Horrible 3rd party service poorly executed. In my entire military and civilian life moving and storing things has never been this difficult or expensive. Bait and switch was what I got, because I expected one price and the convenience for my things to be brought to me wherever I and we were moving. That however was not what we got. Actually this was more costly than just using a regular storage place for our home goods and small stuff while my husband was stationed overseas. Thank god we have friends in Denver who were kind enough to go to Iron mountain(there's no location in Denver Metro) like 45 mins north and then we had to pay even more to have our stuff sent to us via UPS in LA read more

First, my furniture was damaged. Make Space issued some compensation to which I agreed. Now, when I check my online account, I see that they seem unable to account for the remainder of my storage. The website indicates that I have no items in storage. This is incorrect and very troubling. Attempts to reach a customer rep have proven futile. I realize that the pandemic has disrupted business but a response from Make Space would be greatly appreciated. They are still charging me for storage though. read more

This is an amazing company from the office staff to the field workers to the manager. I had a time limit because I only had a four hours pass from the rehabilitation center to be away. This company sent out the manager and another guy to help. I had four people to help me move and I was able to get back to the rehabilitation center on time. From the first day I called crying because I needed help the lady in the office Christina told me that they could help me not to worry she was very nice and professional. I love this company they were very organized. I am on a walker the guys August Burrell, Jason Stafford and Chris Suppes were great they really helped me a lot. I tell you I could hardly walk and was in a lot of pain but these guys really helped me . And when have you ever heard of a manager coming out to help. As traveling sales people, our "home time" is limited. Our lease was up and we had to move out. I dreaded having to miss a week of work to move. I Googled local storage facilities, and Stashable popped up. The concept seemed too good to be true so I checked it out through the Better Business Bureau and it had a 5-star rating. So I took the chance and scheduled Stashable to pick up my things and take them to storage. I've never seen a more organized crew. Everything was tagged boxed wrapped you name it they did it. Go Free...That's right...FREE. And my husband and I were in Arkansas when they did this! Initially, I was a little nervous not knowing where my house was. We scheduled an appointment to take a couple things out and put a couple things in and they made it so easy when we arrived today.. Tiffany Roshon greeted us Randy Mower and Chris Suppes were ready for us had our things up front waiting for us. They even helped us unload and load! This is the most incredible concept we've ever seen. A "well oiled machine" from A to Z. We will recommend stashable to everyone we know. Thank you so much. read more
