    I called the store. Randy (female) answered. She was so rude to me. I couldn't believe it. She needs to be written up by the store manager.

I used to come down here often but now it takes 20 minutes to get there instead of five in the old days. The window display grabbed my attention because it had a lot of cute new jellycats. Went inside and they had a small section of new Jellycats, picked up two of the Valentine's Day macaroons and looked at a couple others. They had several great sale items at 70% off. Overall, the store is super cute and the owner and the person that were working there were super nice and friendly. I find the other reviews hard to believe but maybe they've changed over the years. Would definitely stop in here again if I was looking for a gift or the latest in JellyCats..

No "hello," no acknowledgment nothing. Almost immediately after, another white customer came in and she greeted her and began helping her right away. The difference in treatment was very noticeable. Throughout the time we were in the store, she kept looking at me in a strange and uncomfortable way. It felt like we were being judged rather than welcomed as paying customers. There was no effort to assist us, check on us, or make us feel comfortable in the space. Customer service should be equal and respectful to everyone who walks through the door. Instead, I left feeling ignored and singled out. I don't take accusations like this lightly, but the experience genuinely felt discriminatory. I hope management takes this seriously and evaluates how customers are being treated. No one should feel unwelcome in a business because of how they look.

Normally I wouldn't jump to conclusions about racial issues unless it feels HEAVILY targeted as such (nothing differentiate us from the other customers other than we were non-white, i.e our attire and mannerisms were no different than the other customers). Something was off about her and clearly whatever issues she internally had was projected on to us. There are whimsical small items priced as small as $40! I've been greeted and so has whoever's been with me whenever I've walked around in here, whether I had any intention to buy or not. Brands that I've seen sold here are Ralph Lauren Home, Marge Carson, Baker and Hickory White. Besides interior design services, there are art pieces, home decor items and even coffee table books for purchase. The last time I visited, I dragged a friend in with me as she was intimidated by what she saw staged in front. I knew once she got over herself and looked around she would be taken aback by the beauty of the pieces. We came across this lamp that she gasped at, and an employee saw her. He came over and offered to help us out. He got a light bulb as there wasn't one in it and placed it in the lamp then plugged it in. The base was made of rock and was a pure stunner, even more so with the light on. Just fabulous. My friend collects crystals and rocks, so she went off on a tangent asking questions, and the sales agent indulged her and didn't BS her when she asked things he didn't know, and he offered to find out. They have several full, decorated Christmas trees during the holidays that you can buy and have transported home so you don't have to do any decorating yourself. She was warm, pleasant, and genuinely kind. She made eye contact with me right away and I think she could tell I was a little overwhelmed. I let her know that I was waiting for curbside and it had not shown up yet. She immediately jumped into action and offered to help me right away. She brought out the order quickly and then mentioned, in such a gentle and thoughtful way, that I might have been parked in the wrong area. She even offered to show me the correct place. I stepped outside and it turned out that it was my mistake, but she never made me feel bad or silly for it. This is the type of hospitality we need. Her warmth completely changed the tone of my visit and made the entire experience feel calm and stress free. Although I usually try to avoid the holiday crowds, I will absolutely be coming back to shop in person at this location. Knowing that people like Angela are here to guide the experience makes all the difference.

We ordered 3 couches and a bed, and the bed arrived completely wrong - incorrect color and size. I was bummed because we were rebuilding our home after a natural disaster, and finally moving back in after over half a year away, and I couldn't stomach the thought of sleeping on a mattress on the floor while waiting for a new bed. Rubie showed sympathy and compassion by helping me navigate the situation. She advocated to WS to leave the incorrect bed in the interim so we had something to sleep on. This small act made all the difference in the world to us. The new bed was just delivered (and incorrect bed picked up) and I couldn't be happier. I am beyond grateful to the teams at WE and WS for their amazing support - they truly care about their customers. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult time, a little less difficult.

I just do not understand how a company can have such a good reputation when they treat their customers so poorly and use the delay, defend, deny tactics of insurance companies to avoid fixing defective merchandise they deliver.
