Because I believe that people should know and see things for themselves, I have included photos of the unclean work and damage that the company did. While the owner is a very nice person, she does not stand behind her work and did not compensate me appropriately for poor cleaning services and for damaging my stove from using the wrong type of cleaning supplies (i.e. using stove cleaner on the outside of the stove, which is a rookie mistake that a quality cleaning service employee should know not to do). When I tried to work with Ashley to rectify the poor cleaning, she gave me $50 off of the cleaning services charge of $175. However, she also charged me $200 more for carpet shampooing/cleaning, which was not done well at all! I actually had to pay someone else to go back over her employee's work to clean the carpets properly (see pictures). So, all in all, I lost out on money even after her discount. The most troubling issue, however, is that her or her employee damaged the enamel on my stove (see pictures). Ashley tried to fix it by applying an epoxy, but bought and sprayed the wrong one!! The one she used said on the label, "Flammable. Do not use on stovetops. Rated for heat with a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit." My stove exceeds 500+ degrees Fahrenheit! Plus, she bought a flat paint when my stove is a gloss. So, not only did her company damage the stove, but then she put an epoxy on the stove that wasn't suppose to be used - making the problem worse! However, I gave her ANOTHER CHANCE to fix the situation by getting the right epoxy. On Saturday, February 29th, she was supposed to come with the new epoxy to fix the stove, but she was late! She kept me and my neighbor waiting over an hour and a half. At this point I became fed up with the disrespect and unprofessional service. So, while waiting for Ashley, I text her to say that maybe she should just give me a refund and let me handle the issue. She then responded about 10 minutes later, "Hey, I just turned around after your full refund statement didn't settle well with me so I'm discussing with my business advisor." I was literally shocked after receiving the message. Ashley has not responded to me since Saturday, February 29th, and I had tenants that moved into the house the next day, March 1st to a stove that could not be operated because of what she did and then did not fix. At this point she has left me no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and/or sue for damages. I had a special situation. I relocated from Austin TX to Los Angeles CA for work and was only given 2 weeks to pack up my apartment and move. When I left Austin, my Apartment was FILTHY. I had about a month left in my lease so I figured I could get the move out cleaning done after I left since it was hectic enough just packing. I found Bubbles Cleaning Service on YELP and Ashley quoted me a VERY REASONABLE PRICE for the size of my apartment compared to others. We set an appointment and my cousin was able to let her in the apartment to do her thing. My cousin wasn't able to come back and pay her after she was done; so in good faith, we gave her the cash before the job was even completed. I was really skeptical but we had to get it done. Ashley promised she would send before and after pictures. Just about a little over an hour after she was let in, she started sending me pictures of the place. And it looked AMAZING and MOVE IN ready for the next person. Although, pictures can be deceiving, my cousin stopped by a couple days later and said it was SPOTLESS. The pictures almost made me want to move back to Austin. Ive already recommended her to people. And I'm looking forward to them using her services. read more

What a wonderful blessing the service was to my mother, who is no longer able to care for her home as she would've liked. The owner was extremely prompt in responding to my inquiry, the price was very competitive, and they accommodated the requested appointment time without any difficulty. They arrived promptly at the allotted time, worked hard and diligently until the home was spotless. They even cleaned the stove which was not requested, but much appreciated after it was done. The hard work and kindness they showed to my mother, who is unable to get around very well, is a quality that's rare to see. I rarely ask others to clean my home - I try to stay tidy and don't mind cleaning! But my life has been intense, with work, and with upcoming visits - I decided to outsource this week! Bubbles was easy to get in touch with, with very prompt follow-up, super easy to schedule (via Yelp messages). Invoice was sent the same day I booked, and you can pay online. What I loved about that process is that you could adjust your payment, so to avoid going to an ATM right now (which, during a pandemic is a service). We had a little scheduling mix-up and the employee who was tasked to clean my home, Olivia was SUPER friendly and flexible. I had booked kind of early and then booked my work meetings around it, so it required a last minute re-schedule (and I mean last minute, she had to make a trip to my house twice). Like I said, super friendly about it. She did a great job, and I just needed a light cleaning. If you aren't into cleaning, like me, I recommend stepping up to the deep cleaning. Just took one star with the anxiety of the schedule mix-up, that's more a me problem then anything else - but the last thing I need in life is more cortisol. So I recommend simply specifying your booking time in Central Time, if you like me, are based in Central Texas. I do recommend Bubbles and can be certain you'll meet prompt and friendly service, and I really like the person who actually did the service. She was hard working and had a good attention to detail, as well as respecting my property. She was cool with my pups - and that's the most important part :)! Ashley the owner was helpful and nice, but i was not happy when her employee only walked in with only a broom and a vacuum.. not even a mop. i'm not even really sure what he used to actually clean our floors with? he was only suppose to clean our kitchen floors which he did, but he showed up 45 minutes late, and left without saying a word. he also left behind his trash and didn't move our furniture back into place. i was unsure if he was even done because once i came back out there was still glitter and uncleaned corners. he did the job but i was just sketched out the entire time. i did receive a discount for this since it wasn't very satisfactory, but i do hope that they can approve so i could potentially use them again for the future. i'm not writing this to be rude, just so the company can learn from this and improve! xoxo read more
