    Beef Meatball Pho

The service here is great! All the workers were very kind and friendly. The overall ambiance feels home-y and I especially love that they are a 24-hour spot. The food is pretty good too! New York pho isn't usually very good, but mama pho has a solid bowl of pho. It's a bit oily compared to other spots I've been, but was tasty nonetheless.

interesting concept here: there's a button on the tables that you press when you need your server... very convenient! the pho here is flavorful, well-balanced in terms of ingredients, and comes with the standard sides: thai basil, sprouts, jalapeños, etc. really enjoyable ambiance: dark-lit rooms, lots of plants that give the restaurant a bohemian feel, and fairly clean.

I come to this spot a few times after long nights out or if I need to make it to bushwick but need some pho on an odd hour! I have a few experiences here but the last one was so bad I had to make a review. Originally coming here after nights in Bushwick was great and we got good service with curing pho and amazing sandwiches. 4am is a great time to come here along with the day after on a Sunday mid day afternoon when you're hung over and need life. We have ordered the banh mi before and the ribeye pho countless times. We see the same workers all the time and while they can't speak too much English they try their best and usually food comes at the table at the correct time and Thai tea tastes fine! I recently went during peak hours because I went to rave at an early show after Illenium (12am) - popular dj for the Asian crowd and we found practically half the restaurant came from the same place and on top of that it was already busy and people were already upset at the service. There were so many people lined up and upset when we got in that I was quite overwhelmed already. Since we all went out we were quite tired and hungry so I think we ordered the mama pho, ribeye pho, Thai tea bubble tea, spring rolls and summer rolls. Pretty easy order but this time one of the spring rolls were frozen cold so we had to send it back to them but nobody answered our bell on the table. The Thai bubble tea really lacked any flavor and the bubbles were atrocious - I don't recommend. We asked the two Asian people who look like they're supervising for help but they didn't seem to care about helping us and try to redirect us to the workers which were the same 3 we always see. It made me sad to see one of the workers were going to cry when we needed to exchange a few things and asked for a new drink because it tasted like no flavor. On top of that we also ordered the Mango salad which seemed to take up most of their time and it came beautifully crafted. So I think that took up a lot of time so if you need to order the mango salad I suggest you have an extra hour to wait. The ribeye pho and summer rolls came out super fast while the mama pho came out much later which made our friends really upset because they were super hungry at this point and we had no napkins or chopsticks. I think this place definitely needs more workers during peak time. I was honestly so sad about the workers and how they're being treated at this establishment I sort of don't really want to support this place anymore. The people supervising didn't lift up a finger even when workers were about to cry or lose it from the amount of people coming in I really think they make enough money for more people. It's open 24 hours and food here is quite expensive we literally pay almost 20 dollars for a bowl of pho. The pho quality is fine and I think that it's not a bad choice after a long night out but I would suggest to treat the workers kindly.

    Chicken Pho

Ordered chicken pho via doordash because I was sick. This is the first time I've ever seen braised chicken used in pho vs a more neutral flavored chicken breast. Not a fan, it's too salty and the texture of the fat was so off it was inedible. The broth alone wasn't bad, but not that great either.

24 hours...again 24 hours...This God Send of a location is clutch for winter night especially for first responders. The broth is so damn delicious, the meat is cooked amazingly, the seafood cooks in the solid broth. I couldnt eat it all and I was craving it after being full. I will be back to tey the bowls and rolls. Im drolling about the broth right now. Some pho places have no flavor and you have to add ...this place ..no its just fine with no add on. They have veggie and plenty of meat options . The location is perfectly cozy and big. I'm legit anticipating my next day here. Definitely go.

After going to a concert in Bklyn with my son and daughter, he recommended we hit up the late-night pho at Mama Pho. So good. I love that it's open all night. The tofu banh mi is also killer.

As soon as you come in you can sit and scan a QR code and order. They had good music playing and you can see the cooks doing their thang. The PORTIONS ARE HUGE SO YOU BETTER BRING AN EMPTY STOMACH WITH YOU. I had a tofu banh mi sandwich and a vegetable pho the wait wasn't too long and I couldn't believe my eyes! The sandwich was amazing and comes with a small broth on the side which was different. They had siracha , a thick soy sauce? , and Jamaican red pepper sauce as condiments on the table. I loved how chopsticks and soup spoon was right there with me. The plating was beautiful and the food was great! The chefs there were very helpful and accommodating

They just changed their interior. Now it is much more simple looking when you go inside. There used to be a trendy bamboo seating area by the entrance and it is no longer there. The food is good. I ordered the chicken pho and the spice and seasoning was just right, a hint of spice in the broth to add that zest. The portion was also filling.

This place has the best banh mi in NYC hands down. I had the ham and pate and it was filled with both. The baguette was crispy but also chewy. And the whole thing was HUGE! 10/10

This is the place. I ate the food first. Before i took the pic.

This is a great restaurant. One of the best dining experiences i ever had. Staff was great and welcoming. And the food was real good. And get this. ITS OPEN 24 hours ! What more van you ask for

Best pho in Brooklyn and I'm very picky... the broths are super flavorful and they have all the choices of meat (tendon, meatball, tripe, etc.) The Mama Pho that has all the meats is big enough for two to share. Even the vegetarian broth is flavor packed. The bahn mi is perfect as well, with pate and pickled vegetables. It's a huge sandwich for only ~$10. They recently redecorates and the vibe is chill and soothing. I'm pretty convinced anything on their menu would be great at this point.

I am not gonna lie not the best pho I had. So flavorless, I was so sad. The only thing that saved the order was the Bahn Mi.

Broth was luke warm, I couldn't even enjoy it. And the noodle portion was small, and the Thai iced tea was extremely sweet. Disappointed

The guy working the counter has a lot of energy and clearly loves being there. The PB banana smoothie was yummy, very thick so could use a spoon. Mushroom toast was a bit pricey but you did get a lot of food for your money, the focaccia was crunchier than expected but all around a nice cafe bite. I just appreciate how this is such a gathering spot where you can watch bk life play out while working, it had a different energy from a lot of places in the area.

I first ordered a chai latte and he said I could do two different syrups so I got the pumpkin and salted maple, though I was worried about it being too sugary so he suggested I could just do half a pump of each. He asked me what the name of the order would be and I said "Aida" (the phonetic spelling is ah-EE-dah). And then I heard the other barista say something along the lines of, "oh Aida, how about 'Aida' rather not be here", pretty rude if you ask me. And then I ordered the spicy nook sandwich. And when another server called my named to grab it she didn't even knowledge me when I tried to thank her and instead she talked to her coworker while I was right in front of her. The sandwich was really good, so was my chai tea. I really like the pumpkin and salt and maple syrups too. I did like all the options for seating although it was pretty packed. I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.
