Just moved here this week from LA. Coming from a Vietnamese girl whose family owns a pho place in California, this place answered my prayers. No, it's not like mama makes it (I assume this is a Thai-owned establishment judging by the focus on Thai dishes and decor), but you better believe I'll be here at least once a week for my fix! One of the only Thai places in Enid, and they also have boba tea. They have a variety of Thai food available and all of which are good. The owner's wife working the register is such a friendly person, you can spark conversation with. You can pick your spice level up to 5 but 3 is already pretty spicy so be careful if you're thinking of going to a 4 or a 5. read more

Pretty good Thai food in Enid! I'm a bit spoiled with the Thai food that I have in my neighborhood in DC, but I got a craving for something other than meat and potatoes while I was visiting my family for the holidays. We were excited to try MangoTree Cafe, yet had been holding off to let them get the kinks worked out since it is a new restaurant. So we popped in for a late dinner and arrived at 7:45 pm on a Saturday. This is a walk in and seat yourself kind of place, the wait staff will be along and give you a menu and take your drink order. Note: the menu is made up daily (and is dated as such) based on what they have in stock (this stuff is made from scratch and fresh). After a bit the waitress came back and took our order. We both ordered the summer rolls and Tiffany ordered the Pad Thai and I ordered the #1 Pho. A short time later one of the cooks came out and explained that they only had one order of the summer rolls left for the day. We advised that it was fine we would share (two rolls to an order). They were delivered a moment after she left, and were every bit as good as we wanted them to be. The Pad Thai and the Pho were delivered a bit after that and looked great. Tiffany uses Pad Thai to judge how the food is, and with my it's all about the Pho. Both dishes were fantastic! Both dishes fall into that category of every family has their own recipe, and both of these make their family's proud! Yes service is a bit slow (there was only 1 wait staff when we visited) and there is only two cooks to do the culinary alchemy in cooking these fine dishes. If your looking for tasteless fast food from a box served to you as you order it then this is not the place for you. If you enjoy a sit down and order and wait for a meal prepared fresh just for you, then this is the place to let your palate experience a cuisine from another culture. The second time the food wasn't to my liking. I ordered Pad Thai, but it wasn't authentic. I expected a dish that had an egg scrambled and stir fried with noodles, vegetables, and meat. My dish had a fried egg neatly placed on top, not stir fried together with all the other ingredients. It didn't taste right. I was disappointed. read more

Nothing authentic about this place and disappointment in every way that it was not even worth coming back. Hubby ordered chicken pat thai it was salty with plenty of fish sauce and it doesn't have tofu, eggs, crushed peanuts, sprouts, green onions and cilantros. It was just a glob of wet saucy noodles mixed in with cabbage. I ordered pho #2 which whoa another disappointment. When it was brought to me the first thing I've noticed it doesn't have any green onions, thin white (purple) onions or cilantros served in the pho. The broth was not at all pho broth (very bland) and the meat was dry. Again, it was served with stale cabbage which was so disappointing because as we all know the simple condiments are Thai basils, bean sprouts to be served on the side. My suggestions to you Mango Tree Cafe. Stick to either Vietnamese or Thai food and perfect the authenticity of the taste. You need to represent our Asian food because Enid residents deserve to enjoy authentic Asian food. read more

We ordered our food online through door dash. Door Dash arrived at Mango Tree to pick up our order and was informed at pick-up that Mango Tree just wasn't doing Door Dash today. We were never notified through online ordering that they "weren't doing door dash today". We waited 45 mins expecting to get our food before we were notified that Mango Tree wasn't doing door dash. This was the straw that broke the camels back for us ever ordering Mango Tree again, as the last time, we got a plate full of rotten fish sauce. They suck. read more

Varies. Will continue to patronize Mango Tree because it's the only Thai food within 60 miles and the Pho is wonderful. But... it's hit or miss whether they have all the ingredients. More than once we've been disappointed by the lack of ingredients that add to the complex flavor. They are frequently out of basil (!). On a previous visit, they were out of meatballs for the #3 combination Pho. On a more recent visit they were out of bean sprouts and served shredded cabbage in its place. This was the first visit to this Asian restaurant. I was in the mood for Pho and Yelp identified this as the best in the area. Was not disappointed! Located in an older strip mall it looked a bit shaky from the parking lot but a nice surprise awaited inside. It is a small museum of old toys and collectibles and the food was delicious! The wait staff was accommodating in that it was possible to slightly vary the menu with the ingredients I like in Pho. I've never have had this type of food and I'm in love with it. It's something new I think enid needed. The service is outstanding. The food I love it. Never had it before but I have something to compare to now. Every time we here there packed. Portions are large so come hungry worth every penny. I have had both the red & green curry and my husband has had the pad see ew. Both my curries were delicious! I would highly recommend the curries. My husband really liked the pad see ew even though it was completely different from that at other Thai restaurants we have been to. I wasn't as crazy about their version of pad see ew. We would definitely go back for Thai food. Don't let the outside of the place turn you away. It is in an old strip mall, but is nicer inside and seems to get good local business. read more

One of the guys from work recommended MangoTree Cafe so I stopped by to get some take out. I ordered vegetable spring rolls, green curry with tofu and thai iced tea. The spring rolls were tasty and crunchy yet not too oily. They have a five level spiciness scale so I decided to start in the middle and work my way up. The level 3 green curry had a bit of a kick to it, just spicy enough to enjoy the food. The thai iced tea was just right. They have a friendly staff and the place is cozy if you decide to eat there. Got the food in under 15 minutes. Will definitely be back again to try other dishes and to see if I can handle the level 5 read more

I just moved into Enid OK and i am a huge Thai food fanatic. I noticed MangoTree cafe and decided to give it a try on my first day in town. When i walked in the place had classical music playing and was very relaxing. The lady who served me was super kind, sweet, and great to talk to. I ordered the egg rolls and chicken pad Thai with a medium spice. The egg rolls were absolutely fantastic and i will 100% order every time! The chicken pad Thai was very good too but I'm going to try a curry next time, as well as the chicken satay because I'm sure it's amazing here. This place will probably be my new weekly out to dinner place! read more

Great food and a large selection. They have many authentic Thai, Chinese, and Vietnamese dishes on their menu as well as a changing menu of specials. It's very reasonably priced, the service is quick, and the location is convenient. We stopped here during a long road trip, and it was very easy accessible less than a mile off of 412. The ambiance is "interesting" with traditional Asian decor, as well as Barbies and toy cars.. Beethoven's Für Elise plays each time the door opens. There is also a Lawyer's office off to the side of the register which is rather strange. Overall, the food and service were really good. read more

This place has a little of everything and it's all pretty good. Prices are great and the staff is fast, efficient, and to the point. The decor is pretty interesting. Thai themed with random wall pieces, race cars, barbies, small toys, and an attorney's office in the back... Went about a week ago. They close from 2pm-4pm for break. Understandable. But even after 4pm we waited for 15 minutes for them to open back up and we even called their number but with a consistent busy tone. Finally after opening up the waitress which I'm sure it's one of the owners was pretty rude when handed us our menus. Never once were we served refills on our drinks and as people would walk in there no one at the counter and they would have to wait until someone showed. I'm surprised my sister even gave them a tip. Best place I've tried since working in Enid, OK. First ever visit a few months back, I ordered pho combination! It was hearty and a ton of food. This time I ordered yellow curry. It comes with chicken, potatoes, and onions. Small egg roll and dipping sauce and steamed rice on the side. Employees are great!!! read more

Stopped by twice when I was in town, once for pho and later for pad Thai. Does not disappoint! Great bubble tea.

I want to like this place so badly. I was so excited to get another Asian place in town! But unfortunately after trying a number of dishes I can give it much more than "it's ok". The dishes, advertised as "Thai" and "Vietnamese" honestly all taste like the Cambodian version of these foods- a bit confused and bland. For example- I ordered the bahn mi special once, and it came looking/tasting like beef and broccoli on French bread... Uh what? Also, watch out for the bubble tea- it comes with loads of jelly and sugar that make it almost impossible to drink if your over the age of six. But I will be back, gosh darn it, because it's the closest you can get outside of Tulsa or the city. The lady who runs it seems really sweet and eager to please, and I will give it a few more goes to try some of the other dishes. read more

Glad to have a restaurant nearby to satisfy my Pho cravings. Flavor was good, decent portion size. I went with the simpler Pho option as the other options weren't the traditional proteins I'm used to. Not as great as my mom's or Vietnamese restaurants in OKC but still satisfying...worth saving the time a drive or cooking would take! Hubby had the Red Curry and it was delicious! Rice cooked perfectly, and the flavor was amazing. I highly recommend it. He had 3/5 on the spice rating which was perfect for me, just a little heat to it...he said it wasn't spicy enough though, but he likes it hot! Look forward to trying more dishes! read more

I discovered Mango Tree Cafe even before I moved to Enid... I had to make sure there was a good Thai restaurant in the area. I had been looking forward to trying Mango Tree and it lived up to my expectations! My boyfriend and I both tried the Pad Thai-- I got the tofu and he got the chicken and we both loved it. It's nice that they let you choose the spice level from a range of 1-5. We also tried the crab rangoons which weren't cooked the way we really like them (they were pretty thin, without a lot of the filling) but they were still tasty. We got takeout so I'm not sure what the whole restaurant experience was like but the waitress that cashed me out was so pleasant and nice. I look forward to going again!! read more

Mangotree impresses us every time we visit. The quality of the dishes is outstanding, but even more impressive is the service. Even the times you have to wait awhile to order, once the order is placed the food arrives promptly. Enid is fortunate to have a Thai restaurant of this caliber. read more

Great example of Thai food it the center of the United States. The waitress, Kimlee, is very helpful and attentive. We had the king sampler for an appetizer and it was a great representation of every food they have. The green curry at a Lvl3 spice is where the money is for me. Been there twice and who knows. Had a great time! I got the Pho #3 and it was a huge serving and delicious! Also, their Crab Rangoon was so delicious I ordered a 2nd one after the first order vanished into my tummy. I was so stuffed I couldn't finish my Pho but luckily they had to go containers perfect for the soup. However, it was difficult to put the soup into the go containers so I wish the wait staff would have done that for me as I made a mess all over their table attempting the frivolous feat myself. I give the resturant 4 stars because it does not serve alcohol which I don't like. Also, the meals came out at different times. Although I appreciate a resturant that gives you food when it's hot and not food that has been sitting under a warmer for 20 minutes while someone's steak cooks, my Pho was the last thing out and I'm pretty confident most of its ingredients are pre-prepared. These are nit-pickey things I know; however, most restaurants in Enid are way over rated so I want to be honest with you. The server was very attentive and courteous. Our drinks were refilled on time and our food was very good. Even if you do not like Thai food I would recommend you give it a try as my husband hates Thai but I got him to go and he really enjoyed it. Eat on, eaters! read more

We love having Mango Tree in town. It is so nice to have options in Enid. My husband loves the pad Thai, and I normally get the flavorful panang curry with a boba Thai tea. I have eaten here a number of times and gotten take out once. I have never had a bad experience here, the food is always delicious. Service times have steadily improved with the addition of more servers. I love their curries and Pad Thai, and the pork dumpling soup is some of the best soup I've ever had. Their bubble tea was pretty average; the flavour was fine but the tapioca was a bit tougher than I'm used to. Their Thai tea and hot tea is delicious, so I generally stick with those. Today I tried their shrimp stir fry special which tasted AMAZING, lots of ginger, spice, and cilantro. I only wish that the shrimp tails had been removed-no big deal to take them off myself. The place is well-apportioned, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. They play instrumental jazz standards in the background, which is a bit odd for a Thai restaurant, but nice nonetheless. The location could be nicer, but it's super convenient to my house, which is perfect for the nights I don't feel like cooking, and at least there's always parking available. read more
