PHO is disgusting and so is the service. Th guy with the glasses is very rude and gave me attitude for just asking a simple question? He knows nothing about service like who gives water in a dirty glass and gets a attitude about it? Also i heard the guy talk crap in CHINESE not VIETNAMESE about the couple with the little kid in front of me to someone i think is the head cook that smelled like liquour by the way and also say something rude about me that i wish to not repeat out of disgust. The worst miserable rude server and counter person i have yet to encounter in my life. Why you yelling at your customers like they are beneath you? Don't blame your customers because your life is miserable? I also peaked into the back out of curiosity and benefit of the doubt that they were clean but it was soooo dirty back there like they never clean or something, I saw some indian guy pour a very very large bucket of what i know is MSG into the PHO stock which is outrageous and cheap which explains the taste!!! The meat tastes a week old and microwaved and freezer burnt. If i was the owner i would fire the guy in the front cause he is hurting your business and losing your customers. Yes i told the couple what you said also you racist ass!!!! Overall I would go back to give it a second try but i will not be going back there because of the ass in the front.Maybe if hes not there ill try it again since who can be worse than him, right? I work for a Restaurant and try to always have an open mind when eating other restaurants food. When there is a mishap with food or delay I always approach the situation with an understanding. However, I have tried this place a total of three times and been disappointed. This third time is my final time. I want local restaurants to survive and be supported but there is only so many times. Order the Lemongrass pho and Bon mi sandwich. All three times the following. Food is delivered iced cold and the veggies are welted. When asking to speak to a manager there is never one to get on the phone and staff handles guest resolution. I am told the following, " These items are sent cold and that you are suppose to heat them up" folks not making this up.. Twice I had to complain to Grub hub and the "manager" of the restaurant gave me 20% off my orders. Kinda gesture but I was only seeking to be heard and to the establishment to take ownership. Sending out cold food, soup during the colder months is just ridiculous. read more

Ordered some food online... 30min later (about the time the food was supposed to be delivered), I got a call from a woman who tells me that they have to cancel the order, then she changes her mind and says she was going to call us back. 20 min after that, we gets a call from a man who says that they ran out of bread, and asked if we want to substitute our sandwiches to something else. We tell him that soup/pho would be fine. We mention that it looks like the order is canceled on Seamless and we recommend him to call Seamless to fix the situation. He says ok and tells us our food should be on our way soon. 30min later (or almost 1hour and half after our initial order), still no food. We call them back, and the man say that the order was canceled. No apologies, no real explanation. Very inconsiderate people. Never again. read more

I'm just so fed up with ordering from this place. They have screwed up so many countless times ie forgetting straws with bubble tea portions of orders running out of half the menu....... pretty crucial stuff. The girl who works in the front is beyond incompetent it's border line comical she's had a job longer than a month let alone the past three years? She must be sleeping with the Mgmt or works for no pay. In conclusion I have no idea how a business like this stays afloat with out old money compensating for these owners idiocy! I never write reviews and I wish I can leave a review regarding the food but my exp. was unacceptable. Ordered on Grubhub and after 45 minutes, Grubhub called me to tell me that my order has been canceled. Restaurant didn't even have the decency to call me when they received the order to let me know they cannot fulfill the order. Than for some reason, I tried to leave a review to warn other customers on Grubhub but for some reason, it does not allow me. Why helllllo!!! One of my favorite neighborhood spots got a facelift - caught them early in the Fay so was able to take a few good shots. Love the new setup...get your own little private booth with a date, people watch from your own table, or hang at the the bench with a group of friends with a drink. Love the ribeye pho here (I like either the Mama or Papa Pho), and always get the shrimp summer rolls (both of their dipping sauces are fantastic) read more

I've had alot of pho in the city and this is probably in my top 2. The lemongrass chicken pho is really great with the beef broth! Alot of flavor and you can actually taste the lemongrass. Service was great as well! read more

The catfish pho and the pho Banh mi are amazing! I love this place, super chill takeout, inexpensive and my new favorite place in the hood!
