The new fries totally suck! Hard, tough, skinny fries that are cold by the time I get them home. Most are overcooked and the inside has collapsed. I want fries that have something inside. As I was eating them, i got more and more angry because they were tough to chew. A few in the batch were ok but most were overcooked. If I wanted crunchy french fries, I would buy frozen ones and overcook them at home. Let's face it, the kids cooking them are not skilled and thin fries have to be watched carefully or they will overcook. Go back to thicker fries so they are idiot proof. From now on I will not buy them and just have potato chips. The steak bomb was not very good, lots of gristle and made it tough to eat. The people are friendly but sadly, the food is of poor quality. Got a craving for cheesesteak and french fries; preordered Saturday night because of the superbowl to get it at 1230 on sunday. The driver couldnt find the door on the house. Last chance. I ordered a grilled chicken salad adding feta and buffalo sauce. They apparently scooped the chicken off the salad as an afterthought because there were small pieces of the plain chicken on the salad. Then they put the scooped-off chicken in foil and smothered it with about a cup of buffalo sauce. Completely inedible. And the feta cheese? It's almost undetectable for the extra upcharge. I really love this place. Small hidden gem here in the northshore. Picked up a salad today and the price was the best I've seen locally. I usually order their cheese pizzas or bbq chicken pizza. The pizza is excellent. Nice crisp, great sauce, great pizza! I was impressed with their customer service and friendly staff. Their owner (I think) said thanks to me multiple times for my order and I can tell it was heart felt. There were also two customers that walked in and he knew them by first name, granted they must be regulars but you can tell they care about their customers! I downgraded a star and it might be too harsh for the parking and area but it's probably not deserved. We called and they apologized and said they would deliver a replacement in 30 to 40 minutes then NEVER SHOWED UP! That was over 5 dollars of food we paid for and never got, not to mention saying they would make it right but instead made it worse. I also used online ordering last year, paid, and went to get it only to find out they were closed but didn't bother to shut down their website. It also allows you to order items they no longer make. As far as the food I would give 4 stars for subs and maybe 3 stars for everything else. If you want to pick up your food be aware the parking there sucks/is non-existent. read more

Great spot for take out. Pizza, wings, onion rings, sandwiches, everything. Staff is super friendly, girls are always so nice on the phone. My son had to use the restroom during a busy time and they allowed him to use the one in the back, and all waved hello. Delivery drivers are great too.
