The guys who were still students at UH were shocked that I'd never been there because of how much of an institution it is to them. The service was amazing, my waiter was super friendly and honestly came to the table the perfect number of times, not too much and not too little. The only thing is I ordered a pizza to go for my family which was the new hot honey pepperoni flavor (if i'm remembering the name correctly) and I unfortunately saw a little friend (tiny baby cockroach) in there who wanted my pizza too. It made it a terrible pizza, we aired on our waitress for ten minutes, never came back, we had to get a manager, of course he offered to replace it, great guy, but we do not send food back, but we were just going to order another one, it was our mistake, but like I mentioned she never came back.
