"This was our first time here, and the food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors really stood out. The owners were so friendly and helpful--it made the whole experience even better. We're already looking forward to coming back every time we're in the area!"

I didn't order their specialty mini hot pot. Instead I had their lunch special Sichuan beef. It was quite ordinary. And they don't offer soup like what other Chinese restaurants usually do.

The food was amazing!!! We didn't really expect much because we were just walking around town looking for some warm food, but it really delivered. From the first bite of our Pot Stickers, we knew we were in for a treat. Everything was so flavorful and they didn't skimp on anything. Also, our server, Amber, was really sweet and made sure multiple times that we had everything we needed and that there was nothing wrong with our food. We'd never had hot pot before, so she did a very good job explaining everything to us so that our experience was satisfactory. We'll definitely be coming back :)

Gyoza appetizer`

We arrived Thursday afternoon, the server seated us immediately and offered us waters. We looked over the menu and decided on the gyoza and house special mini hot pot. The service was prompt and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back when I'm back in town!

On the way to the airport, after a visit with my daughter, and needed lunch. Been struggling to find good Chinese food at home so decided to give this place a try. Boy, was I impressed! Our table overlooking the street was great. The free egg drop soup to start out the meal was delicious! It was a bit before lunchtime, so not busy at all, and the service was very prompt. We ordered lunch specials - I had the orange chicken and my daughter had the sesame chicken. Both were delicious! Nice, light breading and tender chicken on both entrees. Next time I'm in town I'll be back for sure.

Spicy beef hot pot.

Very flavorful and tastefully presented hot pot. Authentic options including seafood, spicy beef, vegetarian, and Taiwanese style. Love that the dish is all inclusive with all the veggies, mushrooms, and rice. The service is great, very, professional, friendly, and attentive. Ambiance is clean and comfy. Will definitely return.

I went to this place on a Saturday for lunch and was the only customer there for at least 20 minutes. I ordered the food from the Chinese menu and the entries came out after 15 minutes. The portions of food are generous, but tastes mediocre. The food is nothing that an average Chinese person cannot make at home.

Sweet & Sour Shrimp and Chicken Combo for him, Szechuan Chicken for me!

Really awesome little place! My boyfriend and I have gotten delivery from here and eaten in, and both times we received generous portions of great-tasting food in a timely manner & with friendly service!! I definitely recommend it if you're in Pullman.

Clean, great food, great service. Great lunch combo. I love the fried rice and the sweet and sour pork. Best Chinese food in Pullman.

Good Chinese food, some one the dishes were a little salty, but overall good considering there are not many in town.

I read the poor reviews to this place by some and I can only feel sorry for the reviewers. These…read morechaps simply don't know anything about real Chinese food. They only know Americanized Chinese food and therefore they complained about the "Sweet & Sour Chicken" or "Orange Chicken". I Dick Darlington could care less because I only like to order authentic Chinese food in a Chinese restaurant. When I entered this establishment I was delighted by the fact that a number of Chinese were eating there conversing in their native language; which is always a good sign. I also noticed that some of their daily specials were written in Chinese for Chinese customers on the wall by the entrance. I also observed that when additional Chinese customers entered the restaurant they were given a different menu (green coloured) other than the standard menu (red coloured) which they gave me earlier. I requested to see the other menu and it was 2 pages full of authentic Chinese items written in both Chinese and in English. I proceeded to order a few dishes from the Chinese menu for myself and lady Darlington, who was dining with me that evening. The food in my opinion was very good and the dishes were authentic and executed well. It is too bad that this restaurant is located 70 miles away from my residence or else I believe I might become a regular here. I took off one star from my rating for not offering me the Chinese menu from the start assuming that a distinguished gentleman like me will not like what they have to offer in the authentic menu. The service was good and the restaurant was very clean. My dear fellow, my tip to you is to ask to see the "Chinese menu" next time when you go there. However, I must warn you; that menu has no Sweet & Sour or Orange anything on it. Kind regards, Dick Darlington

I really enjoyed them and the sauce it came with was delicious! Decided to get two chicken dishes, pad Thai and Phad Se Ewe. I got the pad Thai at a level 2 and the phad de ewe level 3. The spice level 3 was perfect for me, a little kick but not too spicy. These portions were also huge and had plenty of left overs. Overall my favorite was the phad se ewe, I love the charred taste in the dish. The experience I had was a lot better than the last time I came and I noticed they played music this time which was great I definitely will be returning!

This restaurant is all about the food. I've been to this restaurant about 2-3 times now and each…read moretime I've enjoyed the taste and generous family-sized portions. My favorites so far are their Massaman Curry with chicken, Yellow Curry Fried Rice with Pork, Phad See Ewe with chicken, and Pork Spring Rolls. The famous saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" applies with this restaurant. The exterior and interior looks outdated and worn down. It also lacks any ambiance because the decor is lacking and it is so quiet in there that it feels more like a library than a restaurant. However, this restaurant is a legit small family-owned and operated business and I appreciate the hard work they put in and I can tell they take pride in putting out delicious, quality food. So, don't judge this place by how it looks. If you're looking for a decent Thai restaurant, try Thai Ginger out. I look forward to dining here again the next time I'm in Pullman, Washington and trying more dishes.

On this visit, I ordered the Nabeyaki Udon, which is one of my favorite dishes. I quite enjoyed it. The broth was good, the noodle delicious, and the soup packed with veggies. I also ordered the edamame. I always order edamame when I can because I love it so much and never have it outside of restaurants. This particular edamame was good--a little lacking on spice for my particular taste but still hit the spot and filled my craving for edamame. Accessibility: This restaurant is generally accessible. The seating is a mix between booths and tables. The chairs do not have arms. There are a couple of accessible parking spots, but they are limited. The lighting is decent here and should be okay. Noise is not really an issue. I have never experienced crowds though I never go during the busiest times. I cannot remember if they have accessible washrooms. There are no stairs/steps to worry about.

Ordered spring roles and calamari tempura. The calamari looked processed, tasted a bit strange. I got a lunch sushi combo and I've never tasted sushi this terrible before. The spicy tuna roll just tasted spoiled, almost made me puke. Rosauers has better sushi. Our fried rice had hair in it, just the cherry on top. If you're thinking about going here, just don't, it's not worth your time or money.
