4.5 stars. I had the man-coco sticky smoothie. It comes with a scoop of coconut ice cream on top. I feel like that made this smoothie just perfect. Sort of a drink and a snack in one. They use fresh mangoes to make the smoothie. And have a scoop of sticky rice sitting on the bottom. I wish they had added a little more coconut milk or some kind of liquid to loosen up the sticky rice a bit to make it easier to drink. Sucking that up was a quite difficult. I recommend using your straw to poke at it for a bit to break it up before trying to suck it out. Aside from that this drink was perfect. It was everything I was hoping for. Exactly what you would imagine drinking this yummy dessert is like. I tried to use the app to order but it wasn't working so I used the kiosk at the counter. Worked fine. I had just signed up for an account right before i got intk line. My number didn't work when I tried to sign in at the kiosk to earn points. Perhaps there is a delay. Drink came out pretty quickly. Inside has some Milk and Mocha (whom I love) decor at the tables. They have a few tables in the store for you to enjoy your desserts. Staff appear friendly. The desserts looked really good but I didn't want to spoil my dinner so just the drink for me. I'll be back.
Located on the third level of the Ala Moana mall, Mango Mango boasts HK-style desserts. There's plenty of tables and you can order either at the kiosk or at the register. Ordered their mango sticky rice and their mango sago dish. The mango sticky rice could be improved with more condensed milk, and if the rice was a bit warmer so it'd be more malleable and decadent. Some of the mango pieces are hit or miss. Sago was fine but needed a stronger presence.
Service 1/5 The two staff members were chatty with each other and unwelcoming to any customers, not even giving a glance. Ambiance 2/5 Even on a hot day, it was actually freezing inside the shop. We sat outside instead. The place looked a little unwelcoming to sit in and it was not clean with the trashcan overflowing. Makes me wonder how clean their kitchen is. Food 4/5 In comparison to Hui Lau Shan, it's not up there but it did hit the spot. Overall enjoyed my mango/pomelo/sago.
The mango sticky rice is so creamy and the rice has a perfect texture. The peach berry freeze with crystal jelly is also very delicious. Staff is very helpful when ordering drinks, they also have good recommendations. The tables are usually always clean and the seats are comfortable.

I was craving mangoes so badly, so I decided to try Mango Mango Dessert at Ala Moana, and it did not disappoint. It can be surprisingly hard to find really good mango drinks and treats in Hawaii when it's not mango season, so this place was exactly what I was looking for. My boyfriend ordered the mango strawberry smoothie, and I got the special mango juice smoothie with added rice balls because I was craving something similar to mango sticky rice. I was a little hesitant at first because the special mango juice smoothie comes with sago, which I had never tried before, but it ended up being delicious. The smoothie was fresh, sweet, and incredibly refreshing. The rice balls were the perfect addition and completely satisfied my mango sticky rice craving. The staff were super kind and patient, answering all of our questions and helping us decide what to order. There is also plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to sit and enjoy your dessert. I loved it so much that we went back twice in one week. If you love mango, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

It's an average size shop for a mall and it's always clean with helpful employees. It's such a fun, light and fruity treat in comparison to heavier options offered. Give your gut a rest from all things fried and dive into the joy that is Mango Mango.
You have to come here if you love Mango. Their drinks are great. It is really as good as the one we had in Hong Kong and Thailand. Services are amazing, I don't know how they can be that fast. I think my drinks are ready in less then a min. The place is small, but it is still very good spot to have a short break from all the shopping and walking. Highly recommended for mango lover.
I love coming here for their mango stick rice smoothie! They give a generous amount of sticky rice so I taste it with every sip of the drink and it's not too sweet too. The coconut ice cream inside the drink is also very good - doesn't have that artificial coconut flavor at all. The store is kept really clean and they have a good amount of seating inside. You can order with the workers, on their kiosk, or online so very convenient and the drinks/desserts come out very quick.
As a kid, I used to subscribe to the notion that there's always room for dessert. Sadly, though, despite how the cravings for dessert were still just as strong, our appetite just didn't feel like it could keep up. Either that or our stomachs were still ridiculously full from the heavy lunch we had just finished. However, in defense of our poor planning, we weren't expecting to come across a Mango Mango either! Otherwise, if we did, we definitely saved room to come here! With locations sprinkled throughout the US, yet somehow without a single one in California, my gf had heard about Mango Mango several times from some of her friends in New York. So, when we happened to stumble across this one on the third floor of Ala Moana, we almost felt compelled to stop in. Inside, the place isn't all that large, but the decor is cute and makes for a perfect spot to take a cool break from your retail shopping adventures. As for the menu, unsurprisingly, mangos are the name of the game here, but there's plenty of variety and alternatives to choose from among their many smoothies, fruit teas, milk tea, hot teas, desserts, pastries, sundaes, and waffles. Since there weren't any seats/tables available inside, we opted to just get a drink and settled on their COCONUT MANGO SMOOTHIE-O ($7.95) with Pomelo (+$2) to share. Now, I don't know if it was due to the taste and/or acidity of the pomelo, but the taste of mango in this wasn't as strong as I thought it would've been, especially given how the drink looked. That said, it still had a decent punch of mango to it (they also sprinkle some pieces of it on top) and I liked how well the coconut and the slight tartness of the pomelo worked together. Plus, I loved how deliciously smooth and creamy this was, which felt so cool and refreshing on such a warm day. So good! As much as I enjoyed our smoothie, I will said it also only made me feel that much worse for not getting a second drink to try. Even as we were punching in our order at their kiosk, part of me was second-guessing whether to just get one. Ugh...this is what we get for trying to be sensible while on vacation! I guess we'll just have to make a point of coming back again so that we can correct our terrible mistake and also try one of Mango Mango's desserts. Cleanliness is another area that needs attention. The order window had an overflowing cart of trash and dirty dishes, which wasn't a good first impression. A clean, sanitary environment is important, and if the front looks messy/dirty, it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. That said, I still keep coming back because the mango sticky rice is one of my favorites. It's hit or miss depending on who makes it, but when it's good, it's worth the drive to satisfy my craving. I just hope they improve the customer service and keep the place cleaner.

Mango Mango is a place we always visit whenever we're at Ala Moana. During our most recent visit, we ordered the mango pancake and Oreo mille crepe cake. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing compared to our previous experiences. The mango pancake was noticeably different from past visits. The crepe was much thicker, and the ratio of cream to mango was about 100:1--the cream completely overwhelmed the mango. I didn't try the Oreo mille crepe cake myself, but the little one said it was good. The service and cleanliness were also lacking. Our table was dirty when we were seated, and we had to specifically ask someone to come clean it. The garbage can nearby was also filled to the brim, which was not very inviting. Overall, the lack of attention to cleanliness and service made the experience less enjoyable. We've visited Mango Mango many times in the past and have generally enjoyed it, which made this visit particularly disappointing. Hopefully, the food quality, cleanliness, and service improve. read more

The creme brulee crepe cake wasn't very sweet, and instead of separate layers it felt like it was one mushy cake. The thai tea was decently good but jasmine tea was very bitter and overbrewed. Would probably not come again unless it's for the Mango coco sticky rice drink. read more

A friend recommended this place, so we stopped by after work on a Tuesday. There was no line and our drinks came out super fast. I almost ordered at the kiosk, but the staff encouraged us to order with them instead and they were really friendly and personable. I have seen Mango Mango at the mall many times and it always looks busy, but after trying it I think it is worth the wait. I ordered the strawberry mango smoothie and loved that it was not overly sweet. It tasted like real fruit and was perfectly refreshing after a long day. I believe it was around 180 to 200 calories, which feels great for a drink. I was really impressed and drank it in no time. read more

Needed something to cool me off while shopping around the mall and decided to get a drink from mango mango. I love how many different options they have. I got the watermelon slush this time, and it came with this weird clear jelly in it. It was kinda just one big blob of jelly, which I didn't really care for. I probably should've gotten it with boba or regular cubed jelly pieces. The drink was refreshing though. There's some seating inside, as well as outside. Workers are friendly and service is quick. Good spot to come for a quick drink or dessert on a hot day. read more

I'll start by saying I would go back to try other things, but I got the strawberry mango smoothie and the strawberry was a little watery. The mango part was nice, but the jelly was very neutral in flavor. The photos on the kiosk don't necessarily match the actual item, so my partner was a little disappointed with his tea. read more

The mango sticky rice smoothie here is seriously on a whole different level. I've tried the one at Down to Earth and honestly, this one wins without even trying. You get those chewy sticky rice bits that make every sip feel like the real dessert, and the coconut ice cream just ties everything together in the best way. The flavor actually tastes like legit mango sticky rice instead of just a random mango smoothie pretending to be something it's not. It's not too sweet, not heavy or milky, just super refreshing and so easy to drink. read more
I came here for the Coconut Mango Smoothie and added Sago to it and it was SO delicious. although i can't really justify the price, it was so refreshing especially in the heat. it wasn't too sweet and i finished it in probably less than 15 minutes. Service was good! there's a self-kiosk there in case you are an introvert but there is also a cashier there as well! the place is located inside a mall and there's tables inside and outside! such a cute place :) read more
Was looking around and found this place at the ala Moana center third floor. Seating space inside and ordered via kiosk. Drink came out almost instantly. I got the coconut mango smoothie since it was most popular. Good amount of mangos. Refreshing drink from the coconut but average drink. Decent place to stop for a sweet dessert or drink when shopping in this plaza. Maybe their other stuff is better. read more

Delicious mango desserts. I think the mango is fresh (because sometimes it's not the sweetest ha) but I prefer the fresh to the artificially flavored syrupy mango desserts I've had at other spots. It's on my regular dessert rotation. read more
Mango Mango Dessert has a wide variety of mango sweet treats that are refreshing and delicious! My favorite is their Mango Strawberry Smoothie-o, which is the perfect blend of mango and strawberry -- not too sweet, but nice and cold! Their Mango Coconut Sticky Rice with Ice Cream is also really good, but sometimes they sell out of the sticky rice. Vibe: There's indoor and outdoor seating. You can order with the server or at the iPads near the counter. Parking: Ala Moana Shopping Center has a lot of free parking in several parking lots they have in the mall. read more

5 stars all the way for their mango sticky rice drink! This reminds me of a Filipino rice dessert or a Thai mango sticky rice. It's thick and creamy with a rich flavor from the ripened mangoes. Second time coming here for my drink. They have a very large menu for drinks and dessert items. Service was very quick and since this is a Wednesday afternoon, there was no line! The restaurant is quiet but there are 4 tables with customers. Ambiance is bright and clean. read more
Mangos are the bees knees. Of course you have to stop into a spot called Mango Mango. There is a screen to place your own order when in line or they can do it for you. Smoothies, bowls, ice cream scoops, several options and it is easy to order and pay (card only if self service). Just grabbed the regular Mango smoothie because it looked the most plain, and it only took about 3 minutes and ready to be on the way. It was tasty but it isn't like a traditional smoothie. It had jelly chunks in it as well as mango chunck. I would go back and try other things to see how everything else is, again, because Mango! There is indoor seating or you take your items to go. read more
Mango Mango is a cute and convenient dessert shop in Ala Moana, and as someone who loves everything rose flavored, the drink portion of their Blush Rose Bubble Milk Tea gets an instant 5 stars from me. The rose milk tea has a satisfyingly floral taste, and it is the perfect sweetness for me when ordered at 50% sugar level. Rose milk tea is rare at boba shops these days, and this is my favorite out of the ones I've tried recently! However, I do find the boba here a little disappointing. The texture is usually consistent and on the softer side (which I personally like, but it is subjective), but it has very little flavor. I guess that's not an entirely bad thing when paired with good drinks, but it is a bit unsatisfying in my opinion. Other drinks I've tried have been hit or miss. It is very clear that mango (and other fruit) drinks are their specialty, because I've tried a few of their various mango smoothies and they are all delicious! However, my friend tried their Matcha Brûlée Bubble Milk Tea, and we agreed that the quality of their matcha was disappointing. Additionally, their prices are slightly high for a casual dessert cafe; most items are around $10, which isn't unreasonable, but I personally think there are several other dessert options in Ala Moana that offer better deals. Still, while it's not my go-to boba or dessert place in the mall, I do enjoy coming here occasionally for my rose drink! read more

I tried their lychee rose for the first time and it was very delicious. The store is cutely decorated with bears stickers i think because they are having a collaboration. Service was friendly and fast. I waited for about 5 minutes to get my drink and they bring my drink to my table for me! Overall, i really like mango mango and would come back again. read more

Summer is calling us for something sweet and cold. We love mangoes so Mango Mango Dessert is where our foot took us. We walked in and there is only one person taking orders. You can either choose to stand in line to order on your own or on the left side, if you might need help placing an order. There is no sign so you'll have to kind just follow the people in front of you. The trash bin is right in the front of the cashier. May I suggest having it move somewhere else...it doesn't look appealing and the table to the dirty dishes also needs some attention... We ordered the Watermelon Smoothie. This is sooo refreshingly delicious and a great way to really cool off!! The watermelon is perfectly sweet or sweetened. A must have!!! We also ordered the Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee Jelly with Mango Ice Cream. This is a great combination in one glass bowl. The mangoes are ripe and sweet. The lychee jelly adds that little crunch since everything else is soft. You can find Mango Mango Dessert on the 3rd floor of Ala Moana closet to Nordstrom or Bloomingdales. We ordered a bunch of things and I honestly can't even remember all of the names. But the menu is very diverse and there's a lot of different items. I love that there is something for everyone! The Ube crêpe cake was not too sweet and we all really enjoyed it. All of the mango desserts were great. My favorite one was the one with sago, Azuki beans, coconut, jelly, and mango. I got the mango sticky rice coconut drink (on the left of my pic) and I loved it. It wasn't too sweet, the rice easily went through the straw, and the mango flavor was great. The drinks also came out really quickly, and there are both a screen to order and a person (which is great!). However, there is limited seating inside so it can get a bit crowded. read more
Nice hole-in-the-wall to grab fruit smoothies and teas. They have some tables in the place, but it can get crowded, so be aware. They also have outdoor seating as well. They have a nice selection of fruit parfaits and specialize in mango and strawberry flavors. When ordering, you can order with the staff member or the kiosk. Service is very quick. read more

We always pass this place when we're at the mall and it never dawned on us to try it out because the line was always long and it was crowded inside. There was no line today, Sunday, and it wasn't crowded so we went in. The staff isn't the most personable or friendliest, and I just passed that off as cultural differences. You order at a little kiosk inside or at the register that's right next to it, a little confusing for first timers. I saw they have a rewards program, so I quickly signed up for it and it gives a free mango smoothie with order as a welcome gift. My daughter didn't want anything until I mentioned that, but she wanted it with boba. I got the green tea latte brûlée I think and it tasted amazing. There was just so much ice in my drink, that I was done in no time. The place got crowded inside in time since I guess there are things you can only order when you dine in. The place is really clean and bright and the smell inside is just amazingly sweet. Definitely worth a stop, and make sure you get the rewards program app read more

We're obsessed with their mango sticky rice drink and dessert. It's a shame the service in this location is the only reason I would prob pass. The boys working today weren't very friendly. There was a miscommunication with our order, and they weren't apologetic/understanding imo. Definitely will come back for more, but probably prefer their Pearlridge location. read more
