Today I placed an order at 11am, and the food came at 11:30, undercooked. The chicken was not cooked. Let's hope I don't get sick. Also, the woman on the phone was really rude and had an awful attitude. Update: I did get sick, for a day or two. I used to order from here every week but now I'm afraid to. It is actually called Mano's not Romano's. They wanted to separate themselves from other Romano's. I use to work for this place long time ago. This place was very busy they had like 12 drivers on Friday night with 8 cooks and most customer came for pick-up not delivery. Methuen doesn't yelp much so it is not unusual for this place not to get much review. Anyways this pizza joint makes pies like old times, very crisp crust with little sweet sauce, always hot and fresh. Owners are great and really protective with their recipe. Up until recently i would only use Mano's for pizza and subs I live very close by so it was more about convenience however I won't be spending another cent at this joint i placed an order for a stake and cheese no cheese and when we got our food there was cheese in the sub no big deal I called them up explain the mistake they give me an attitude on the phone and give me another sub that I could tell was made with very little to no effort at all great customer service one would think they would value there customers a little more I will take my business to another pizza joint there are many in the area they are a dime a dozen The one and only star I give this place is cause I couldn't post with out selecting at least one read more

I loved it! I ordered a small half cheese and half meat lovers. They told me it would take 45 min to get it delivered but I think it was a little less than that, my pizza was still warm when I received it. Anyways it's a little pricey at $14 for a 12" but it's worth it. The pizza was delicious and lots of meat on the meat lover. read more

So after the amazing reviews I decided to give this place a try and if being honest I'm not impressed. While the person taking my order was friendly the delivery time she quoted me was off. I'm not naive enough to believe 30 min delivery times given to me however, I think it's reasonable to expect an hour or less delivery time not 1.5hrs. The pizza taste was OK at best. I travel all over the states and so I get lots of opportunities to try many different places to eat and this pizza while edible isn't that good. Very greasy so much that the crust had a cardboard taste. The toppings seem fresh and the dough is chewy, but chewy is OK soggy is not. The sauce has a sweeter taste to it, not spicy like someone else posted. Nothing to write home about and nothing original either. The whoopie pie was factory made, not fresh, made by Steve's bakery out of Maine. It was OK, but definitely didn't have that fresh homemade taste. I always try to look for the positive, but this experience just didn't warrant much of a positive review. Friendly staff and order was correct, that is about it. Disappointing, to say the least!! Called ordered delivery, told them specifically where I live, town and street I live off of. Took my order. Got a call 35 minutes later from the driver saying "I am outside"..." No I don't see you" cause the driver was in the wrong town! He said "ok, Methuen not Lawrence, I'll be right there".....10 minutes later I get a call from the owner telling us he was not going to deliver the food that they do not deliver that far into Methuen! What!! My family waited 45minutes to have no dinner!! When we specifically told them where we live when we ordered, (near the loop) not that far! Disgusting!! my family was so hungry now waiting for dinner that was not coming and they didn't even care that they wasted the pizza cause I was not going to pick up a cold pizza from a bad business owner. Not only is the pizza good, but the subs are delicious and if you're thinking about a salad, the spinach bacon salad is sooo good (especially with the house dressing). Love this place. Have been coming here for my whole life and will continue too! The service is always friendly and the owners are great people. The pizza is one of the best in town and reasonably priced. They don't whimp out on the toppings and it's always jammed packed with flavor. The location is very small so it's more of a take out joint. The fried raviolis are very good and they give you a lot. I have had a number of their subs and salads and have nothing bad to say about them. The fresh pita with the salads is awesome!! This place is great, give it a try one night! read more

To start off - Salutations to all "Methuen-ites" I was introduced to Manos in 98". Since then I have ordered that entire menu at least once. The "BEST" Freshly made I have eaten in Mass and I didn't break the bank. The owners, staff and delivery service is on point even on winter days the dig-in and get it to you. From just hanging in there and chatting about the "Pats", Bruins or Soxs you can tell your food its being prepare with the same "Love" they give every customer walking or calling in. I LOVE MANO'S. I grew up on this stuff, so I guess I'm a bit biased, but having lived in Somerville now for 4 years, I haven't found a pizza place in Greater Boston that even comes close to Mano's. This is easily the best pizza you can get in the greater Boston area. Just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Order it well done and you'll get it nice and crispy. Tried Mano's for first time--it is excellent! Ordered Big Veggie pizza and Hawaiian pizza. Big Veggie was loaded with veggies, and the Hawaiian pizza similarly was loaded with ham and pineapple.
