A posh, Thai restaurant that offers classic Thai dishes, but a good amount of Thai American fusion. The atmosphere is quite gorgeous. Wood stained, yet open. Classy yet casual. Bright yet intimate (during the day). Not sure if this is because we were sitting at a booth close to the bar, but Im glad we were seated there. I went specifically during brunch, since Ive never been somewhere that offered thai fused with american brunch. My friends and I started off with the chicken wings and crispy rolls. Before any of our orders came out, they provide some sticky rice wrapped in a banana leaf. The rice itself had a great overtone of banana, and the sticky rice was satisfying. The pure eggplant coconut sauce was a nice addition as well with the free rice. I ordered a thai tea because I was in the mood for one. I didnt like the fact that they stir it already for you, but whatever. I liked how this thai tea had a robust tea flavor. It came off earthy, with sweetness in the backdrop. Wither they are using fresh tea leaves, or they just didnt chalk it with sugar. Either way, good call on their part. The wings were what I would expect. The sauce/breading on the wings was a bit sweeter than I imagined, but it was still OK. I ended up adding additional chili paste to the wings just for an extra kick. Te pork crispy rolls were OK, but the vegetable ones were better. They got the job done, but they weren't anything to brag about. For the entrees, we went with the Bahn Mi Breakfat Sandwich, Bahn Mi French Toast, and the Thai Eggs Benedict. The breakfast sandwich was actually huge! My friend didnt end up even finishing it! The bread wasnt crispy, but it felt like it came out of the oven soft. They cook the egg like an omelette but nothing is runny. I have a feeling I would have loved it more if the eggs were a bit runny, but this is something to consider next time. The meat and vegetables harmonized well together. It could have used some type of punch like a dab of pate or chili paste, but it caters more towards a plain palate than exotic. The eggs benedict was highly satisfying. You get all the components of eggs benedict, with Thai spices and vegetables. I would easily recommend this item The french toast bahn mi was good for what it was, but I felt it was lacking some actual meat or hearty vegetable on the side. The baguette bread does a good job of soaking up the coconut milk and syrup they add without getting soggy. The coconut soaked banana slices make the meal even better. Overall I was happy with what I had. It s a breathe of fresh air to spin breakfast items on their heads and get it right. I'll probably come back to try their dinner dishes. read more

A small group of us celebrated my daughter's 15th birthday here. Every employee from the hostess to our waitress, Erica were absolutely great! It was our first visit here so none of us knew what to expect. My daughter ordered the basil fried rice with beef along with samosas. She said that the fried rice was really delicious but thought that the samosas were just ok. Her bestie ordered short ribs on a bed of something green in addition to a side of papaya salad. She liked the ribs and the green noodles but wasn't a fan of the papaya salad. My friend and I both had the Thai wings and we both enjoyed that. I forgot to mention that the restaurant offers their guests sticky rice with an eggplant dipping sauce which we enjoyed. As a birthday gift, my daughter was given a bottle of Malai sriracha sauce. Everything was really good. The Jungle curry hot pot and Chiang Mai noodles were perfect for the cold weather. Would've preferred the jungle curry to be spicier, but it was delicious none the less. The pho here is pretty good. It's a little cramped feeling inside but the food is decent and the staff is pretty nice! The pho sides are a but lacking. Not sure why they give you so little sauce! Additionally, the herbs are weird. They give you a little normal basil and then a ton of other weird herbs. I didn't realize they were sweet basil mixed with the normal so I had to pick it all out after I put it in. The sweet basil does not go with the pho at all!! read more

When I asked the waiter if they put bell pepper in everything without listing on the menu, he just coldly said "we normally don't list everything on the menu". shouldn't he just say sorry or something warmer? The burmess ribs is okay, but they charge $25 for like 1 cup of noodles, 1/2 cup of curry and veggies and 2 big pork ribs. This place had the best red curry I've ever had. Period. Waiter recommended I try it with the Cod, best choice I've made in a long time. Served In a huge bowl, lots of peppers, vegetables, so it's lightly sweet and still spicy how I like it. You get plenty of the soup mixture so don't worry about running out of it before you finish the rice like you would at other places. This place also brews their own beers and they were delicious. To start off our meal the appetizer that comes with the food was odd, it was sticky rice shaped in a square and was wrapped with a banana leaf. It had some brown sauce to dip into. It wasn't bad, just weird presentation and strange also that you shared this with another person. The service was very speedy and our server was very enjoyable. The chicken wings and lemongrass chicken were the best items we ordered. So so so good. But warning, everything here is "white spicy" so if you're looking for heat, move on. The level "spicy" here is actually a mild. Lol. Except the chicken wings--we got spicy and I'd rate it as a medium. We ordered spicy for the green curry, it tasted like no spice was put in it... disappointing but the flavor was still there. Drunken noodles we got medium, def no spice. I love how this place is in a really cute part of town. It took a while for us to be seated and even longer for us to be acknowledged after we had sat down. We were not given any drinks that we ordered or water until much later and had to remind them of certain items we ordered. They were very accommodating with the requests for all items to be made vegan. I would have to say that this was the most unique thai food I had ever eaten. I am used to the typical colors and flavors that I find at other thai restaurants with slight variations, but these were all very different. Me and my family went there last night for a last minute dinner because I had to work late. We were greeted at the door and sat quickly. Service was excellent and I enjoyed house brewed IPA which was great. My son who is 19 months old ate all the sticky rice brought to the table. We share everything and we had Arctic char, barbecue ribs, and chicken and broccoli noodles. My son and wife loved everything. All very good. The booth was extremely comfortable and Jasmyn ensured our son was comfortable in his little seat. Room for improvement. We got sat outside by request, and then greeted by our server. We said we needed a minute to look for drinks and got waters. We sat there for about 15 minutes awkwardly being stared at by servers and maybe a manager. Finally we ordered teas, and some adult beverages. After about 20 minutes of not being visited by a server ANOTHER server comes up and says "So are we going to be ordering anything or are you guys just going to chill here for a while?" I was mind blown. I've been a server at all types of restaurants-from 5-star steakhouses to fast casual table service. This my friends was rude as rude could get. I then answered with 3 entrees and two appetizers. I was polite as I don't make scenes at restaurants. From there on out, we were visited frequently by that same server to check on us and get refills. By this time I was ready to leave so no dessert. Now, question is why 3 stars? Been here many times for dinner, i would say it is a Thai fusion restaurant. I usually order the Drunken noodles, Vermicelli, or the curry. All are good but not very authentic in my opinion. Staff is super nice and knowledgeable about the dishes and their beers that are brewed for them. Had their rotator draft and it was IPA/Hefeweizen mix, don't remember the name but was good. They start every meal with a rice & bean dip appetizer. They have a nice patio but indoor seating & restaurant is equally as nice. The mango sticky rice dessert is the best part of the meal every time. I highly recommend it, even if you share it with a friend. Parking garage right next door with easy parking. Plenty of dessert places or bars around to walk to after or before you eat. read more
