If you don't want for example sausage with your eggs but would like cheese melted with your eggs she will substitute for no extra charge ( they are suppose to charge for changing things). They also have potato pancakes which is shredded home fries and onion that come with apple sauce and sour cream and they are so yummy!! Perkins is one of the best all day breakfast places, I recommend everyone should try it.
