We've been using MaidPro for over a year and are really happy with the service. They come every 4 weeks and it really helps keep the place clean. We do minor pickup and cleaning between visits, but it really let's us avoid the major cleaning that we dislike. The house always feels fresher after they visit. Stephanie and Dezy were somewhat cold. House was not clean. Floors did not look mopped at all. I overhead them saying they wanted to be done in 3 hours. My house is 3500sqft it takes longer than 3 hours to clean. Bathroom counters were still very dusty, children's bathtub was not cleaned, one of the children's rooms was not dusted or swept, window sills were still dusty, food was still on the floor and cabinet fronts were not cleaned. I am highly unsatisfied. The cleaners were not warm or friendly. The scheduling process was very confusing as I talked to a man at a call center who get me scheduled then a lady from the local office called me and was highly confused on what I wanted done. I emailed Kandice back when she sent the wrong cleaning schedule and never heard anything back. Don't waste your money on a company that simply tidies your house instead of deep cleaning like they claim. read more

Not only did they have the best price I received the ladies did a fabulous job cleaning my home!! I don't know how I've survived so long without a cleaning service! Very thorough cleaning. The girls are well trained and efficient. I like that they will do extra chores if need be when you ask (for extra). Desiree and Summer are both excellent. Really great. The ladies that came over, Leslie and Megan, were really sweet and liked my animals which is always nice.

I needed my rental house cleaned, it was completely empty and I wasn't there to oversee it which maybe was my fault. The baseboards weren't dusted and there was mud on the floors. I contacted MaidPro and they gladly had their crew go back out and fix the missed items. I went back the next day and noticed even more. I contacted her and send Pam, the rep pictures and she returned with a phone call to tell me she could provide me $30 off. I paid over $200 for a full service clean and got about a $100 cleaning. I will not use maidpro in the future nor will I recommend friends or family. I spent today re-cleaning everything they missed. I'm highly unsatisfied and don't feel compensated enough. read more

I love working with this company. From the very first call I mad for information to the cleaners that come to the house. I was given a calendar year schedule right from the start. The office is very friendly and professional. The people that come to the house are the best. They even brought a little bag of cat kibble for my cat. Everyone is so friendly and professional. Blanca did an excellent job cleaning our home this past week. Very thorough and we have requested to have her as our preferred professional going forward. Blanca actually moved the coffee pot and toaster oven on my kitchen counter to wipe behind them...the bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen. Great attention to detail. My husband had them come out and clean our home. There was a list of things that they had said was done and marked done but it wasn't. They "cleaned" the living room and kitchen but I spent the rest of my day actually cleaning. They also charged our card two times, husband called for a refund for the second charge and they refused to refund. I would not recommend MaidPro to any one. read more

We have had Maidpro clean our house for the last two years. We have had multiple crews and overall have always been very satisfied. I believe once we had a crew do sub par work, but once I called in they had a different crew the next day and did an amazing job. That has not happened again. Currently Sumer and Desiree are our Pro's and they do an awesome job. I always recommend MaidPro. read more

I see the low stars on here and am honestly shocked. We have MaidPro clean our house every 2 weeks and Tori/Toni (sorry spelling) is the mainstay that comes every time. She brings different cleaners with her to train them because they are growing as a company, and why is that.....because they're GOOD! We've had nothing but positive experiences with them. They come in on time, they do a great job, take care of our dogs, are very respectful of our things, and are nice to work with. We get email notifications when they're coming and leave us a nice note with everything they completed when they're done. They even bring treats for our dogs. As busy as we are and as good a job as they do I can't imagine leaving a bad review for these people. read more

I had my choice of using a smaller company versus a larger franchise and chose to use MaiPro due to their competitive prices. Their customer service was excellent and the first deep clean of my home was scheduled easily. They kept me updated on the arrival time of my cleaning crew Diana and Miguel since they were delayed. Both were extremely courteous and considerate on their initial clean of my home, moving around myself, our cat and my stepson who were in the home at the time. They worked quickly and systematically, taking care to complete the checklist that MaidPro promises. Miguel did an especially excellent job in our master bathroom, accomplishing a level of clean which I could never had performed myself. I will note that their policy is not to move furniture out in order to clean things such as blinds - which is understandable for work place safety though I do wish that had been possible. I will definitely use their services again. read more

Asked for a 'move-out ready' clean as our house was shortly going on the market. I was told there would be 2-3 people, for a total of 8 hours of cleaning on the day of appt. Only two showed up and they were late. We have a 2500 square foot house and they finished the upstairs in 45 min ( for a deep clean?). I went upstairs to look and there was still soap scum at the bottom of the shower door (very visible), behind the faucets had not been cleaned, and the door jams were still very dusty. This is just as few of the things that were missed. I asked to have it corrected by one of the girls. She wasn't very pleased with this and insisted that it was clean, that is until I pointed out what I had found. The other girl was very friendly, but did not mop any of the floors in our house and 50% of it is tile ( it was marked as completed on their sheet too). I reminded them repeatedly the importance of it being cleaned thoroughly and the circumstances a few times, but they said they were done ( in just under two hours). Unbelievable. You cannot complete the type of clean I asked for, in a 2500 sq ft house, in that amount of time. It was just a surface clean, if that. The list of completed work absolutely did not match what was done and I had to complete what they did not finish, which was quite a bit. I called within the 24 hours to resolve this and I was treated well by the manager who insisted this is not normal. In the end, I paid for 1 hr worth of work. This still amazes me as I was originally quoted for an 8 hour job and the work and effort that was actually completed was only 1 hrs worth for a requested move-out ready clean. Never again will I use them or recommend them. It was a terrible experience and a waste of time. read more

MaidPro came out to my brand new never lived in house to clean up construction dust. That's it. No scrubbing toilets, cleaning appliances nothing else. First crew had a really grumpy head girl and they rushed through the job. Unfortunately, I was not home when they finished and my husband said everything "looked" good so he let them leave. "Did you touch anything to see if the dust was gone?" Oops! There was dust everywhere. Not only were there areas that were done poorly, there were areas that were clearly not done at all. I called Pam the manager and she came to my home to see their work. She was not happy. She was willing to do anything to accommodate me. She sent a different crew (minus the grumpy girl per my request) the next day and they did a fantastic job. Great attitudes, hard workers. They wouldn't leave until I gave everything the white glove test and was happy. The customer service can not be beat at MaidPro. I don't think I've ever worked with a company so committed to making something wrong turn out right. Highly recommend! read more

1/5 because I had a similar experience as Jennifer S. The first cleaners feigned "confusion" to get out of doing their job when my roommate requested they not clean his room and directed them to clean another room without my knowledge when I was not home. Called Pam about it and she seemed to back up her employee's story and told the their side of the issue with much drama. Knowing my roommate, I don't think he would have made it "confusing" for a simple request of switching rooms. He even called Pam to confirm, which Pam told me he did when I spoke with her. The second pair of cleaners did a better job and I was present for most of it until I had to make an urgent errand. Were all of the house's dirty spots that I pointed out to the team completely cleaned when I arrived back? No. I could have done a better job - yet due to my schedule that week, I could not. Definitely not worth the $180 I spent with all promises of detail and filling out their checklist - which also wasn't filled out for both teams. I even left the team a nice tip in hopes that would be motivation enough! Did I mention I got Mr. Clean erasers to help the team get those dirty spots? Do I really need to supervise house cleaning when PROFESSIONALS are doing it?! Pam, if really want to care for your customers as your company slogan claims, I suggest additional training for your staff and to consider all cleaning operations they might encounter. Anticipate, act and log. Those are the three actions your teams should be doing on every job to achieve excellence. That's what the checklist is for! There's definitely an expectation gap you need to close with them. If I had hidden camera's in my rental house, your team would likely go viral in their deception of cleaning. This is serious. Fix it or these negative reviews will eventually fix your company. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Originally scheduled an initial clean with them. My dad offered to help pay for it as a gift. But in order to schedule a cleaning I had to give my credit card info to them that day. My family ended up getting the flu so I had to put service on hold. Then instead of reaching out to put me on the schedule they have now rescheduled me twice without my knowledge and showed up to my house! I finally emailed them and told them to stop showing up, so they CHARGED my card $136! Now my accounts in the negative and I'm screwed. And my house hasn't been touched by them. What kind of place puts you on a schedule for service without calling to see if the random days and times they are picking even work for you? I wasn't even home BOTH times! Wtf us wrong with you maidpro?! I live across the street from you and I'll be at your door tomorrow morning. And every morning after until you give me my money back. Screw This place.
