4.5 stars. I had the man-coco sticky smoothie. It comes with a scoop of coconut ice cream on top. I feel like that made this smoothie just perfect. Sort of a drink and a snack in one. They use fresh mangoes to make the smoothie. And have a scoop of sticky rice sitting on the bottom. I wish they had added a little more coconut milk or some kind of liquid to loosen up the sticky rice a bit to make it easier to drink. Sucking that up was a quite difficult. I recommend using your straw to poke at it for a bit to break it up before trying to suck it out. Aside from that this drink was perfect. It was everything I was hoping for. Exactly what you would imagine drinking this yummy dessert is like. I tried to use the app to order but it wasn't working so I used the kiosk at the counter. Worked fine. I had just signed up for an account right before i got intk line. My number didn't work when I tried to sign in at the kiosk to earn points. Perhaps there is a delay. Drink came out pretty quickly. Inside has some Milk and Mocha (whom I love) decor at the tables. They have a few tables in the store for you to enjoy your desserts. Staff appear friendly. The desserts looked really good but I didn't want to spoil my dinner so just the drink for me. I'll be back.
Service was friendly, ordering at the front was easy. The mango mille crepe cake was soft, with beautiful layers of whipped cream (not reddi whip) sandwiched between each crepe, the mango coulis was not too sweet, and the mango chunks were perfectly ripe. 10/10 would get this again.
Located on the third level of the Ala Moana mall, Mango Mango boasts HK-style desserts. There's plenty of tables and you can order either at the kiosk or at the register. Ordered their mango sticky rice and their mango sago dish. The mango sticky rice could be improved with more condensed milk, and if the rice was a bit warmer so it'd be more malleable and decadent. Some of the mango pieces are hit or miss. Sago was fine but needed a stronger presence.
Service 1/5 The two staff members were chatty with each other and unwelcoming to any customers, not even giving a glance. Ambiance 2/5 Even on a hot day, it was actually freezing inside the shop. We sat outside instead. The place looked a little unwelcoming to sit in and it was not clean with the trashcan overflowing. Makes me wonder how clean their kitchen is. Food 4/5 In comparison to Hui Lau Shan, it's not up there but it did hit the spot. Overall enjoyed my mango/pomelo/sago.
The mango sticky rice is so creamy and the rice has a perfect texture. The peach berry freeze with crystal jelly is also very delicious. Staff is very helpful when ordering drinks, they also have good recommendations. The tables are usually always clean and the seats are comfortable.
We thought of trying after exploring the mall. Food was not to our taste and we didn't get to go back to try other items. The boba in our drink was a bit hard and not chewy. Service was fast and staff members were nice and friendly. Place was organized and clean.
Their drinks are very good and high quality! They use real fruit and real milk in their drinks. You can choose whole or oat milk. Ambiance is nice as you get to sit on tables and the location is so convenient! Definitely a must try. I heard their cakes are really good as well, and service is fast.
I was craving mangoes so badly, so I decided to try Mango Mango Dessert at Ala Moana, and it did not disappoint. It can be surprisingly hard to find really good mango drinks and treats in Hawaii when it's not mango season, so this place was exactly what I was looking for. My boyfriend ordered the mango strawberry smoothie, and I got the special mango juice smoothie with added rice balls because I was craving something similar to mango sticky rice. I was a little hesitant at first because the special mango juice smoothie comes with sago, which I had never tried before, but it ended up being delicious. The smoothie was fresh, sweet, and incredibly refreshing. The rice balls were the perfect addition and completely satisfied my mango sticky rice craving. The staff were super kind and patient, answering all of our questions and helping us decide what to order. There is also plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to sit and enjoy your dessert. I loved it so much that we went back twice in one week. If you love mango, this spot is definitely worth a visit!
Mango Mango so nice they named it twice! This place offers so many light and refreshing desserts with mango as its star ingredient! I've been here a few times with my family and I never regret it. It's an average size shop for a mall and it's always clean with helpful employees. It's such a fun, light and fruity treat in comparison to heavier options offered. Give your gut a rest from all things fried and dive into the joy that is Mango Mango.
Delicious. Price was reasonable. The seating inside is small but there is more seating outside. Service is fast.
You have to come here if you love Mango. Their drinks are great. It is really as good as the one we had in Hong Kong and Thailand. Services are amazing, I don't know how they can be that fast. I think my drinks are ready in less then a min. The place is small, but it is still very good spot to have a short break from all the shopping and walking. Highly recommended for mango lover.
As a kid, I used to subscribe to the notion that there's always room for dessert. Sadly, though, despite how the cravings for dessert were still just as strong, our appetite just didn't feel like it could keep up. Either that or our stomachs were still ridiculously full from the heavy lunch we had just finished. However, in defense of our poor planning, we weren't expecting to come across a Mango Mango either! Otherwise, if we did, we definitely saved room to come here! With locations sprinkled throughout the US, yet somehow without a single one in California, my gf had heard about Mango Mango several times from some of her friends in New York. So, when we happened to stumble across this one on the third floor of Ala Moana, we almost felt compelled to stop in. Inside, the place isn't all that large, but the decor is cute and makes for a perfect spot to take a cool break from your retail shopping adventures. As for the menu, unsurprisingly, mangos are the name of the game here, but there's plenty of variety and alternatives to choose from among their many smoothies, fruit teas, milk tea, hot teas, desserts, pastries, sundaes, and waffles. Since there weren't any seats/tables available inside, we opted to just get a drink and settled on their COCONUT MANGO SMOOTHIE-O ($7.95) with Pomelo (+$2) to share. Now, I don't know if it was due to the taste and/or acidity of the pomelo, but the taste of mango in this wasn't as strong as I thought it would've been, especially given how the drink looked. That said, it still had a decent punch of mango to it (they also sprinkle some pieces of it on top) and I liked how well the coconut and the slight tartness of the pomelo worked together. Plus, I loved how deliciously smooth and creamy this was, which felt so cool and refreshing on such a warm day. So good! As much as I enjoyed our smoothie, I will said it also only made me feel that much worse for not getting a second drink to try. Even as we were punching in our order at their kiosk, part of me was second-guessing whether to just get one. Ugh...this is what we get for trying to be sensible while on vacation! I guess we'll just have to make a point of coming back again so that we can correct our terrible mistake and also try one of Mango Mango's desserts. How awful... /sarcasm FOUR AND A HALF STARS rounded down for now.
I love coming here for their mango stick rice smoothie! They give a generous amount of sticky rice so I taste it with every sip of the drink and it's not too sweet too. The coconut ice cream inside the drink is also very good - doesn't have that artificial coconut flavor at all. The store is kept really clean and they have a good amount of seating inside. You can order with the workers, on their kiosk, or online so very convenient and the drinks/desserts come out very quick.

Mango Mango is celebrating its Grand Opening with a BOGO Free Drink promo until Sunday, April 3! I enjoyed the Man-Coco Sticky Smoothie, which is basically a Thai Mango Sticky Rice Dessert in a cup. I definitely recommend a spoon for this drink, otherwise you may have to maneuver the straw a bit and suck hard to get all the bits of the delicious coconut milk sticky rice (perfect texture). I love that pure fresh mango goodness! The Ube Frappuccino was pretty good, and tasted like real ube. Ambiance: cute bright decor inside and love the little outdoor patio seating. Service was ok, not especially friendly, and it did not take as long as I expected for the crowd. Note: the original IG promo post only mentions having to show said promo post when ordering, but the cashier told me I'd have to share the promo post in my story and show her my story. read more

Best mango smoothie to soothe your soul. Mango lovers heaven in Hawaii, super fast service lovely ambience read more
Love the different desserts it's not only boba and smoothie which there are so many now! I got the mixed fruit which was in coconut so it reminds me of those vietnamese style desserts! Had the jelly, similar small beads to tapioca but I think it was called sago? All the fruit toppings tasted sweet and fresh! So refreshing with the coconut milk. I also got the blush rose milk tea and I'm not a huge fan of floral tasting drinks as they can taste too perfume-y sometimes but just wanted to try something different from the usual flavors. This was surprisingly good! Just the right amount of sweetness to balance that floral taste! The only thing is the boba doesn't have any taste it's not even sweet so next time I'll just ask to have without the balls. This is definitely pricier than other places but it's a little different and once in a while it's nice to splurge if you are a dessert person like me! Located on the 3rd floor next to nature republic and I think island brew? Nice inside seating and outside if you prefer. read more

Yay, Mango Mango opened up a second location. So glad this location is closer to home. Mango yumminess? Yes, please. Located in Ala Moana on the third floor near Bloomingdale's and next to Island Brew Coffeehouse. Ample mall parking. The interior is bright, clean and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating. The menu has a variety of smoothies and desserts. Although it's called Mango Mango, they have other flavors available. But for me, I'll be ordering mango 100%. Some of my favorites are the mango juice rice ball with ice cream dessert, mango pancakes and the coconut mango smoothie. Congrats Mango Mango on opening another location! I'll be visiting often. Looking forward to tasting the mango coconut sticky rice with ice cream dessert and man-coco sticky smoothie. read more
I did not know there were two other locations of this place on Hawaii. This one recently opened up in Ala Moana Shopping Center. Located on the second level near Bloomingdales and North Face. Its a sparkling new, bright and white store that you cant miss when you take the escalators up on the Ewa wing of the mall. They have an extensive menu, with a lot of different desserts and drinks. I was overwhelmed as this was my first time ever trying this place out. My fiancé and I played it safe and ordered the Triple Ice Cream Delight and a hot dessert of the Ube Soup with Sago and Rice ball. Everything is made to order so be prepared to wait for your desserts. They have a small seating area inside the shop and they also have outdoor seating as well. Don't worry about waiting at the front for your order, the staff will call your order and walk your order to hand it to you. Even if you are seated outside they will deliver your order to your table. Outdoor seating your desserts will be in to-go containers. If you are seated inside, your order will be served on glassware. The Triple Ice Cream delight comes with Mango, Vanilla, and Green Tea ice cream drizzled with Chocolate Syrup and served with two wafers. It was simple ice cream sundae, the mango ice cream was super delicious I just wished their scoops were bigger. The Ube Soup was delicious. It was similar to a Filipino Dessert. It came out hot and fresh, the sago and rice balls were soft and not overcooked/hard. It was the right amount of sweet. I know where to stop by to try more of their dessert menu when I'm in the area. The staff was super friendly, recommend trying this place out, especially if you love Mangos. read more
We happened to be visiting during the grand opening weekend and they were having their BOGO drinks deal. The line was crazy long so be prepared to wait about an hour (we waited over an hour and almost gave up halfway) to get through the line plus wait for the drinks. You must re-post the offer on a social media of your choice in order to qualify for the deal and you're allowed up to 2 drinks free. They use fresh fruit for any fruit drinks, but powder for any tea drinks (taro, rose, etc) which was a bummer because I hate powder based drinks. (Minus one star for powder taro). If you love fruit drinks, this is the place to go for legit fruits being used. Despite that fact, I did want to try the blush rose milk tea. The tea was descent but the boba was mushy and not sweetened. It was tasteless and I definitely wouldn't get boba again. We ended with 4 drinks: brown sugar boba, blush rose with boba, Oreo smoothie, and matcha smoothie. Honestly, it wasn't worth the wait. I'd recommend coming when the promo is over. Add $0.15 for a bag. They also have cute handles for single drinks read more

Cute desert shop that just opened up on the third floor of the Ewa wing. Upon getting to mango mango, there was a line formed (about 4 people in front of us). They offer inside and outdoor seating which is great because the shop seems like it can get a little crowded. We ended up ordering combo B because we wanted to try out their classic deserts as well as their pancakes. We loved the mango pancakes as well as the mango juice rice ball with ice cream! It wasn't too sweet, and had the right amount of flavor. We'll definitely be back to try out their crepe cakes and more of their classic deserts! read more
I came here with my son yesterday because I'd heard about it on Facebook. We went around 3:30pm and figured it wouldn't be crowded because it was a weekday and an off hour..... I was really surprised at the long line snaking out the door! We waited patiently and someone came out and handed us a menu. The name of this place is "mango mango", but don't let that fool you, there are plenty of other things you can choose from. They also have a wide range of choices including hot and cold desserts, smoothies, boba drinks, cakes, cheesecakes, tea, and ice cream with waffles. My son decided to go with the coconut mango smoothie with lychee jelly on the bottom of the drink. I wasn't sure what to get since I am diabetic..... I asked if they had anything that was unsweetened, and they worked with me, which made me extremely happy. They said they could make me a green tea with lime, no sugar. I was extremely happy with this drink, so cool and very refreshing on this warm spring day. The nerd in me was excited to get my drink in a cute, reusable plastic cup which I will use when I take water with me to my gym classes lol. I didn't know this, but there is a grand opening special going on until April 3rd where it's BOGO, so our total for 2 drinks was 8 dollars plus change. Score! There is a cute little space outside where you can sit and wait for your drinks as well as a small seating area inside this sleek, modern new shop. Service was so friendly and even though the wait was a bit long, we were very happy with this wonderful new dessert place. read more

Service 3/5: I guess since they just opened they're still working on how they will smoothly operate? As one of the reviewer said. Shop is not really people with age friendly, or those who's not really familiar with the "new way" (QR Codes, Yelp, IG etc.) No menus posted visible outside yet so if people of age were to go they wouldn't be able to see the menu and decide before coming on the counter which only has one working register. It adds a lot to the wait time. We waited for quite some time. We already seen our drinks up in the counter not sure what was going on but the lady that was giving the drink seems like she's going by number like when 12 is waiting for 1 more drink she wouldn't give 13,14,15's drink even if it's right there in front of her XD A lot of confuse people in line, there's couple menus printed but it's only sitting on the counter. someone should've handed it already so the people in line can decide what they want. I was .01 away from handing the menus to the people in line but don't want them to get weirded out of me, and i wouldn't get paid lol so i just patiently waited for my order. Prices: 3/5 (would explain why xD) Price matches the interior of the shop, Very high end dessert shop looking. Cups, packagings and Boxes for their cakes. You'll know where that extra $ you're paying for is going. Lol Taste: (continuation of why i rated 3/5 for prices lol) Mango Mille Crepe Cake: (3/5) A very instagrammable cake. lol Very fun texture. Somthin new if you never had it before. But not really worth $10 for me. I love that it's not too sweet, but at the same time, the mango toppings, at least the one me and my cousin got, was very sour.. Like the one that makes you scrunch up your face hahaha Ube Mille Crepe Cake: (2/5) Didn't care for it. Mango cake is better for me without those sour ripe mango topping. If you're filipino, Fresh Ube Halaya Standards? This taste artificially flavored for mee :P Mixed Fruit Jasmin Tea: (1/5) Bitter. I love non sugary drinks but the tea i got is super bitter. It's probably from the pomelo? It had strawberry, lime, pomelo and pineapple. Strawberry inside had that non stored properly taste. The only thing that taste good was the pineapple. Overall, My rating is 3/5. I would still come back, i know they'll improve and to try more desserts from their menu. read more
Tried their dessert on my second visit -- the mango one was good as was the durian. They make their own durian ice cream but I deducted one star because they gave very little durian ice cream and the banana / herbal jelly was too much of a filler to complement the dessert. read more

Came for the last day of BOGO and got the mango strawberry smoothie. From the time my friends and I got in line to the time we got our drinks, it was about an hour (likely due to grand opening BOGO special). I had trouble deciding what to get since there were many options, but ended up going the strawberry mango smoothie route. It came with the mango layered on top of the strawberry layered on top of some type of clear jelly. It also came with some pieces of fresh fruit sprinkled on top. It was good, but not knock your socks off amazing to me. I think next time I'd like to try the sticky rice drink. Once we put in our order the drinks came out pretty quick. The prices are a bit steep compared to some other places. Would also like to try their desserts another time. I also had to look at some mall maps to find my way here. For anyone else wanting some guidance, it's located on the 3rd level nearby Nordstrom and around the corner from Uniqlo. read more

I love mango so I had to try the desserts from here! Mango Mango is located in the Ewa Wing of Ala Moana next to Bloomingdales and Island Brew. The line was a bit long but went by quick. There are tables inside and on the patio outdoors. The one thing kind of turned me off about it was the pricing. We ordered an ube crepe cake and the mango pancakes. They were delicious, don't get me wrong. However, the price for the two desserts were just shy of $20. We sat outside and the food was brought to us with utensils. They just ask after you're finished to return the plates back inside. This is a place I can see myself coming to for an after-dinner dessert once in a while. You should try this place out at least once. read more
they have an assortment of hot and cold snacks to cool off! They offer authentic Asian desserts that include matcha, durian, mango, red bean and much more! Prices are reasonable and there's almost always a line! I personally am not a huge fan of Asian desserts so I didn't find anything that I loved. But they do offer plenty of mango and durian variation that I would highly recommend if you're into it. They also have some red bean which a lot of people like. I definitely thought the waffle was OK it was an extremely different than any other place that I've had. They do give you plenty of bananas. read more

The first thing I noticed about mango mango is the smell. It smells so good in here from the desserts! everything here is mango based - hence the name. They actually have crates of mangoes so you know that you are getting fresh fruit when you order dessert! The staff is very efficient and I was able to order online and pay at the store. I got the coconut mango smoothie and the mango coconut sticky rice with ice cream. Both were so refreshing with chunks of fresh mango. I loved that I could taste the coconut as well. This is a must try for the summer! Can't wait to try their other items as well. read more
Great place to get your mango fix! As the name implies, this place specialized in mango (which is my favorite fruit!!). I got the coconut mango smoothie, and it was delicious! The drink was very mango-y and it was perfect for a hot and sunny day! There's some seating inside the venue, and there's some outdoor seating as well. The service was also nice and explained the menu to me when I had questions. Overall, great place to satisfy any mango craving! read more

First time at Mango Mango and the desserts were really good. I like everything that I got. The durian pancakes smelled really good and they were great. I recommend the durian flavor items to people who like the smell of durian; if you are not familiar with durian's smell, it's a good idea to steer away from them because durians smell like doo doo for first timers. I LOVE durians! Anyhow, I would love to come back & try other drinks and desserts available at the Ala Moana location. read more

Went here for their grand opening yesterday. For a limited time if you share their grand opening posting on social media (yes, you have to show it to them), you get BOGO for their drinks with a limit of two per person. Be ready to stand in a long line. We started at the coffee shop and it took us 20 minutes until we put in our order and it took less then 10 minutes to receive it. As we were waiting in line they were passing out the menu. The staff was friendly, the girl that was giving us our order was the sweetest. There is only one drink size. Drinks from left to right: Mango smoothie with lychee jelly Snow White strawberry smoothie x2 Man-coco sticky rice smoothie My favorite was the man-coco sticky rice smoothie. It has ice cream on top of the mango smoothie and sticky rice in the bottom. There are two sitting areas, inside and outside. read more

If you love mango sticky rice and smoothies, this is the spot for you! They opened a week before I got there and I was so happy to be able to order without having to wait in a long line. It's a perfect concoction of mango coconut sticky rice in a smoothie form. It was definitely worth $9. This is definitely on my list of places to revisit next time I come back to Oahu. read more

This shop is clean, spacious, beautiful, great service and great food! There is a cashier ready to help you order at the register or you may choose to order on a touch screen yourself. The workers were friendly and helpful when asking questions about the menu. The food comes out in a timely manner after ordering. The desert is presented in a glass dish and is delicious! During a 5 day trip I stopped here 3 times! I love mango mango (I have previously been to the one in Minneapolis)! They also have cake and boba tea drinks. You won't be disappointed. The location was hard to find at first as we didn't realize it was inside of the mall. read more

Me and my friend had ordered 2 mango mochi and tapioca bowls to go, it came out pretty quick... however when our orders came out the base of our bowls were super watered down and looked almost melted. We come to mango mango at least every other week or so and the consistency of the bowls usually aren't like that. A little disappointed in the quality of a pretty popular and supposed outstanding dessert read more

Came to satisfy my cravings, met with poor service, and questionable staff behavior & appearance. I noticed front of restaurant staff were both females with long hair that were not tied back (they would serve your food to you), and I noticed back of the house females were making food without their hair tied back as well. It worried me because of the chances I might find a hair in my mango sticky rice (fortunately, I did not). Service was run by two teens, one trying to braid the other's hair while taking orders. My fiancé and I were about to leave and put our dishes in the bin, when one of the girls raised her voice at us to leave our dishes on the table instead. That was very confusing because the other occasion we've been here, we placed it in the bin (just trying to be helpful and have consideration) but she said it to us in a way like scolding us. It was very odd. Ambiance wise, it felt like we were not welcomed there. It gave off a just get your food and leave vibe. So bad for a place with high people traffic. Never going back. read more
