. Parking was a breeze and I enjoyed the atmosphere...really!! Put some hosin and sriracha on your Pho...trust..that's it. Oh I almost forgot that Chai Tea embodied deliciousness and the toppings on the side were a nice addition!! **This establishment is Covid compliant**

The shrimp pho lacked flavor and they water down their sauces. Not worth the money. They've really gone down hill.

I think the food is very average. I like their Pho. The Thai curries and Pad Thai are not very authentic.

The sandwich is on a steam bun which had a sweetness to it. The chicken thigh is large and filling, seasoned well and goes well with the mayo, pickles and herbs. The crispy shrimp bowl came with fried shrimp lying on a bed of basmati rice, some pickled vegetables and herbs. Definitely have to mix all your ingredients together to get the maximum flavor. The Yuzu drinks were refreshing. The white peach flavor was delicious. Overrall the meal came up to $66 with a 20% tip. Seemed like a lot of people order online for pick up. My friend and I split the cost since we were planning on having a second lunch after this lol. The sandwich is a crab cake + softshell crab on a very soft bao bun. It was pretty good but it was alittle lukewarm since we were late for our pick up (so our bad). Very good sandwich with delectable flavors with the crab cake full of meat and the crunchiness of the softshell crab. Pretty solid sandwich! Im not sure if its worth the price point but I appreciated as is.

Buffet bar: -Soft shell crab: The quality of these crabs are SUPERB!!! and you can eat as many as you want!!! -Pork ribs: So flavorful and tender -Crab legs: some were fresh and some not but still better than most other AYCE crab leg quality -Seasoned Craw fish -Papaya salad Kbbq and hotpot -the brisket variety and quality is amazing!!! -Veggies could be more fresh but there was a decent variety Soft drinks are included Overall, we would come again and would recommend this place to anyone!! The quality of food at the buffet bar is just unparalleled to any other AYCE Kbbq place with the variety of food as well. And the Kbbq and hotpot items were also soo good.

One of the more annoying aspects is when anyone had a birthday they would make a big loud celebration of it and it was really distracting. I liked the addition of panko breadcrumbs for crunch, but I wish the imitation crab meat had been shredded more finely for better texture. For my entree, I ordered the Spicy Basil Crispy Duck (added $1 for Thai spicy). They definitely delivered on the spicy level, but the duck itself was not crispy. It came with rice and bell peppers and basil. The sushi tasted fresh, which was good. Service could use some improvement. We had to ask for small bowls for soy sauce, and when we requested a dessert menu to celebrate the birthday, we were told the kitchen had already closed. It would have been nice if our server had given us a heads up before the kitchen closed. The ambiance is cozy. It almost feels like dining in someone's house. They had Halloween decorations up and murals of historic Frederick painted on the walls. They also have a private parking lot, which made it convenient. Overall, food was good, but a little more attentiveness from the staff would've made the experience even better.
