Nutty, mushroom, cheesy crispy but not dry bread. Im a big toppings make the pizza guy. Perfect crust. I asked for it to be cooked a bit longer because i like really crispy edges. Good bread to topping ratio. You can tell the toppings arent just run of the mill stuff you put on top. The pizza was flavorful, the ricotta was creamy and gave a good cut through with the fatty meats on the pizza. Wonderful job talespin. I need to come back for the breakfast for dinner pizza.

Our most recent visit was late-night following an event and Luigi's was the only pizza joint still open. We ordered a 16" pizza, half Supreme and half The Meats (meat lover's). Both sides were delicious - the Supreme was loaded to where the slices were floppy and The Meats lived up to its name. I like how they include hamburger (ground) beef on The Meats to make it a 4-meat pizza in addition to pepperoni, sausage, and Canadian bacon. Crust is on the thinner side and has a good chew texture to it. Adrian behind the counter helped us on our last visit - he was friendly and quick to bring out the pizza. After placing the order via phone, he quoted us 20 minutes, and the pizza was indeed ready within that timeframe. There is not much atmosphere here, as it's more of a grab-and-go type of place. They do serve gelato but on my last visit, the gelato machine was broken but they had a note stating that they still have gelato in the back freezer. Their black lemon drop martini and espresso martini are not to be slept on, nor are their seasonal drinks. They have themed events, karaoke, taco pop ups, Friday 13 events and the holidays here are so fun. Come in and order at the bar, then find a seat anywhere. The whole place is spacious, before it gets packed (and it can get packed). The pizzas are my favorite here and their smash burgers are HIGHLY underrated. My favorite burgers aside from trill burger while at the rodeo. Honestly, you can't go wrong here. The bartenders are nice, the merch is cool, and they have stickers and a Photo Booth. Absolutely worth a visit.
