That's how I found out it was under new management. They do have a VIP service where you register online and they give you a free order of fried gyoza or edamame for each visit which they did honour. The manager said that the regular lunch has salmon rose, beef, and beef ribs. We didn't know there are 2 different lunch menus nor did they ask us in the very beginning. Anyway, we needed up paying more than we anticipated. Back to the food. They have a small bar area where you get your own miso soup and regular romaine salad. There's also vanilla and matcha (very good) soft serve with cones and a bunch of pudding (mango, lychee, coffee, etc) and you can put toppings on top (lychee jelly, passionfruit popping bubbles, etc). Tempura items were excellent, with crisp batter and came out piping hot. The salmon rose, spicy salmon sushi, squid sushi, flying fish egg sushi were all very fresh.
