Going in I just heard they had great milkshakes but WOW was I amazed by the service. Spencer and Ryan were both incredibly friendly to me and help me get exactly what I was looking for! It's nice to go into a place and have a conversation not feeling like I'm just another customer. I especially enjoyed the peppermint hot chocolate. The marshmallows are great too I have always wanted some nicer marshmallows, and just found my go-to spot. read more

Have only had the drinks here but they are fantastic! My husband and I go once a month to try their new seasonal drink and others and there hasn't been one that we haven't liked. It's such a cute shop and the employees are all very friendly. Still need to try the s'mores bowls they look really good I just love the drinks and I love that they are always coming up with new ones, it's a lot of fun to try. Defiantly a favorite place of ours! read more

I got the cookie monster shake, peanut butter cup smores, and a marshmallow pop. The peanut butter smores was disappointing. I didn't notice any peanut butter cups. I think they were missing. I left for a bit when they were making it, so I didn't notice until I got home. Also if the marshmallow was peanut butter flavor, I didn't notice. It looked and tasted like a regular marshmallow. I got it between two cookies rather than a graham cracker bowl, and the cookies by themselves were bland and salty. I paid extra for cookie dough and it tasted bland too. So I just rebaked the whole thing and it tasted much better since the cookie needed to be sweeter and moist. It was really dry. The marshmallow pop was just okay. It wasn't anything special. The cookie monster shake was the best thing I purchased from this order. It made up for the other desserts. It was extremely sweet, but addicting. I couldn't stop drinking it. It was super cute. Just beware, it makes your lips and teeth blue. I was walking around in a sugar coma with marshmallow on my face and blue lips for a while in public before I noticed. I was out of it from the high sugar content. I only came here because the bakery nearby was closed. I ended up going back the next day to the bakery and got a cream pie, which is normally really sweet. But it didn't taste sweet to me anymore because of the aftereffects of the higher sugar content in the marshmallow desserts. Also if you have a coupon, they will honor it, which was nice. I used a coupon I got from Yelp. I plan on being back in the future for the drinks. I think the drinks are worth it. Plus, the serving size to price ratio seemed decent. A large drink (24oz) was $6.99 and a small drink (16oz) was $5.99. You can add espresso/coffee for an additional charge. read more

Great customer service. The cashier was kind enough to explain how the dessert works and gave options of how they can prepare the dessert.

Best shake I've ever had in my life! We ordered the happy unbirthday and the Cookie Monster....holy moley the ice cream mixed with the marshmallow was so good! I don't think I could go back to a normal shake after this. And the employees are super helpful and always friendly. Definitely worth a try, but be warned...it's addicting! read more

I ordered some special items for Easter which were a huge hit. I then ordered some graduation pops which my students loved. THEN I ordered the mint chocolate chip and Reese's pieces pops. Plus I had to snag a few others treats while I was there. I live 40 minutes away and it is so worth the drive. Each time the items have been ready to go. Have been beautifully wrapped and absolutely delicious. Thank goodness they aren't closer to me or I would be there all the time. Last time I tried the Costa Rican cold brewed coffee which was so refreshingly good. Thank you to Tricia and her crew for a wonderful experience every single visit. read more

Fantastic way to satisfy that sweet tooth! This place is easy to find and there is parking in front of the store. Girls working were very nice and I even heard them talking about how they love their job there because it's fun. Owner is very nice. I went in 3x on my 6 day vacation in Scottsdale! First time in I bought the last s'mores in a jar they had in stock. Then the last time I went in to get some to bring home to my niece and they didn't have any made. But the owner offered to make several for me right then and there. Now that's service! The frozen hot chocolate was tasty and I loved the big dollop of marshmallow fluff on top. I loved the peanut butter s'mores in a graham cracker bowl that I got too. I love marshmallows, but I love marshmallow fluff even more. Keep the sweet treats coming! read more

Took a side trip just to try the homemade marshmallows...it is even better than I imagined. Cute set up where you can watch preparation of the s'mores. The server was polite and helpful as I navigated the menu. So much yumminess. Decadent. I recommend this treat to all s'mores lovers. read more

We have visited the store several times, purchased from the farmers market and ordered online. All of these experiences have been wonderful and the marshmallows (obviously) are delicious and keep us coming back for more! The staff is always friendly and helped our 8 year old build her own s'more at the bar. They even ship to Ohio and New Jersey! Awesome. Try the lemon bar, horchata and rocky road marshmallows! read more

If you like marshmallows, even just a little, give this place a try! We tried the coconut marshmallow dipped in dark chocolate. Marshmallow lemon bar. And the moon pie. Still have a few things to polish off tomorrow. So everything is fresh and delicious. It's not in an area I get to often. That's probably a good thing... read more

I saw a viral post about this place last year and my girlfriend surprised me with their cookie dough stuffed marshmallows along with a couple tubs of cookie dough+marshmallow whip! Everything was unreal. I love how unique the store's products are. Unfortunately I can't speak on the store itself as I've never been, but I swear I'll make it someday. Very awesome. read more

I first saw posts about this place on Instagram, so I decided to stop by. They sell lots of different marshmallows, the 4oz packaged ones being in the $6-8 range and the bowls around $6, a pretty reasonable price. The marshmallows are quite filling and are really fluffy. The store also has a warm, cozy atmosphere, and I recommend going there if you like sweets. read more

1/5/18- I have been wanting to go to this place for a very long time! We finally came in tonight for our friends bachelorette celebration and the girl behind the counter ruined our experience. She didn't have a name tag on but she was a tall brunette with her hair up in a ponytail, she was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was not friendly at all when we walked in. She talked to us like we were such an inconvenience to her. She was like this to everyone that walked In the door. The dessert was really good but I have no desire to return here and neither did the other 6 girls with me. The dessert wasn't good enough to return to put up with her attitude. She has terrible customer service and because of this I would not recommend anyone coming here. Really unfortunate for how unique and different this place is. read more

I saw this store first time in Insiders . I found them on instagram and I kept following them since then. Because I'm in NYC and the are far I had to order online. I made a small order ( didn't know what I was getting). I will only say this, if I was not on diet I would eat the whole box in one single day! Loved it! I order the Rocky Road Gourmet Marshmallows they were fresh, sweet and the combination with the nuts and the chocolate was amazing. I also order the vanilla bean marshmallow whopper;oh that was a dream, it remind me of my childhood favorite dessert. And last but not list the Mellow Pies!! I've never had something like that! So yummy! The biscuit, the chocolate and the cream inside were on a perfect balance. All of them were BIG in size I mean eating one of the marshmallows and one of the mallow pie made me feel full...... Sweet as they should be not more not less. If you love marshmallows you will love this place. You will not be disappointed. Will order again soon, this time a bigger order!!! Ps. The package came in a perfect condition, the were wrapt to be protected, and ice packages inside. read more

Oh. My. Gosh. This place is sinfully delicious. Seriously. I ordered the pumpkin shake thing that's new and it was awesome... like liquid pumpkin pie. If you like that sort of thing. Which I do! My friend and I split their oatmeal cream pie - complete with marshmallow fluff in the middle - and this is quite possibly the best oatmeal cream pie I have ever had. I also sampled their coconut marshmallow, which was incredible. RUUUUUUN, don't walk to this place. The staff was friendly and helpful, and someone working there told me about $2 Tuesdays for their blended drinks (hence, the pumpkin drink), and I got the free marshmallow with check in, no problems or questions asked. Excellent service and incredible treats. read more
