It was a generous portion, expertly scrambled, and served with properly browned breakfast potatoes. He ate every bite, and enjoyed it. His wife ordered the Big Mamma Omelette: eggs whites folded over spinach, veggie sausage, garlic, jalapenos and mushrooms, then topped with melted mozzarella. This was also a very generous portion, again served with nicely browned potatoes. Lots of ingredients, lots of flavor, and lots of satisfaction. It was good overall but also not the best I've had in town.
