Honestly everything about this little shop was amazing! The staff were all incredibly helpful and kind, and overall the menu was really exciting! I had a Bam Bam milkshake with cake batter ice cream and I was blown away by hand toasted marshmallow that topped the whole thing off! Not to mention their great selection of marshmallows to buy and their s'mores menu which was a great treat! Can't wait to go back and try more! :) read more

Friendly staff, delicious shakes, marshmallow treats, and goodies! Absolutely love stopping by here.

My kids are hooked. I brought home a combination of goodies from here and the next night my kids made my mom take them back to get more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fruity pebble treats are amazing and I'm excited to go back to try the drinks. read more

The service is great! Staff is informative and super friendly. The menu is good but a little confusing. They try really hard to make it easier for you. They have some cute retail items to take home and Mallow merch. It's all just soo sugary. I thought I could eat a mallow bowl alone and I got the classic which is the most basic one and I couldn't even get half way through because it was way more rich and sugary than I expected. Yes, it's a dessert shop but I would recommend sharing for sure. Also, cold brew is weak and blended coffee drinks don't taste like coffee. The other drinks I haven't tried but they look like a diabetic coma waiting to happen. Overall, really nice experience. If you support local it's worth checking out. But start small and don't overdo it on your visit. Or you'll end up spending more than you want and it won't feel worth it. read more

Update to my previous five star review! This time I went with my husband on a date. ;-) Since the last time I reviewed, they have expanded their space. It's very cute and calming, wonderful ambiance. Nice and cool for the summer! The staff member who greeted us- I think she may have been the owner- was very friendly and attentive but not in an annoying hover-around-you way! My husband and I both had cold brew coffee- very yummy, best iced coffee I have had in a long time- and I am a huge fan of the coffee place on every corner starting with "S". This was better than that. :-) I also had a marshmallow "pop". Birthday cake flavored. Yummy, soft, and a lot of dessert for the money! Next time I go back I WILL get one of their super fancy marshmallow concoctions! I will have to make sure and make my visits less far-between! read more

this place is so cute. the workers are super friendly and explain everything easily because the menu can get a little confusing with all the options. my dresser was so good. the only complain i have is that there's no garbage outside & the plates are TINY. you guys NEED bigger plates or bowls or something. this is a messy treat and the cookie bowl it's served in extends over the plate itself so it's literally impossible not to make a mess. otherwise, i love it. and you get a free marshmallow pop if you shout them out on instagram! definitely my new cheat spot! read more

We stopped in here because the pictures on Yelp look SO good. My boys and I all had a frozen hot chocolate and it was delicious! They put marshmallow fluff on the top and it makes it perfect. I bought some of the marshmallow pops and they were partially dipped in chocolate which made them really good. The only issue I had was that the place is very small and while we were waiting for our drinks to be made a bunch of people came in and it got very crowded very fast. Otherwise the place is great and I'm sure we'll be going back there again. read more

Yikes, Wanted to support local, came in for the first time with a family of 5 geared up to try nearly everything and after just two of us ordered EIGHT dollar marshmallow bowls my husband took his mask down slightly to talk to our 6 year old daughter and was immediately and rudely jumped on to put his mask back up.... when literally patrons were 2 feet from us sitting down not eating without masks and the woman in the back did not have a mask on that was in the kitchen!!! Needless to say you lost the rest of our 3 orders, future orders and referrals to friends and family. Then she had the audacity to ask for a tip... put a bad taste in our mouths for sure! * our total was $16 for two items. I find it interesting that this happened in your store more than once today per your explanation below since that doesn't describe us at all. That's interesting that you described another families terrible experience. we were not helped by an employee named Luke rather a girl with blue hair. In fact there was only one employee the entire time and someone came out of the kitchen I'm assuming it was you who was not wearing a mask or gloves. My husband came in with a mask on ... all five of us did. we had them on the entire time our daughter needed help with something she couldn't understand him so he took his mask down for literally one second before he was rudely reprimanded by the girl with blue hair. There's no reason to not treat your customers kindly, there are polite ways and she was not polite. And then asked for a tip after clearly we halted our order and both my daughter and him went to the car while I paid. What exactly are we tipping for terrible customer service? She assembled the overpriced dessert correctly should that not be expected?? read more

We originally when to the store because I was looking to ship some to my sister in another state and end up not only buying goodies for her but also some for myself and my daughters. The store reminded me of a country style store and they have wet wipes on each table. We ordered the samoa (mine), peanut butter cup (bowl) and classic smores (graham cracker sandwich). I didn't completely watch the employee make my mine in the beginning so I had a delighted surprise of choco syrup at the bottom of the cup! I did see the mallows butane torched a la creme brulee style and it was fun to watch. Not too sure what another reviewer was expecting but yes, like all fuel, they do give off some petroleum-like smell. It's fire within a sweet shop--fun, fun, fun! It was gooey, chocolaty, coconutty, what more can you ask? I got a taste of my daughter's PB cup, just as good, she also had choco syrup at the bottom of her cup. The s'more sandwich just has gooey and had squish down like a classic s'mores when you bit into it but without the artificial taste that store bought marshmallow has. The marshmallows didn't harden up as two of us were eating on the 30 minutes ride home and the graham crackers stayed nice an crispy. The only regret is that the store currently doesn't offer a Mix N Match as an in-store pre-packaged item and I wish they could upgrade their choco syrup-it had an artificial taste to it. read more

This place is as cute as you would expect from a place called "Fluff It." I'm not too big on marshmallows myself, but even so, this dessert mecca is worth checking out. I was super impressed by the large selection of treats, including marshmallows of various flavors, a s'mores bar, and speciality coffees/hot chocolates. The staff here is super friendly, too! read more

Mallow Haus - German chocolate cake, mmmmm. - Desserts Near Me - Gilbert, Arizona

We tried the gourmet s'mores. One classic and one german chocolate in the graham cracker bowls. This place has a whole lot of potential and is a great concept. The graham cracker bowls need improvement, ours were super hard and overbaked. The texture and taste wasn't even close to an actual graham cracker. The marshmallows are excellent and were definitely the star of the show. I like mine super gooey and burnt usually (from the oven or an actual campfire) but the butane torch they use gives it a decidedly chemical flavor which wasn't pleasant. Personally, my plan is to use the box of marshmallows we bought and make our own smores at home with real graham crackers and whatever toppings we want. read more

Visited several weeks ago, let's start with. The good: employees are super friendly and helpful. Seem to be happy to be working and that's really the best kind of employee you could interact with. Also the store is very clean, neat and decorated adorably. My daughters loved it. Now let's dig a little deeper into the food: we ordered several s'mores bowls and while both were good. The graham portion of it wasn't the greatest. A ton of reviews mention how insanely sweeet these are. Well, they ARE but what else can you expect from a smore? S'mores ARE sweet normally so the flavor combinations are great. I think the cookie part could stand to be reworked out with a new, less firm recipe as that part isn't too tasty in our opinion. Moving on. We bought several treats from home. The girls enjoyed their marshmallow pops but the rice Krispy treat with the fruity pebbles tasted rather stale. May just be the one we got but it was pretty disappointing. Overall I would recommend but wish the Cereal treat had been better. Update: owner was super kind to reach out regarding the cereal treats. It's always such a breathe of fresh air when business owners try their best to make things right. We will definitely be back when in the area! read more

Fantastic! First I am a mallow lover. I've had "gourmet" marshmallows at every opportunity. I've made them at home several times as well. Even considered having a fun side business doing what these folks do. But I don't think I'd ever come close. My daughters and I stopped by yesterday having driven curiously by several times before. We bought a selection of 5 flavored marshmallows. No fixings on them really. Mint/chocolate, churro, strawberry, lemon, and coconut. I'm a purest so I don't really like s'mores I think the chocolate and graham take away from the flavor of a stand alone beauty - the roasted marshmallow. (Sure chocolate and grams are good but I'd rather eat them in their purity as well). All this to say - we roasted them today with friends and family and they were absolutely stellar. So soft and pillowy (I mean remarkably soft and wonderful to the touch - shoe companies should take a lesson here if I could walk on a substance like this is never sit down) . Melted into ooh-ey gooey perfection. Hands down best marshmallows I've ever eaten. The flavors stood up well. (Many flavored mallows smell like the flavor but don't taste like it after roasting). The kids were a mess. My beard was a mess. Sticky decadent delightful messy wonder that is marshmallows. Definitely highly recommended - will return. The one and only downside is the price. They're expensive - 6.00 for 4 flavored mallows. But like a Rolex or a fine car or a handmade anything you get what you pay for - it's about what you value in life. Personal, handmade, exquisite quality or humdrum. I'll take the Rolex of marshmallows please. read more

I don't love marshmallows. But this place is so charming & unique! I've been dying to take my kids since I first heard about it a few weeks ago & today we made it happen!! We went here with friends and the person taking our order seemed to "prefer" our friends over us. They received way better customer service after us with the same employee while we were standing right there.
