Cong did an amazing job on my nails. He took his time and made sure my nails were exactly how i wanted them. He was also very pleasant. Will definitely be back for him to do them again!
Stay away from this nail salon I got a gel pedi and mani and got fugnus I am so dissappointed I can't even believe I am going through this I went to the place an told them. They had the nerve to tell me that's not fugnus bullshit never ever going to that establishment even if it's free they are obviously not cleaning the tools properly now all my nails look like shit and I have to wait until they grow and clear out the fugnus I
i've been coming to this nail salon for years and have always gotten great nails. prices are very reasonable! and tammy's the best!!
My sister and I both asked for sns manicures. Unfortunately, we received terrible customer service. My sister had asked for the coffin shape, and her nail tech did not file her nails evenly on the sides. My nail tech was shouting and laughing across the salon to her coworkers, but did not say a single world to me except for "color?". She also did not shape my nails evenly so I had to fix them at home. When I came back to remove my nails, a different nail tech was shockingly rude. Instead of asking me nicely to use the atm in the back, she demanded I go use it. I'm not happy with the customer service I received here and will not be returning.
After I visit yesterday, I've decided to not come back here. I went to get a fill after getting a full set a couple weeks ago. When he started filing away the previous color I had, he immediately starting bashing my nails saying that my nails were too thick, big and the color was too light. I was completely insulted and found this to be unprofessional, considering the person who did my nails last time was actually doing someone else's nails directly behind me. Then, he starts cutting my cuticles (which I said I didn't want) and cuts one of them too deep. While he was using the file drill, he stops paying attention to talk to another coworker and accidentally hits my other hand. When I flinched because it hurt, he smiled and slightly giggled, not apologizing whatsoever. I typically like my nails to be oval shaped, which to me means straight on the sides and round at the top, kind of like a running track if that makes sense. I also tend to like my nails on the thicker side because I bite my nails and find thicker nails to be more resilient to biting. I told him not to file the shape at all and he immediately files them so they're almond shaped. When I complained that they were too pointy and repeated how I liked the shape I had before, he starts laughing in a way that I found to be extremely condescending. He humors me by adding more acrylic at the sides, but I left with a more pointy, tapered round shape and thinner nail than what I came in with and what I wanted. I asked for the holographic nail powder, which they call hologram and costs an additional $20, and was immediately confused by the sheer, frosty polish used underneath the powder. I know you can use whatever color underneath the powder depending on the look you want, but I said I wanted it under black so the rainbow effect stands out more. I ended up with a frosty, sheer silvery color so the holographic effect isn't as bold as I wanted. It looks fine but it's a little lumpy on my thumb and pinky fingers. At this point, I was too stressed out from everything going wrong that I didn't have the energy to complain about the lumpiness, the color or anything else. I really just wanted to leave and I know I would have spent more time in the salon for him to fix it. I still find what my previous review to be relatively true. They do a mediocre job on my nails for the price, my nails could be shaped better and they're sometimes too abrasive with their tools. The people there have also been relatively friendly and nice to me, except for the person who did my nails most recently. However, I have decided to go elsewhere for my nails because of my negative experience yesterday and the accumulation of mediocre past experiences. I feel like if I'm going to spend money on my nails, I should leave the nail salon feeling good about my nails and experience, which I haven't experienced here at Majestic Nail Studio.
I have small nail beds that grow upward so it's not easy to find good places that know how to do my nails properly. I found out about Majestic Nail from a friend who's nails always look good . she told me to see Carmen or Tina and I was super lucky to get a last minute appt. I am beyond Satisfied with my new almond shape set and my pedicure was great too. Thanks Carmen. I went back two weeks later and I'm still super happy with the service of Carmen and everyone at Majestic Nail I made an apt two weeks ago for 12:30 and once I arrived I was sitting in Carmen's chair at 12:35 getting my nails done. I even took a chance and let Carmen do my eyebrows and she did them perfectly. I already see I'll be a regular here #lifer
I've been coming here for years and recently they have gone downhill. My tech stopped to make a phone call while prepping my nails and was looking around the room at everyone else the whole time. All my nails are different lengths nothing looks consistent. I showed a simple design with straight lines and it took 2 people to do it bc the one tech didn't know how
Reading so many fabulous/ horrendous reviews of nail salons in the area, I was rather anxious when I walked into Makestic looking for a pedicure. Thankfully I can say the shop, staff, and service all left me with "my" new nail spot. Located in the Starbucks strip mall across from Shoprite, I didn't expect the store to be as large as it is. Over 20 chairs going at once between manis and pedis. Holy mackerel! I sat next to a woman who followed one technician here, and has been a faithful customer for 12 years. Yes her manicure looked great. I loved the back massage my chair gave me while my feet soaked and scrubbed. The color I initially chose came off the brush faded and much lighter than it should have, and my tech was a doll asking what alternate color I'd like her to grab. Round two executed perfectly. $20 for a pedi (soak, scrub, shape, paint), $25 for a deluxe pedi adding in leg exfoliation and moisturizing, $30 majestic experience gives a mud mask and oil massage. Despite the size it does get crazy busy and crowded. Appointments aren't a bad idea.
After a little over 2 months of not getting my nails done at Majestic Nail, I scheduled an appointment to get my nails done for a special occasion simply because no other salon in the area comes close to this place in price and quality. Now you're probably saying, 'you seem to have a love hate relationship with this place'. And yes, you would be right. My issues with the other nail tech in my prior review are a result of bad scheduling at peak hours. When I get my usual nail tech, my nails always come out great. That's it. For now I will continue to go to Majestic Nails. Stay tuned for the next update! Lol.
Not quite sure why the negative reviews. I arrived as a walk in and was promptly served. I got a refill on my nails (gel) which I loved and a pedicure to match. I was satisfied with the quality and the service was also great! Good prices too!

DO NOT GO HERE. NEVER AGAIN. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. EVEN WORSE RETENTION. i usually get a full set or a fill in that will last me 4+ weeks. ive learned my lesson. stay to personal nails technicians only. read more

I would not recommend this place, their products are cheap and the technician that did my sns was dirty and smelling like cigarette smoke. I went there Wednesday afternoon and by today Sunday my sns is coming off my nails!! Very poor job and products. read more

So far I've been here twice. I went back to see if they were any better than the first time. The answer is no!! I know the one thin guy is good... my daughter had nice nails. I got the other guy today with the glasses... horrible work. I got the SNS a blue sparkle color. I can actually feel the texture of the sparkles thru the clear coat! Never again! They don't even do a manicure along with it for a $40 price tag Update: SNS layered so thin over nails that my thumb nail cracked in the corner after 2 days. Should be harder than regular gel polish when you pay 40$ 2nd update: by Friday 2 nails had cracked with the SNS -- went in to have them repaired. Carmen fixed all my nails due to them being done so poorly. She didn't charge me and I made sure I tipped her at least. I told her I'd only let her do my nails if I ever came back there! CARMEN is the example of great customer service!!! read more

I've been a nail biter my entire life and recently was challenged to stop. I thought best way would be get my nails done. I kept looking around and reading reviews and decided to give Majestic a try. I've been here twice now, gel manicure with Josie, who is Fantastic. She listened to what I needed, and helped find the right pink color first time. The 2nd and more festive design she was happy to do for me and made sure the blue color was dark enough. They are reasonably priced and the manicure well done and lasted a long time. Josie is Super and I recommend her whole heartedly! The only reason for 4 not 5 stars is the main fella that tried a very hard upsell and insisting I needed to get extensions/tips instead. read more

Decent job but unless you know the nail tech (hook up) or make an appointment, I recommend not to walk in because you will wait a long time and get given the tech that doesn't do the best job. Many businesses are like this so if you are a random customer, beware you will not get the best service. read more

CARMEN IS THE BEST! I absolutely love how she does my nails! CINDY IS THE BOMB.COM when she does my pedi! AND TINA IS AMAZING when she does my lashes! And CARMEN is my go to person when it comes to making my eye Browns pretty :)! Love it here, they treat me really well read more

This is not my regular nail salon, nor will it become my regular. First, I had an appointment at 9:30am with Kevin. I called and said I would be a little late due to traffic and got there at 9:40am and he began with a new client. Acceptable, considering I was late. I waited a few minutes and they offered to do my pedicure first. I got a REGULAR french pedicure, no gel, nothing. Then I waited about 20-30 minutes for Kevin to be done so I can get my hands done. When Kevin was done, I told him I wanted a REGULAR french manicure, which he said he doesn't do, so yeah, I waited for no reason. Then I got sat somewhere else for another person to do my manicure, which I then asked to pay, since I did not want to mess up my hands by reaching for my cash afterwards (since the lady wasn't helping me with any of my stuff like other places normally do) and she told me it was $50!! I had a REGULAR french manicure and pedicure... I HAVE NEVER PAID SO MUCH FOR THAT IN MY LIFE. My nails now are chipping and it has only been three days... I understand regular polish does not last very long which is why IT IS NEVER THAT EXPENSIVE. There was absolutely no effort in doing my pedicure or manicure, mediocre job, DEFINITELY NOT WORTH $50. And I left a tip just to be considerate. NEVER GOING BACK. Expensive for absolutely no reason. read more

Thank goodness for them! I recently moved to the area and was having a hard time finding a great nail place. A girl at the mall recommended them (after I spotted her nails and simply had to ask) she told me this was her go to place. I called and made myself and my sister in law appts. We both saw Carmen for our nails and couldn't be happier not to mention she is really quick won't have you sitting there for hours. Place is nice and clean and they have a great selection of colors. My pedicure was awesome too!!! Can't wait to go back read more

This used to be one of my favorite nail salons, but lately..... their customer service isn't up to their old standards. I went 3 weeks ago on Saturday with an appointment for 9:30. I got their on time, & Tammy was fixing another lady nail, which that's fine. She was already rushing, probably since it was busy, but once again I had an appointment. I was there for a filing & to get my nails fixed since they were lifting. She was done at 10 ..... when she started around 9:35. Completely rushing. ( my lifting wasn't fixed & my nails came off a week later) When usually she would take 40 mins to an hour. She wasn't even done painting my nails till she made me move to the other chair for my toes, where she finished my gel polish. I've been a customer for a long time here, but these things just push you away especially after so long. Everyone has their days, but at the end of day, these services aren't for free. read more

Getting 1 star because there's no other options. My mom was just there 1/2 hour ago. 1. Her natural nail can be seen on the side of the nail, 2. it looks like she got them done 2 weeks ago (there's so much space between the cuticle), 3. one of them is crooked, and to top it all off, the guy was talking on FaceTime to someone the ENTIRE TIME. Then the call would drop, and he would stop to call her back!!! Extremely unprofessional! read more
