Their take on bò né, on the other hand, could be a hit or miss depending on your expectations. Unfortunately, this one was a miss for me. I appreciate the creativity behind their fusion version, but I didn't feel like the changes necessarily elevated the original dish. The meat also wasn't as tender or juicy as I would've liked. It wasn't a terrible dish by any means, but despite how interesting and tasty it looks in photos, it's probably not something I'd recommend or order again. Overall, I'd definitely come back to explore more of the menu. They offer a lot of unique and creative dishes that you don't typically see elsewhere, and the bone marrow fried rice alone was good enough to make me want to return.
