I really like this little hole-in-the-wall restaurant. They have a little of everything Asian. The service is good and food quality is not bad. The fact that you can go out on a date and satisfy multiple palettes is a good thing. The atmosphere is very eclectic and geared toward the military, which is not surprising given the Air Force base in town. Don't let the outside fool you. I occasionally go to Mango Tree but never really veer from my usual order of the night market because of my lack of experience with Thai or Viennese food. I'm Mexican and love a good spicy and flavorful dish but was worried to try something new and end up disappointed. Today I figured I'd let the lady taking my order pick and I'm so glad I did! She put me onto the Red Curry and I'm very satisfied with the taste and meal! The portions are very generous and worth the price. The only problem is the chicken satay (which I swear I've ordered and enjoyed before) did not taste well and had to be thrown out. It seemed to be missing something, perhaps a sauce? First time my Son & I had eaten here. It was delicious! They even have Gluten Free options as son has Celiac disease. We had the Pad kee mao-Thai drunken noodles.....Mmmmm & also the Satay. This place is some of the worst food in Enid. All of their food tastes like frozen food in the grocery store. For example their honey chicken tastes like literal wax coated on frozen chicken at the store. At the least their Thai tea tastes nicely good and sweet but that is about it. Mango tree has always been one of my favorites to come and visit when I'm in town. The owners are super nice, the environment is clean and plenty of tables to sit at. We came on a Tuesday at 4pm, right before the dinner rush. The food is presentable but also flavorful. The spices are truly on point! Each plate is fairly priced for all the food you are getting. The prices and menu have updated since then so just be aware of that. But overall is was a great dinner experience for my family and I! read more

You want a place with great food and amazing owners? This is the place!! Kimsan and Kimly are just the best, and take pride in knowing their customers. The food is Thai/Vietnamese with a few Chinese options for the less adventurous. They have great Pho and fantastic noodle dishes. While the inside isn't much to look at, and the décor definitely eclectic, you can't beat the friendliness of the place and how much they will treat you like family. Definitely grab some boba tea! I would normally give a place like this 3 stars, but since it's in the middle of nowhere and you can't find any thai or vietnamese food within an hour drive besides this, it bumps up the review. The food had authentic taste and the service was super kind and expeditious, it was just lacking in presentation. Really good selection from several Asian countries. I had one of their large sampler appetizers. I also had their yellow curry with chicken. It was magnificent. They allow you to put it at whatever spice level you want from 1 to 5. It was also a very good value. It is in a strip mall in a decent but not fancy part of town. I've had my share of Thai food in Oklahoma - OKC, Norman, and Tulsa - so I was pretty excited to see there's a Thai restaurant in Enid when I came here for work. I love my Thai food to be bursting with flavor so I will warn that this probably isn't the place if that's what you're expecting. However, MangoTree still offers decent Thai food that I'm grateful to access while I'm here. I had the pad see ew with tofu and spicy level 3 was perfect. It had a good kick without being really spicy. I would get the pad see ew again! My friend really loves their Tom Yum soup and he probably gets that almost every time he's here. The night market street noodles were a little tangy with the sriracha sauce but didn't have much else going on for them. I got all of my dishes with tofu and it's better than a lot of tofu I've had. Lastly, my favorite thing on their menu is their coconut shrimp! The sweet chili sauce that comes with the shrimp fried in coconut flakes is a big win. Definitely worth trying those. read more

We came here on my son's birthday on a recommendation by him. We meet here, he lives in Alva and I live in Ponca city. Enid has a better selection of restaurants and shopping. I'm on a strict diet but I found a chicken dish that worked for me and it was fantastic. The chicken was plentiful on my plate and tasted delicious. I got the 1 on the hot scale and it was perfect. Still had a kick to it, but not too much. My son got Panang Curry and I think that's what I'm getting next time. Overall, food was great! I'm enjoying half of mine the next day because the helping was so big. One thing I didn't understand was I really wanted to try the Tom Yum soup but didn't want a huge bowl, I asked if I could get just a cup and they said no.. odd... Finally Enid has a good Asian place to eat at! I've only been here three times, but each time I've tried something different on the menu and have always left satisfied. If you're new to Thai food, I'd recommend trying the chicken Pad Thai. Feeling more adventurous? Try out one of the curries (I love the red curry with pork or tofu). We were excited to try MangoTree Cafe, yet had been holding off to let them get the kinks worked out since it is a new restaurant. So we popped in for a late dinner and arrived at 7:45 pm on a Saturday. This is a walk in and seat yourself kind of place, the wait staff will be along and give you a menu and take your drink order. Note: the menu is made up daily (and is dated as such) based on what they have in stock (this stuff is made from scratch and fresh). After a bit the waitress came back and took our order. We both ordered the summer rolls and Tiffany ordered the Pad Thai and I ordered the #1 Pho. A short time later one of the cooks came out and explained that they only had one order of the summer rolls left for the day. We advised that it was fine we would share (two rolls to an order). They were delivered a moment after she left, and were every bit as good as we wanted them to be. The Pad Thai and the Pho were delivered a bit after that and looked great. Tiffany uses Pad Thai to judge how the food is, and with my it's all about the Pho. Both dishes were fantastic! Both dishes fall into that category of every family has their own recipe, and both of these make their family's proud! Yes service is a bit slow (there was only 1 wait staff when we visited) and there is only two cooks to do the culinary alchemy in cooking these fine dishes. If your looking for tasteless fast food from a box served to you as you order it then this is not the place for you. If you enjoy a sit down and order and wait for a meal prepared fresh just for you, then this is the place to let your palate experience a cuisine from another culture.
