    9. Yaki Udon, SD Crab Rangoon, SD Gyoza

Ordered from Manse Teriyaki on Uber Eats earlier this evening, and could not be more pleased! Food was absolutely delicious, well-priced, and came with a great amount of food. It can be hard to find Yaki Udon at most teriyaki places, so I was really pleased to find this on the menu. I will definitely be returning to Manse Teriyaki!

Spicy Chicken Teriyaki. Comes with a little cup of teriyaki sauce. Got extra teriyaki and hot sauce (was unnecessary, imo)

Wow, I am really glad I found this place. I get a monthly stipend on GrubHub from my employer, and this place was pretty well rated on there. Looking at Yelp, it said they were closed, but they were open on GrubHub so I rolled the dice and ordered. It turns out, they were actually open and it was a great experience. The restaurant is pretty basic - just a bunch of tiny tables, white walls - nothing special. But, maybe they just do most of their business in take out and that's fine. I probably wouldn't eat there, personally - not good vibes. I got the spicy chicken teriyaki - added extra hot sauce and extra teriyaki sauce. The food I got was super piping hot - freshly cooked and packaged in styrofoam and wrapped in a plastic bag, tied at the top, which held in the heat. The extras were like... bigger plastic containers (you can see in my pic - the bigger containers at the top - and the smaller container on top of it - about half the size), and the extras were way more than I needed. It comes with a little side of teriyaki sauce already, and that ended up being enough for me. The spicy sauce was actually pretty darn spicy. Most places... it's like barely spicy - which can be good or bad, right? If it's barely spicy, it's a little more balanced and you get more of the super sweet, sticky teriyaki sauce coming trhough. However, Manse... does spicy... spicier. The main flavors are sweet, but a focus on spicy heat and vinegar - almost maybe like a fermented hot sauce. It's really good - again, just different (maybe unusual? I don't know - haven't been to THAT MANY teriyaki places to be an expert or something).

We love this place. Great take out or eat in. They have tofu. Hot tea free with Fabulous Entrees! Very nice owner. Clean shared bathroom.

Had high hopes for this little teriyaki joint. Three stars is "A-OK" in Yelp parlance, and that's what this place is. Okay. Small shop. And small staff (family?) that has a hard time keeping up with things like busing tables. When I was there, only two of the ten tables were clean and available. Dirty dishes remained on the others. Once there was a lull, the man from behind the counter finally cleaned the tables. The food is also just okay. Teriyaki is very salty. In fact, salt is about the only taste. Spicy sauce is better. Potstickers were good. They charge extra for brown rice, but at least they have it. I'd stop here again only if in the mood for teriyaki and I was nearby. I certainly would not seek it out.

We discovered this place on our way to Leavenworth! Wanted a quick stop off on our way up the mountain. Found this hidden teriyaki place (gotta love yelp!) We stopped for a quick bite! I asked for regular chicken breast teriyaki and a side of their spicy sauce. That part was disappointing. It was like a paste. Yuck. Didn't like that at all!! My husband got the spicy chicken teriyaki. That was good! Now I know for the next time, I just get the spicy instead of the side of the sauce. Much better cooked in; that's for sure! Dinner and a drink was under $20. Good price, quick eats! We've gone 2x now on our way through town. Next time I'm just gonna get the spicy teriyaki! Their teriyaki sauce is good too, not too sweet, and not over powering.

40 minutes for bad food. Grisly beef, no salad with the combo despite it having salad in the picture. Unfriendly staff. Do not recommend.

I think the people who own this place or at least the people who operate this place are Korean. Prices are nothing crazy. Typical of Washington state prices. I ordered a bento box that came with protein-of-choice, four california rolls, salad, vegetable tempura, eggroll. They also had complimentary egg drop soup available at the time I want for about $25. Everything was OK, but I was not a big fan of the egg roll. The beef teriyaki I ordered was a little too salty, but not terrible compared to other places I've been to. Overall, this place is not too bad. Service is straightforward. Ambiance was a bit cluttered and unkempt but not bad, like I said

I know this because a little bit fell on my napkin. Beef was tender. Absolutely loved every bite. Seasonal Creamy Hokkaido Uni Udon- this was also amazing. Very creamy. Loved the saltiness of the salmon roe and chewiness of the udon. Wouldn't mind getting this again. Seasonal Lavender Matcha Latte- I don't usually like to drink my dessert but this was exceptional. Absolutely loved the lavender foam. It was perfectly balanced and perfect amount of sweetness. I'd get it again Seasonal Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc- this looked better than it tasted the sweet potato itself was more savory and needed the soft serve to make it taste more like a dessert. Once you make your way to the soft serve, spoon a little bit of the sweet potato with a full spoon of soft serve, then it'll be good, in my opinion. Kohaku Matcha Parfait- delicious. Loved the little bit of strawberry and the warabi mochi. Probably not the best matcha parfait I've had but I'd get it again. Got the Sakura Tendon Set to go for dinner on the plane. While it was tasty, the crispiness didn't hold up so I would not recommend taking it to go/eating it at room temp. The grilled steak don probably would've been better for this purpose but I have no regrets. Service was excellent, friendly, and helpful. Looking forward to visiting again next time I'm in town.

The blue crab poké bowl was outstanding, every ingredient tasted incredibly fresh and pristine. Nothing felt rushed or generic, it all felt thoughtfully made in-house. We also ordered the hamachi poké, which was spectacular. Adding to the outdoor ambiance inside, we were seated in a 'shaded porch' area, which still had plenty of room (such partitioning could reduce interior space). We were promptly greeted by the staff, who interestingly that day were not of Asian descent as typically found in Far East themed restaurants: more like your average Seattleite college-age server. I like that they bucked the stereotypes. As a ramen newbie, I was overwhelmed by the expert-level menu, the main reason I didn't give 5 stars. The menu starts with alcohol, leading me to look around for the food menu. There it is, tucked after several pages of booze and virgin drinks. The food section starts with the 'Botan Deluxe' (don't recall the actual name used) and lists the components using words that I as a newbie have either never seen before or maybe have seen but not understood, so my anxiety level spiked because I don't like being shamed into just ordering without understanding. Fortunately the waitress worked through this with me after my telling her my issue. The following page had a 'build your own ramen' blocked off into sections: noodles, broth, extras. With the extras, you get like 3 or 4 included (green onions, egg. garlic-something, seaweed, etc.) and more cost $1 extra (not printed on menu). I did the udon noodles, bone broth (insert fancy name but not with the fancy-name soy sauce added), and one extra ingredient over the included number. When asked 'tell me more about the green noodle?', the relatively new employee was unable to immediately describe, but went back and learned it was spinach blended. We also ordered a (fancy name) cucumber salad starter: yummy, sizable and recommended. The orders arrived promptly, with just a small break after the starter; the egg I ordered was replaced by bean sprouts: the served quickly and gracefully delivered the missing egg. Each ordered ingredient was placed as an individual island: it's up to the customer to blend or not (I enjoyed not mixing so to experience each flavor). The udon noodle was exactly as I had imagined and desired. My wife said she enjoyed her selection as well, although didn't pick out any unique flavor to the green noodle. The bill was right-priced if not even on the lower side for the neighborhood. We'll be back again to try more of the offerings now that we have a little bit of familiarity with the exotic descriptions.
