This is one of my fave stores on the islands. The dresses are so cute and comfortable! You can dress them up with heels and casual with slippers! The dresses aren't cheap but the quality is good. I have dresses that have lasted me years and lots of use.

Necklace & earrings in coral and turquoise. Wear all the time!

Great selection of on trend clothing whether you want casual, dressy or beach plus all the accessories to really pull together a complete outfit. Located on the Waikiki Beach Walk, I always visit Marina when I'm on the island. Over the years I've purchased several tunics and shirts; some in vibrant turquoise & white and some coral & white that showcase Hawaiian prints. Whenever I wear them, I'm transported back to memories of warm sunny beach days! I've also bought pure white separates, comfy loose knit sweaters and maxi dresses. All affordable and on point. They have a nice selection of inexpensive fashion jewelry making it easy to pick up some dangly earrings, a wrap bracelet or a long tassel pendent necklace to make your outfit shine. Mahina is a chain and has many locations throughout the islands. Whenever I see one, I have to stop in! Wish they had them on the mainland.

Cute little bouquet store we had a great associate to help us she was outgoing and had great customer service, she was there asking my girlfriend if she needed anything and how everything was fitting.

Limited to scanty, poorly designed clothing primarily for younger set. Mostly pale colored, resort type play-clothes styles.

I got a FE diaperbag as a gift but had NO IDEA how to use it - it's an older version with the bassinet attachment. It was from an aunty, NWOT, and I don't mind it didn't have tags, or that it's an older version. I've always been the kind of girlie to thrift shop because I'm not a fan of what the clothing industry has done to our planet. This is why we went to FE-Kapolei in the first place: for someone to help us figure out how to use this thing. Read my review for the Kapolei location to know what happens next. Anyways, since that first visit, I visited FE a bunch of times because of their baby clothes. One reason I'm also not a FE person is the prints are too much for me. Put it this way, the only print I would kind of consider wearing is the simple fish print in black, no other colors! And then next thing you know, there's also a baby section as well for my son! Having a baby changes you, I'll still thrift for my clothes, but I wouldn't mind getting my son the newest clothes from a locally owned, woman ran business. Also, I LOVE being able to text the store and reserve items, no driving all the way to find out it's not there! And the quality of the clothes is definitely there. Decided to buy a baby onesie for our family photos and another baby onesie for our friends who are pregnant. I know baby clothes don't last long, but I just couldn't help myself! Overall, I may only like a couple things from FE, but the fact that it's supporting local is a big plus for me! Also, the quality of the clothing is so great considering the price.

So the QUALITY and WORKMANSHIP is what you are getting from it. Many people ask where I get my clothes. A lot of my favorite pieces are from this place. The quality is worth the money spent. There is only a few places you can get an outfit that will look good, last long and makes you feel good in it. This place is will always be my go to. A lot of the clothing pieces travel well and are versatile. You can look beach ready and dress it up with the right accessories and shoes. Last purchase I made was for a dress item that was too long. They provided alterations so I got the dress and a week later picked it up. It was perfect! Overall, ladies you can't go wrong here. The have flattering tops, pants and dresses. First and foremost, SHOUTOUT TO TITA ARACELI!! The sweetest, most helpful, and real staff member…read moreout there. I came here with a specific design in mind. Most of the shirts here are customized 88 Tee shirts. However, there were also other designs like Snoopy, Punisher, etc. The shirts are organized and categorized by size and each size has a HUGE variety of designs so you really gotta lift the shirts to open and see them. Aside from T-shirts, they have hats, button-up shirts, crop tees, shorts, everything, no matter the size, newborn or adult. The part that shocked me was that I was willing to settle for an oversized male t-shirt. Then, Tita Araceli came up to me without me asking and advised I make it off the shoulder WHICH I did want but didn't know they do it for you, FOR FREE!!! They use their special sharp Japanese scissors from Japan, literally in a special box lmao. She wasn't making ghetto cuts on the shirt. She legit knew what she was doing, stretching the shirt a certain way to get the aesthetic roll-ups, cut it a certain way. I honestly was going to do it myself but I'm so happy Tita Araceli did it!! IF YOU WANT OFF THE SHOULDER, YOU CAN ASK AND NO CHARGER :) I even tried to tip her and she didn't want it, she was just genuinely trying to help. The t-shirt I got was $31. I'm tempted to go back already.

Their online drops are legendary--beautiful, meaningful designs rooted in Hawaiian culture--but blink and you'll miss them. I've lost out more times than I can count, so stepping into their charming little yellow cottages on Monsarrat Avenue felt like a dream come true. The shop is small but thoughtfully curated, with just one of each size available--so every piece feels extra special. There are a few parking spots right out front (a gift in itself on Monsarrat!), and the whole experience feels intimate and intentional. From the hand-printed fabrics to the cultural storytelling woven into every design, Kealopiko is more than a clothing brand--it's a celebration of place, language, and identity. I saw the reviews of others saying that the service isn't super friendly. I get it. I live with some pretty angry Hawaiians and I get that it's hard to be happy all the time living here and working in an area filled with tourists. The few times I've been here, service has been a mixed bag. But they all get the job done. They'll usually try to give you a new item (instead of the display items) if they have any in stock. I think they are card only. Ofc the most difficult thing about kealopiko is how exclusive it is. They make their clothes in small batches and hand print the material. It's good quality items and honestly less expensive than some other locally owned stores, so I like shopping here. It's just sometimes hard to get your hands on things. I'll definitely be back. I try to follow them on Instagram so that I can head to the store when they do a drop. It was definitely easier when I lived in town.
