The place is very cramped and dirty. Employees did not wash their hands after touching their hair, face, clothing, and the trash. The food was horrible. Even though their pizza boxes come in extremely large sizes, we were not impressed. The sauce was terrible and the other food items were definitely not fresh. The dessert items also did not look fresh, and are not baked in-house. They most likely have a third party service that delivers individual baked goods. The Health Department needs to pay a visit to this establishment! Save your money! (Speaking of which, they charge way too much for what they offer!) There is nothing special whatsoever about this place! We will never go back, and are letting friends and family members know also! We are also surprised that they have not gone out of business the way they treat their customers and prepare their food! Overall rating: Disgusting! Service was unacceptable! For workers to be eating at a table when a customer walks in, is horrible for the image of the company. Even if the place is not busy, if workers are going to be paid for their time, they should be doing some sort of work, and not everyone sitting down eating and on their phones. We can certainly understand if they do not have a break room, and an employee needs to take a break, but not the entire staff all at the same time! Also, they need to learn some customer service skills. Anyone can learn how to make the food, but if they want to keep their business, they need to learn fast how to take care of their customers. After reading other negative reviews, we see why the place was almost empty! In addition, the food was not that good. Note to Bellaire residents: Save your money and go someplace else. Definitely not worth it. If employees are pre-occupied and do not even have the courtesy to assist a customer, they do not deserve to be working there! It was unfortunate that the manager was unavailable. We are letting all of our friends and family know not to go there. The place was small and had a few tables.

Nice and simple! The bar itself leans a bit towards neighborhood dive, but in an approachable way. They have TV's and shuffle board, pool, darts. It's sporty. The Detroit style dough works for me. I'm a big fan of crispy edges and the 4 square format gives plenty of those to chew on. There's 6 or 7 named pizza options that you can order, or you can just build your own, which is the best way to go probably. The Griz ended up being my favorite, as it balanced flavors well with out getting soupy. The supreme was heavily sauced, and ended up sitting in a puddle of the drippings that made that made the crispy part less crispy. Also tried the steak fingers from the Bar's menu. The sweet potato fried there were top notch! Fried food is hard to mess up. But the menu for Rudz looks really good honestly and it made me think a repeat visit for their stuff is in the cards for me at least!

Anyways, this is a dive bar located on Waugh next to Al's Quick Stop. Parking was available in a small lot across the street. The bar itself was definitely fairly dated; you ordered at the bar and staff brought food to you. They had a bar menu and a pizza menu; we got a steak finger basket and two Detroit style pizzas. The steak fingers were alright... not much meat, a lot of breading. The waffle fries were crispy. The gravy wasn't great, super buttery. The Detroit style pizzas were alright. The crust was nice and thick; but there were either too little or too much toppings. When there were too much toppings, the crust got soggy from the juice. Wasn't too impressed with what the two pizza's that we ordered but might have to try the other items on their menu in the future. Thinking a simple pepperoni square might be the way to go.

We dined in around noon and the restaurant was empty. The lady sitting at the booth wasn't very helpful. I have no idea what her role was. I thought she was rude since she raised her voice at me when I asked her how to use the kiosk. Yes, you order from a kiosk and then the food is brought out by the kitchen staff. The water is in a alkaline tank that I had to get myself. We paid through the kiosk. Again, the lady didn't do anything but sit on her phone. Utensils were set out with the cups. When the pizza came out, it was tasty, but not over the top good. A frozen Daiya pizza from Kroger's would have suffice too. Meek's pizza was well seasoned and delicious, but wasn't cheap for medium sized. My dad wasn't a huge fan of the pizza only because it wasn't slaughtered and murdered animals. My mum loved it. My parents ordered the Caesar salad. My mum let me try a little and it was extremely salty. My parents loved it, but it was too salty for me to finish. So salty you'd get high blood pressure if I ate more of it. I don't like the restaurant concept due to it not being a traditional pizza parlor with wait staff. The kiosk still had the audacity to ask for a tip. I'm not tipping a robot when I did major of the work. I probably won't be back since the pizza was on the high side of pricing and it's in Downtown. With traffic, I'm looking at 46 minute drive from where I live now.
