I had high hopes for this company…read more.. A 3 person team showed up to do an initial deep clean of our 2 bedroom 2 bath single story house. We have no pets and minimal stuff/furniture. We always pick up so the cleaners can focus on deep cleaning and not shuffling paper and the such. After about 2.5 hours the main person came to knock on my office door to let me know they were almost done. A few minutes later I noticed they were all walking back to their car. I ran out after them asking if we could do a walk-through. The main person replied "Most peoples just trust us but a second pair of eyes never hurts." We checked the guest bathroom and there was a large, black scuff mark that was about 4 inches thick and 6 inches wide. I asked if they had cleaned the tub and the main person said that her helper had told her she cleaned it and that this mark must be permanent. I reached under my sink, took out a blue non-stick sponge, wet it with water, got into the tub with my bare feet and easily removed the black mark. ??? Did that helper even try?? I called the office and was told: "We don't like to make excuses but the main person as a trainer as this was a new team and they were being trained." I went ahead and paid over the phone feeling confused and disappointment. Being trained? So apparently the main person is supposed to be a mentor and training the new team... and yet she did not double check their work and just "trusts" the new team will do a good job or knows how to do a good job. Well, they didn't. They left a dirty tub. After I got off the phone with the office and the team had left I walked around the house with a more critical eye and found they also didn't dust the top of the fans, which I specifically asked them to do. They left cobwebs all over the living room mirror. And they didn't scrub the stove top (see image attached). And all this cost me $227.33!!! They say they guarantee their work... the office certainly didn't try to offer a re-do. I am incredibly disappointment and can not recommend this company.

She agreed to my scope and provided an estimate on the spot. This is contrasted with other services that bid sight unseen via Yelp. Given my needs, I'm pretty sure that would not have gone well. My learning curve point was not staying out of the way. I did a little backseat coaching, which just caused confusion. Let the professionals do it there way. Do be there for a final inspection, but wait till they're done. That being said, the cleaner assigned to my home was definitely speed cleaning. And she did not have firmly in mind all of the scope. No big deal, since I was home when she started packing up, I was able to point out where extra attention was needed. Joana and her daughter personally came to steam clean my living room area rug and my old, much abused couch. The rug looks brand new! The couch looked better while damp but after drying it was still kinda dingy and the steam definitely didn't help the stains. Don't expect miracles if your rug/furniture needs true renovation. Everything moved so fast I didn't do the detailed inspection and later ended up seeing some missed, but minor, spots. If it was significant, Joana told me to call her and she'd send someone over to knock it out. My learning point here would be to have my scope in front of me while inspecting. Joana was fun to meet and is energetic and positive. I'm very happy with the results and wholeheartedly recommend this service.

She confirmed the date and time via text (not for the day I asked for but I decided to make it work) but NO one showed up for the appointment. I called her through another number as she would not pick up the phone and when asked why no one showed up, she answered in a very rude and unprofessional manner saying I was hard to do business with. I didn't hear anything from the company until the next day, which is when I learned about the incorrect start time. When I asked about this, they sad the charge was correct even with the adjusted time.

I hoped that they would become my regular cleaning company, and was excited to find a company that uses natural products. Long story short: my oven and stove were damaged, and I will have to continue my search for a reputable cleaning company in Austin. I was a bit concerned when I walked into my kitchen in the middle of the cleaning and saw that a foaming cleaner had been sprayed and left to sit on my stove. However, I fully trusted Petra's claim that their company uses only "all natural" products "for the safety of their customers and employees." I trusted that the foam would not damage my appliance. It seems that this was a mistake. After the cleaners left, I noticed white stains on the stainless steel handle of my oven. I contacted Petra, who assured me that they only use an "all-purpose cleaner" on stove-tops. I informed her that I plainly saw a foam sitting on my stove, and asked for the names of the products that they use on stoves and ovens. Petra argued with me, but eventually admitted that they use Easy Off Oven Cleaner "only on the the inside of ovens." She assured me that her cleaners would never use Easy Off on the outside of the oven. I asked if it was at least possible that the cleaner had accidentally sprayed the handle, causing the damage. Again, Petra, who was not present at my home at the time of the cleaning, assured me that I was wrong and that no Easy Off could have possibly been sprayed on my stove or oven handle. After insisting repeatedly that damage had been done, Petra asked to come by my house to "clean the spots that her employees had missed." Once she arrived at my house, she saw the damage to the handle and said that it was "hard to say what caused it" as she hadn't seen it before the crew had been through. Given that I have a dual oven Whirlpool, I pointed out that the lower handle is a good "before" picture. She then offered to get some stainless steel cleaner from her car. As luck would have it, I had stopped at the grocery store on the way home from work specifically to buy something to try and minimize the damage. Now, to her credit, she did use that product to attempt to remove the stains herself. However, after being unable to remove them, she suggested that I see if my range's warranty was still effective. Her suggestion was to try and get the handle replaced as a warranty item. Ultimately, no responsibility for the damage was taken. Fast forward to this evening. My fiance went to light our stove and noticed that 2 of the burner icons over the handles have been completely removed. The remaining 3 have been partially removed (see attached pictures). Fun fact: paint removal is such a common side effect of Easy Off that there are a few DIY sites that actually recommend using it specifically to remove paint. After this, I have absolutely no doubt that the foam I saw on my stove was Easy Off Oven Cleaner. So, if you are looking for a cleaning company that truly uses "all natural" products, I would not recommend Bella Mia. If you are looking for a company that takes care of your appliances, I would not recommend Bella Mia. If you are looking for a company that takes responsibility when they damage your belongings, I would not recommend Bella Mia. My only recommendation when it comes to this company is to make Petra come to your house beforehand to verify the state of your appliances in case of any damage.

My wife and I booked a Deep Clean with King of Maids recently, and our experience wasn't great…read more Based on the checklist on their website, it sounded like a Deep Clean was going to exactly that - a deep clean. After their first visit, we came home to find that the kitchen and bathroom sink had been wiped down, and the bathtubs scrubbed - that was it. I reached out to King of Maids, and spoke with Dennis, who offered to have a cleaner come back the following day and finish the job that was started. After a second appointment, we came home to find that while the house was cleaner than it was after the first appointment, there were still areas that hadn't been touched, that were listed on their cleaning checklist. The dust under the bed hadn't been removed, windowsills not wiped down, etc etc. I've uploaded some photos of what it looked like after 2 'Deep Cleans'. I reached out to King of Maids and spoke with Dennis, who was understanding, and offered to have a cleaner come out for a third visit. I declined, and instead asked for a refund. As a first impression of a company, I don't think it should take three visits to complete a Deep Clean. To add to the odd experience, my wife and I weren't home for the cleaning, so we left a key for the cleaner. We came home to find the key taped to the OUTSIDE of our mailbox in plain view, within a foot of our front door. Might as well just put up an 'Open House' sign. Although our experience with King of Maids wasn't the best, Dennis was extremely helpful. I spoke with him throughout my multiple visits, and he was nothing but empathetic and understanding each time. Thank you, Dennis!

She was even able to get the grout sparking on a 60+ year old tile floor. Pricing was fair and I could not have been more pleased. The second job was to clean 27 windows inside and out. It was a big job, and they completed it even though it started to rain. They stuck it out and finished the job. Now I have squeaky clean windows.
