Went there for a New Year Eve's dinner and had a great selection and attentive staffs. The price point did aligned with high quality of food and selection. We went in at 7:30 time slot and the food was replenished often. Even at the end nearing their closing they did try to replenish the food. Probably will come back and try the regular restaurant or another holiday meal.

Well... Back in town again. Was shicked to see the wings went from the most expensive i've ever seen at 17.00, to the most rediculously expensive at 20.00!!!! For 1 lb? Seriously??? Had the 8 oz burger and it was ok. Presentation is clean and fresh looking, burger was dry, thank goodness for pickles! Bun was soft like it was steamed in a microwave. The fries were excellent, as was the server. For her care and attentiveness. Overall I give it a pass, but if you factor in the price , its rediculous.

This is only half of what was offered for dessert.

My review is based solely on brunch @ Crave I have been to Crave twice now. The first time was for Christmas Day brunch and the 2nd time was just a couple of days ago for Sunday Brunch. We had such a great experience on Christmas Day that we were curious about trying out their Sunday brunch. We called ahead to make sure there was availability and they told us we were welcome to walk in. We arrived around 11:30am and seated fairly quickly in a nice cozy booth. The restaurant was only half full, there were a few large groups of at least 5-8 people. A few tables had reserved signs placed on them - great choice since they were by the windows. By 12pm there were no empty tables. I wasn't sure what to expect for their Sunday Brunch because i was really surprised at the price. Normally buffet brunches range from $40-50 (double that downtown at some buffets). It was priced at $29.99!! This is what they offered: bacon wrapped filet mignon, duck breast, pork tenderloin, prime rib, tilapia, salmon, rice, veggies, roasted potatoes pasta, king crab legs, peel & eat shrimp, full antipasto selection of cheeses, cold cuts, seafood salad etc., Breakfast items were eggs benedict, made to order omelette station, made to order pancakes, bacon, sausage. For dessert there was a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit, mini mousses, cakes, pies - the list goes on! Pretty impressive for $29.99! Ooops almost forgot - coffee & orange juice were included in the price. I'm a big coffee drinker and love a good cup of coffee Their coffee was really good, which surprised me since i never like hotel coffee. 2-3 different servers came by to clear plates, top up coffee, water and anything else we needed. We never had to flag anyone down. I also had an allergy concern and they brought out the sous chef to go over a couple of the items with me (they did the same at Christmas Day brunch). On a side note - Christmas Day brunch costs only $5-$10 more and has double the amount of items as well as turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and options for kids. Plus they have cookie decorating & a visit from Santa for the kids. I took away 1 star for 2 reasons. #1 they didn't have any options for kids. Chicken tenders, fries or mini pizzas would be nice especially since they are offered at their holiday brunches. and a couple of items were cold. #2 a couple of items were a bit cold. Overall - great experience, friendly staff and we were treated very well - i will definitely be back!

    Yummy!

Had a 'light dinner' special. Spetzel (sp?) was tasteless. Turkey club was ok. Sweet potato fries were pretty good.

I'm impressed with their cold shrimps and muscles were fresh and firm. My family and I went to town on the cold shrimps. Chicken wings were cripsy. Peking duck were decent. Sushi and sashimi were okay. I try not to fill my stomach with sushi rice. Lot's of dessert options. They even have yogurts. I loved the mango sago and 沙翁 (sugar egg puffs). Overall a decent buffet place imo offering fresh ingredients. Staffs were friendly and attentive removing finished plates off the table. We made reservations in case but hardly a line unlike the experience at Dragon legend( had reservations but line up for it was still out the door and around building) It was busy but lots of food at the hot tables being refilled often, beverages refreshed and dishes from our table promptly removed. Service was attentive in the dining rooms and friendly by the hostess station. Lunch had enough items to be happy with, but it seemed like they altered the BBQ/Grill station to breakfast foods, like bacon and fried eggs and had a few empty slots where I remember had items previously. Highs: -Black peppered beef cubes very very tender and flavourful - fried noodles on point - tofu pudding dessert had a gingered sugar syrup to drizzle on top Lows: -peking duck seemed more hard instead of crispy skin - fried egg Left the restaurant very stuffed, kids were happy. They felt this buffet was decent and had more flavour than the buffet on Royal Caribbean. Was worth the trip here today, would return again.

The food was just okay here, nothing really stood out to me. They have lobster and steamed oysters per person with a ticket and someone that mans the station handing them out. I think the sushi section was probably the best section. They have a noodle bar but I thought the bowl of noodle was way TOO BIG for a buffet portion - this is cooked to order by the staff. The stand out items were definitely the sashimi, the salt and pepper shrimp and for dessert durian. The durian is also per person with a ticket so if you love durian, this is probably a steal for you. Dessert section is mostly mousse cakes too which I don't love. Overall, it's just okay for me. Still with the amount of food I think it was worth it! I also thought it was pretty cute that they had a snack station that had chips, gummies, pocky and Asian crackers i ate growing up - it was so nostalgic Service was friendly. They cleared the plates frequently and I never felt rushed eating here.

There was a pretty big variety of dishes: many Caribbean classics but also some rarer ones. Service was not great - they took a while before asking what I wanted to drink. The food was largely delicious, though nothing was labelled so I wasn't sure what many dishes were. The dishes nearer the entrance were better; e.g. fried chicken & spicy chicken. Split pea soup & peanut porridge/soup (if it was porridge it was too thin) were pretty good. At the back, the goat was pretty bony & not so tasty, the rasta pasta & fried vermicelli were ok & the curry vegetables were so so. The buffet was $21.99 plus tax, a 50% price hike from what is presumably 2020's price on the website. It was also rung up as 2 ackee and saltfish because they hadn't updated their system yet, which was rather odd.

The take-out counter was open, so we opted for that instead. Most of the foods on display were ready-to-go and vegetarian / vegan. You can also order manakeesh (Lebanese flatbread topped with toppings such as cheese, spinach, and za'atar - akin to thin-crust pizza) to be made on site. We opted for the vegetarian mix-and-match plates, which came with either rice or salad, 5 small sides, and 3 falafels. Most of the items were pretty good, my favourites being the arnabeet (cauliflower), eggplant with chickpeas and tomato-based sauce, bamya (okra), and white cannellini beans salad. The warak enab (also called dolma or stuffed grape vine leaves) was flavourless and had too much ratio-to-grape vine leaves ratio (more rice inside that I'd like). The tabbouleh was way too salty. The other dishes were good though. Although the manakeesh was made fresh to order, it came out pretty fast. It was also extremely salty. There were a few small tables by the take-out counter, for those who wish to eat the take-out items on the spot. They packaged all the items very well to avoid leakage.

We were 5 and went for a birthday. We had a reservation but they still made us wait for 15 minutes. They don't have many tables for 5. 95% of the tables are for 2 or 4. Who plans a restaurant that cannot accommodate groups of 5-8? Poor planning. Someone had to sit at the end of the table which means you're encroaching on the table next to you. Our table wasn't set up with plates, glasses, chopsticks or napkins and it took 10 minutes to flag someone down to request. They have staff members walking around, but being located in the back room means fewer people walk there. We chose the full package. You order sushi and meats through an iPad. There's a good selection of sushi and sashimi. I believe they're missing some rolls that are quite standard elsewhere but you can definitely find things. The meat selection is not great. They have beef, pork, chicken (only 2 choices and not great) and shrimp. The meat wasn't all that flavourful as it's not really marinated. Order the beef with garlic and you get a few slices of beef and they throw some garlic on top as they prepare it. If it were marinated it would taste a lot better. They're fast about being out the dishes. The tables are quite small, especially when they stick 5 people that's meant for a table for 4, so don't order too much at once or you will run out of space. They're quite slow with picking up dirty dishes and getting refills of drinks. You can try to flag them down but often they just ignore you. So, sushi was great. Bbq was poor. Service was lacking.
