The saga continues. I recently wrote a review about how horrible the service was at this establishment towards people with handicaps i.e. memory lapse, early stages of mental problems. Whatever, the point is that I was informed by the employees that if I took my review off they would give me service. This time it's getting the right form for a live scan, which they gave me in the first place knowingly. First off this is blackmail for a favorable review. They denied me service and told me I brought the wrong form which was a lie because the form is signed by one of the employees a J. Garcia and I had no paperwork to give in the first initial transaction. The way they treated my wife and myself were appalling. After ranting and raving about the forms. They had the nerve to want to recharge me for another live scan, which I found ridiculous because I didn't receive they service I required due to there mistake. I felt taken advantage of by J. Garcia and her accomplice. They should be reprimanded for they're so call service and unethical behavior. To kick it off they start recording me as though I'm going to do something criminal. Yelling they don't want my patronage which was fine by me. I found an ethical live scan service up the street by Robertson and Wilshire and they were twenty five dollars cheaper. It's not the cost that was the problem. I had enough money in my pocket to buy six live scans if necessary. It was the b.s. I had to go thru by some shady people that don't belong in the customer service field. There bosse should be made aware of their employees and the piss poor stewardship of their establishment. read more

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Jenny was friendly, patient, and super knowledgeable about all the different shipping options. She took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me save money on postage, and even made sure my packages were packed securely. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. It's rare to get that kind of personal attention these days, and Jenny really made my day easier.
