It's always well staffed, it's a great value for the incredible service you're getting. I'm not sure how people found this place to be helpful or accommodating - my experience was exactly the opposite. Rude and overpriced with the cost being 6x what I was originally quoted - and she wouldn't budge an inch... at 4:30 pm when it was too late to go somewhere else. The owner was ungracious, not technically adept with a frosty persona. The sign on the wall saying there will be a $10 charge for being "grouchy or irritable" is self descriptive and should serve as a warning to potential customers. I'll never go back there. I'd drive half an hour out of my way through LA traffic if need be just to avoid it. UPDATE: I had printing done there - at 6 TIMES the quoted price and about 20 TIMES more expensive than Staples ... just found out the quality isn't good enough. Have to go out today and have it REDONE somewhere else! read more

I had asked for notary services that were performed incorrectly, when i returned to have this fixed we were met with a horrible attitude and incorrect excuses as to why there were errors made. Although this place is very small, they have everything you need for your packing and mailing tasks. I stop by here to pick up mail and packages for work every so often, and the man and woman who are always there are consistently nice and friendly. I've never had any issue here, so am always glad to return. Note that parking in the back is extremely limited, so you might be better off seeking a metered parking spot on Beverly or Charleville, or using the free 2-hour lot just one block south. read more

While I was back on the east coast caregiving for my Mommy, Faye ensured that all of my mail was sent to me the entire time while I was out of town.
