    Mango bingsoo
    Christine L.

It took us a little bit to find Jeju Bing! For anyone else looking, it is located very close to one of the Ala Moana food court entrances. Keep in mind that there isn't a restroom inside the shop itself, but since you're so close to the food court, you can just use the facilities there. We visited with a group of six, and we were happy to find that there was a plenty of space to accommodate all of us comfortably. We ordered the mango bingsoo, injeolmi bingsoo, some toast, and a mango smoothie. I sadly only got a picture of the mango bingsoo. Everything was yummy. The mango bingsoo was refreshing after a long and hot day outside. Service was pretty quick and efficient!

A refreshing treat that was exactly what we needed on a hot, humid day in Ala Moana! The mango and Oreo bingsu was light, creamy, and incredibly satisfying--the perfect balance of fruity sweetness and indulgent Oreo flavor. The fluffy shaved ice melted perfectly and was such a refreshing way to cool down. Ordering was quick and convenient with the kiosk, and the service was fast and efficient. A great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth while escaping the island heat!

Ordered the tiramisu shaved ice and it tasted great! The ice is soft and everything wasn't too sweet which was nice. Their menu seems to have a lot of different options as well.

We were Ono for bingsu and came here. I usually like their injeolmi flavor (kinako) but wanted fresh fruit. They were out of mango so we got strawberry

Bingsu was good, similar to any other bingsu place. Mango was sour which was surprising, strawberry was good.

Strawberry and Oreo and a little disappointed since it was in Togo containers , Less fruit on top and the flavor was bland.

A little disappointed with the TO GO containers. Less fruit and bland flavor. Maybe if it was in the real bowls there could be more flavor

Jejubing Dessert Cafe has been making bingsu desserts for a few years now, conveniently located in Ala Moana Shopping Center near Sees Candies. Their simple milk based fine snow tastes great. I felt like my bingsu didn't have as much fruits as usual which was why I rated my experience lower. Still the same as before, love their simple bingsus!

Strawberry bingsu! Yum! Fluffy shaved milk with sliced strawberries, condensed milk and whipped cream! Not overly sweet but something nice hot day. My first time i tried it here and I will def go back again. I've tried similar things at other places and found it more bland, but over here, it was a bit sweeter. A large size sets you back $14.95, but a nice alternative for acai, shave ice or ice cream on a hot day...

A great space for a sweet treat, always a hit! My favorite will always be strawberry or mango. The only downside is that the tables aren't always clean :/

Warm day today so needed this to cool down. Restaurant was a bit hard to find but glad we got there. Go to the lower level food court. Then find Auntie Anne's pretzel, find the entry exit doors to the left. Jejubing is right outside those doors on the left. Decent selection of bingsu deserts and drinks. We ordered two small bowls via the kiosk. One mango and one strawberry. Good size bowl prob more than many folks can eat. They have a large good for sharing desserts came with extra cups of condensed milk. Fruit topping and sauce were overflowing the bowls. And topped with whipped cream. Mango was sweet, ripe and soft. Strawberries were fresh but tart. The shaved ice was velvety and mildly creamy so use the extra condensed milk to cater the ice to your preference. The service was great. We asked to have the table wiped down as it was sticky. She quickly came over to wipe it down. Pleasantly gave us two glasses of water when asked. All in all a relaxing and tasty experience

This was actually my second visit. The first time I tried the sesame flavor, and this time I got the kinako. Both were absolutely delicious! I also love how quick the service is, you place your order on the tablet, and it doesn't take long before it's ready. I'm already looking forward to coming back to try more flavors. Love this place!

This is our absolute favorite dessert place ! So soft, light and creamy. The fruit is always so ripe and fresh. To top it off, they never stint the amount of fruit received. Reasonable price for amazing dessert. Highly recommended.

A nice korean dessert cafe inspired by Jeju (an island off the coast of South Korea). It is a bit difficult to know it's inspired by it as only if you've been there before you'll notice the typical Jeju statues you see at the entrance. The food came out really quickly and it was tasty. I wouldn't say it was my favorite bingsu place to get so I would rate it a 4/5. The server was really good though as making sure the place was clean. He didn't just stand still and would continuously make sure the place is clean

    Are gift cards available?

Thank you for your interest in our gift cards. We do have them. We paused selling them until we get it working with our new POS system in the store. Maybe in a week it will be available again. Mahalo

What's the easiest way to find them at the mall? ground floor yea?

On the same level of the food court by the centerstage of the Mall, facing the Ala Moana Beach, turn left, between See's Candies and Goma Tei.

Can you do take out orders like a shake? Or is it only dine in? Does everyone in the party/group have to order/eat to be seated? I'm diabetic but my kids want to eat there.

You can order take out, the line for it is normally faster too. There is an employee at the door who takes names down for the dine in and take out lines and you'll be called in to either order or be seated. The takeout orders of jejubing will come…

Do they have a rewards program of some sort?

    No. But very generous price.

Located just outside the Royal Hawaiian Center, the shop almost always has a long line, but it moves surprisingly quickly thanks to the convenient self-order kiosks. Despite the steady stream of customers, the staff handled the crowd with impressive efficiency, and our order arrived sooner than expected. With its vibrant layers of color and fresh toppings, the shave ice created a breathtaking first impression. Better yet, it tasted every bit as incredible as it looked. **Hawaiian Rainbow: 5/5** The Hawaiian Rainbow was the perfect sweet treat on a blazing hot day. Layered with housemade coconut spirulina, strawberry, and mango syrups over incredibly soft shave ice, it offered a bright medley of tropical fruit flavors. The shave ice itself was exceptionally smooth and delicate, with a texture reminiscent of fluffy snow that dissolved almost instantly on the tongue. Hidden beneath it was a layer of rich, soft ice cream that provided the perfect creamy contrast to the refreshing flavors. The finishing touches were a generous drizzle of condensed milk and fresh strawberry chunks, whose subtle tang balanced the sweetness beautifully. Homemade mochi added a soft, pillowy chew, while the lychee popping boba contributed subtle floral notes evocative of rosewater. Every element complemented the next, making each spoonful just as enjoyable as the last. Island Vintage Shave Ice more than lives up to its well-earned reputation. From the stunning presentation to the handcrafted syrups, silky-smooth shave ice, and a texturally diverse assortment of toppings, every component came together to create a phenomenal dessert that's every bit as delicious as it is visually captivating. If you're visiting Waikiki, Island Vintage Shave Ice deserves a spot at the top of your must-try list.

Finished with a generous dusting of matcha powder, it delivered a remarkably rich, bold, and intensely tea-forward flavor that showcased the deep, earthy complexity and pleasant bittersweetness of high-quality matcha.
