Combining hard work and intelligence in tasking the job, Nick knocks the dirt out and leaves a sparkling clean home in his wake. He also thinks outta the box: Nick is skilled and through; while servicing my dual skylights he discovered a ton of filthy caked on dirt, and consequently aged and damaged screens that attached to the skylights. He offered to transport them for rescreening to my local hardware store, but he was informed that they required at least seven days for the job. Instead of shrugging his shoulders and having a complacent attitude about the entire thing, he instead offered to rescreen the dual skylight screens, on the spot, and complete the cleaning process -- all in real time! This blew me away! The re screening price was the same as if I had taken them to my hardware store and waited a week! And the completed job was spot on neat, tight and looked great!! In all, Nick is the total house cleaning package you dream about and want. Honest, respectful and precision is what you will get. Great work ethic! Now if he could only clean-up Congress! read more

This may be the oddest review I have written, but basically I have not used MP Window Washing yet BUT... I called to inquire about an estimate, telling Alyssa that I was not in a huge hurry. While most vendors would use this and take their sweet time, her brother was here FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER! Upon meeting him he was not only extremely professional and immaculate, but displayed an incredible passion and excitement for what he does and his business. I, as a Realtor of properties ranging from starter homes to multi-million dollar estates, take great pride in what i do, and it was a pure joy to see someone who also deeply cares about what they do and pleasing their clients. I hired Malibu Pro Window Washing in August to come clean my filthy much neglected windows. I have many, many windows and french doors. We are right on the beach so windows really need an annual wash, I was two years out. Nick came by to give me an estimate and I gave him the go ahead. Not a good experience for my brand new house! I had just installed all brand new Anderson windows and screens 7 mo prior to their washing the windows. When he gave the estimate he promised to have 3 to 4 people helping him and they would clean the windows and screens perfectly. Instead he showed up with ONE person, he tore one brand new screen, and I just found a completely mangled and damaged screen upstairs in an awkward area. They NEVER SAID A WORD! THEY DID SAY THAT MALIBU HAS HARD WATER AND TOUGH LUCK FOR THE SPOTS THEY CANT GET OUT! Sorry but I felt they were in way over their heads and didn't bring enough help. Nor did they communicate when they damaged my brand new screens. NOT honest customer service HERE. read more

I've had my windows cleaned twice by Nick (Malibu Pro). He's very professional and does a great job. I was very happy with the job he did. He cleaned the windows inside and out, including the screens and all around the base of the windows. He spend 6 to 8 hours each cleaning.
