4.5 stars. I had the man-coco sticky smoothie. It comes with a scoop of coconut ice cream on top. I feel like that made this smoothie just perfect. Sort of a drink and a snack in one. They use fresh mangoes to make the smoothie. And have a scoop of sticky rice sitting on the bottom. I wish they had added a little more coconut milk or some kind of liquid to loosen up the sticky rice a bit to make it easier to drink. Sucking that up was a quite difficult. I recommend using your straw to poke at it for a bit to break it up before trying to suck it out. Aside from that this drink was perfect. It was everything I was hoping for. Exactly what you would imagine drinking this yummy dessert is like. I tried to use the app to order but it wasn't working so I used the kiosk at the counter. Worked fine. I had just signed up for an account right before i got intk line. My number didn't work when I tried to sign in at the kiosk to earn points. Perhaps there is a delay. Drink came out pretty quickly. Inside has some Milk and Mocha (whom I love) decor at the tables. They have a few tables in the store for you to enjoy your desserts. Staff appear friendly. The desserts looked really good but I didn't want to spoil my dinner so just the drink for me. I'll be back.
Located on the third level of the Ala Moana mall, Mango Mango boasts HK-style desserts. There's plenty of tables and you can order either at the kiosk or at the register. Ordered their mango sticky rice and their mango sago dish. The mango sticky rice could be improved with more condensed milk, and if the rice was a bit warmer so it'd be more malleable and decadent. Some of the mango pieces are hit or miss. Sago was fine but needed a stronger presence.
Service 1/5 The two staff members were chatty with each other and unwelcoming to any customers, not even giving a glance. Ambiance 2/5 Even on a hot day, it was actually freezing inside the shop. We sat outside instead. The place looked a little unwelcoming to sit in and it was not clean with the trashcan overflowing. Makes me wonder how clean their kitchen is. Food 4/5 In comparison to Hui Lau Shan, it's not up there but it did hit the spot. Overall enjoyed my mango/pomelo/sago.
The mango sticky rice is so creamy and the rice has a perfect texture. The peach berry freeze with crystal jelly is also very delicious. Staff is very helpful when ordering drinks, they also have good recommendations. The tables are usually always clean and the seats are comfortable.
We thought of trying after exploring the mall. Food was not to our taste and we didn't get to go back to try other items. The boba in our drink was a bit hard and not chewy. Service was fast and staff members were nice and friendly. Place was organized and clean.
Their drinks are very good and high quality! They use real fruit and real milk in their drinks. You can choose whole or oat milk. Ambiance is nice as you get to sit on tables and the location is so convenient! Definitely a must try. I heard their cakes are really good as well, and service is fast.
I was craving mangoes so badly, so I decided to try Mango Mango Dessert at Ala Moana, and it did not disappoint. It can be surprisingly hard to find really good mango drinks and treats in Hawaii when it's not mango season, so this place was exactly what I was looking for. My boyfriend ordered the mango strawberry smoothie, and I got the special mango juice smoothie with added rice balls because I was craving something similar to mango sticky rice. I was a little hesitant at first because the special mango juice smoothie comes with sago, which I had never tried before, but it ended up being delicious. The smoothie was fresh, sweet, and incredibly refreshing. The rice balls were the perfect addition and completely satisfied my mango sticky rice craving. The staff were super kind and patient, answering all of our questions and helping us decide what to order. There is also plenty of seating both inside and outside, making it a great place to sit and enjoy your dessert. I loved it so much that we went back twice in one week. If you love mango, this spot is definitely worth a visit!

Mango Mango so nice they named it twice! This place offers so many light and refreshing desserts with mango as its star ingredient! I've been here a few times with my family and I never regret it. It's an average size shop for a mall and it's always clean with helpful employees. It's such a fun, light and fruity treat in comparison to heavier options offered. Give your gut a rest from all things fried and dive into the joy that is Mango Mango.
You have to come here if you love Mango. Their drinks are great. It is really as good as the one we had in Hong Kong and Thailand. Services are amazing, I don't know how they can be that fast. I think my drinks are ready in less then a min. The place is small, but it is still very good spot to have a short break from all the shopping and walking. Highly recommended for mango lover.
I love coming here for their mango stick rice smoothie! They give a generous amount of sticky rice so I taste it with every sip of the drink and it's not too sweet too. The coconut ice cream inside the drink is also very good - doesn't have that artificial coconut flavor at all. The store is kept really clean and they have a good amount of seating inside. You can order with the workers, on their kiosk, or online so very convenient and the drinks/desserts come out very quick.
As a kid, I used to subscribe to the notion that there's always room for dessert. Sadly, though, despite how the cravings for dessert were still just as strong, our appetite just didn't feel like it could keep up. Either that or our stomachs were still ridiculously full from the heavy lunch we had just finished. However, in defense of our poor planning, we weren't expecting to come across a Mango Mango either! Otherwise, if we did, we definitely saved room to come here! With locations sprinkled throughout the US, yet somehow without a single one in California, my gf had heard about Mango Mango several times from some of her friends in New York. So, when we happened to stumble across this one on the third floor of Ala Moana, we almost felt compelled to stop in. Inside, the place isn't all that large, but the decor is cute and makes for a perfect spot to take a cool break from your retail shopping adventures. As for the menu, unsurprisingly, mangos are the name of the game here, but there's plenty of variety and alternatives to choose from among their many smoothies, fruit teas, milk tea, hot teas, desserts, pastries, sundaes, and waffles. Since there weren't any seats/tables available inside, we opted to just get a drink and settled on their COCONUT MANGO SMOOTHIE-O ($7.95) with Pomelo (+$2) to share. Now, I don't know if it was due to the taste and/or acidity of the pomelo, but the taste of mango in this wasn't as strong as I thought it would've been, especially given how the drink looked. That said, it still had a decent punch of mango to it (they also sprinkle some pieces of it on top) and I liked how well the coconut and the slight tartness of the pomelo worked together. Plus, I loved how deliciously smooth and creamy this was, which felt so cool and refreshing on such a warm day. So good! As much as I enjoyed our smoothie, I will said it also only made me feel that much worse for not getting a second drink to try. Even as we were punching in our order at their kiosk, part of me was second-guessing whether to just get one. Ugh...this is what we get for trying to be sensible while on vacation! I guess we'll just have to make a point of coming back again so that we can correct our terrible mistake and also try one of Mango Mango's desserts. How awful... /sarcasm FOUR AND A HALF STARS rounded down for now.
The service could definitely use some improvement. The girl at the counter wasn't very welcoming, and customer service makes a big difference in the overall experience. Cleanliness is another area that needs attention. The order window had an overflowing cart of trash and dirty dishes, which wasn't a good first impression. A clean, sanitary environment is important, and if the front looks messy/dirty, it makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. That said, I still keep coming back because the mango sticky rice is one of my favorites. It's hit or miss depending on who makes it, but when it's good, it's worth the drive to satisfy my craving. I just hope they improve the customer service and keep the place cleaner.

A mango lover's heaven!! Located on the 3rd floor of the Ala Moana Shopping Center next to Bloomingdale's, this spot offers a wide variety of mango-based desserts and drinks with toppings too. I decided to try the Mango Smoothie-o which comes with crystal jelly. Even with no sugar adjustments available, it was the perfect sweetness as is. read more

We came here for dessert after having dinner at Gen and it was my first time here! Inside the store is bright and welcoming and our order came out pretty fast. We ordered the mango coconut sticky rice with ice cream and honestly it was just ok. The mangoes didn't taste super sweet or ripe and the sticky rice tasted kinda old. The ice cream was good but there was also some sort of shave ice on top too with coconut flakes. Overall, I felt like the mango sticky rice dessert could've been better but maybe we went on an off day. I wouldn't mind coming here again to try the other desserts though! read more

This place is so good. Was visiting home for a week last month and ended up coming here twice. My sister recommended it to me when I asked for a good smoothie place in Ala Moana. It was so hot, and we stopped in for drinks. I decided to order the strawberry mango smoothie and wow - it was exactly what I wanted! So refreshing, and our drinks came out pretty quickly as well. Ordering was simple and easy, and the workers answered all of my boyfriend's questions (he is dairy free.) I went in with my family both times also, and we all enjoyed our drinks and have been back since. They have nice seating available, perfect spot to rest your feet and cool off during your shopping excursion! read more
My mango coconut smoothie with clear jelly came out super quick. Service was good, fast and my drink was $8. It tastes super good! The jelly gives the smoothie a nice texture. If you love mango, you'll like this place! They have a lot of tables inside which is nice to sit down in the AC. read more

Kiddo wanted to try the crepe cake. She ordered the ube one - nicely presented but there really wasn't much of an ube flavor and it was a little on the dry side. The teas we ordered, however, were good. I ordered the Pineapple tea and kiddo ordered the Blush Peach. For both, the favors of pineapple and peach came through. Mango Juice with rice and ice cream - delicious. Had to wait about 10m for the order and was told that only "dining in" was allowed to sit inside the restaurant. We opted for searching for a place to sit outside anyway as the inside was not air conditioned, and was very muggy. read more

I love mango and I was thirsty from the heat and all the shopping. It was the cute store front that caught my eye. So I couldn't resist but walk in to order a coco mango smoothie. The drink was sweet and tasted just like a mango with a hint of coconut flavor. But the tiny bits of mango garnished onto of the drink were a bit tart. These drinks are more expensive than other boba and dessert places. They range from $8 to almost $10 depending on what you order. Mine was one of the more basic drinks so it was $7.95 plus tax. My overall assessment is 4 stars for the quality but 3 stars for the prices. read more

Mango Mango is a sweet little dessert spot that really delivers if you love mango everything. Their mango pancake and mango mochi are super fresh and light, and the presentation is always on point. It's not overly sweet, which I appreciate, and everything tastes super clean and refreshing. Great place to stop by after dinner or for a midday treat, especially on a hot day. Definitely a go-to for fruit-based desserts! Would come back for more of their mango desserts!! read more

Located in Ala Moana mall. Very cute spot, limited dine in seats. Many options to choose from! Haven't gotten anything else other than smoothies on the menu.. but smoothies are delicious! Always a must when we stop by Oahu. The mango coco sticky rice smoothie is our favorite and the best we've tasted! Flavors blend in nicely with the sticky rice. Someone takes your order and you can choose to dine in or not, or you can self serve and wait for your order. read more

Have been searching for Mango Mango since we tried it at another state!!! Aloha !!! Where else in but in Ala Moana! Easy to find a table, ordering was fast even with a line! This place was a gem of the shopping mall! When I tried something like drinks here, usually it's quite sweet in main land US. When we order few drinks, we tried to make it with 50% sweetness but they didn't have the options for it. So I expected that it'll be sweet but it was just perfect sweetness!! Comparable to Hong Kong's Hui Lau Shan, this place has similar deserts with an addition of Mille cakes and Hawaiian inspired deserts such as Ube (see Ube Frappuccino!). The desert itself was quite small for $9.50 plus T/T but it was refreshing from the heat outside. The rice balls were chewy and the mango had a tropical flavor to it, which was nice because California's mangos are much more tart. Hawaiis definitely the place to try out fruit deserts -- especially tropical fruit. read more

SO GOOD. exactly what I was craving. I have been mango obsessed for the last few months and came to Hawaii needing my fix. I doordashed mango mango and it was the best decision I made. I got the mango crepe cake and the most popular mango sago bowl. Both were SO YUMMY. I wish I could've gotten it again. I can't comment on service because I doordashed it but the process was very simple. read more

I haven't been here in a while, so I stopped in with the bestie yesterday. We ordered the Snow White Mango Juice Sago & Pomelo with Mango Ice Cream $9.25, Mango Smoothie-o &7.50 and Black Sesame Paste Soup with Sesame Mochi $8.25. I know this is a mango spot, but I love their black sesame paste. I grew up eating that and it's always so good with the mochi balls. The mango items were good this time around also. I could taste the freshness of the mangos. I love how they use fresh mangos and not the frozen varieties found in the freezer section at the supermarkets. I'm not a desserts kinda guy. But when I heard they had a sticky rice dessert, I knew I had to try it. It was a very fancy dessert. A little too much fluff for me.. But the flavor was pretty good. I was told by a friend that I should try the sticky rice drink. They think it's much better. Next time Mango Mango! read more

Located in Ala Moana, Mango Mango is a casual spot for a quick stop and refreshing drinks and desserts. Unfortunately, the food did not deliver. The mango ice cream was icy and tasteless, and a bit of the mango was rotten and tasted bitter. The coconut and black rice was not bad, and the mochi was soft and has chunks of mango inside. We ordered the Mango Mango Combo A, which offered a discount on 3 desserts: Special Mango Juice Sago & Pomelo with Mango Ice Cream (A1), Mango and Black Rice (A8), and Mango Mochi (S4) for $24. It was a little expensive for the quantity, as they were pretty small bowls. There is some indoor and outdoor seating available, but it gets busy fast. Water costs 25¢ so don't forget to bring your own. The waitstaff mostly speak Chinese, but there is a self-ordering tablet too. read more

Clean and they have young ladies serving you to your table, please TIP them the pictures talks about the product. Fresh Mango chunks in every bite. Not super sweet. Love the mango desserts here ! The tea is good and refreshing as well ~ Service was quick and lots of tables indoor/ outdoor. The only down side was our tea cups looked a little dirty, I had to wipe it down a few times to make it it was clean. Other than that we definitely would take out next time. So this is love? Mmmm-yuuum. WOW. My husband and his family wanted to go get dessert here because they heard good things about this place and so we did right after dinner. We all shared so the picture shown here is what I ordered but his family ordered like a mango dessert and a matcha dessert that I forgot to take a picture of. We were all absolutely satisfied with the quality of taste. It wasn't sweet at all. Everything was well put together, so pretty...very refreshing too. Inside is such a cute, sweet vibe. It sorta gave me a High School-College affair vibe; where you can go for dates, for a study sesh sweet grub, and chill with friends type of era. (Matches the taste of the desserts, lol) If you plan to come visit Ala Moana Center Mall, you must give this place a chance because it will not be a disappointment. read more
