Delicious 갈비탕 or beef stew and banchan or typical side dishes.
Ricardo O.

I lived in South Korea for a long time, so I was excited to visit this establishment. Although the servers here are generally Chinese, the food is the closest to authentic Korean cuisine within a 100-mile radius. The service quality, however, varies depending on your server. My first experience with a Korean *ajumma* (an elderly lady) as my server was amazing. But during my second visit, I was served by a Chinese lady who was dismissive toward customers. Despite seeking good, authentic food, I found myself having to repeatedly get her attention for orders or requests. One young Chinese male server was satisfactory, but the older Chinese lady was particularly dismissive. That said, the food was delicious, and the unique dishes make this place a great stop to satisfy Korean food cravings. I recommend it, but your experience will heavily depend on your server. You might be delighted--or disappointed.

Boneless Rib Eye and Prime Rib Korean BBQ! All you can eat delicious meat fest!

We went for my daughter's 26th birthday and enjoyed a delicious and interactive dinner. We had great service, fresh and delicious food cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back!

In the same lot as Staples. Off Preece street. All you can eat meat for lunch or dinner as an option. $28. Hmm. They will charge you for any leftovers not consumed. The individual meat items are pretty pricey for a la carte orders. We ordered one order of the all you can eat and one soondubu with added kimchi to it. $32.28 for one person to eat the all you can eat. They have a 4 tray robot to bring items to the tables. Koi fish in the center. They have a trust issue here and probably get a lot of people and charge for more than one all you can eat, if you take one bite, they probably have someone watching the videos to see if anyone is eating any all you can eat meat that they didn't order. I didn't eat any meat or any food items that were part of the all you can eat, since the banchans were and water was so bad and then my tofu soup too. The waiter told us for a 2nd and 3rd time that we can only share the banchans and the japchae. I can't eat the grilled chicken or the dumplings or the teok bokki or they will charge me for the all you can eat as well. They are being strict dictators about the food. Their water tastes off here as well. That should have been a red flag on the poor quality of food here. I have had two other people here ask if I wanted anything else. I think I already got a taste of the mint of food they put out here. The kimchi tastes so bland and flavorless. Tastes like it was only made an hour ago. The teok bokki is super mushy and way over cooked. The jap chae is at least slightly warm. It has no veggies or flavor though. The bachans are lack luster and rather disappointing. The tofu stew has a bit of flavor, but no spice to it at all. It's super watery as well. The tofu isn't the soft tofu I was expecting at all. It also has zero mushroom tops, only the bottoms. What happened to all of my mushroom tops, only for the all added mushroom sides they would make you pay for? There was ground pork in my seafood tofu soup. They explained to me later that their soup broth for the seafood tofu soup is made with pork. That's a first. The hostess told me if I have any questions about what's in any dish, to ask. She asked if I had asked for no pork meat. I said yes. The waiter said he had no idea the seafood tofu had pork meat in in it. I told him that's fine, it's not his fault. I wouldn't have thought a seafood stew would have any pork in it either. I really loathe this place and I have only taken two sips of my soup so far. They took off the soup since I had two sips of the broth. The hostess asked if I wanted another soup with no pork in it. I said no. I am good not eating here at all. Lastly the tofu soup had only the mushroom stems in the soup. Who wants to eat only mushroom soup. There was quite a few mushroom bottoms, that's the least part of the mushroom that I like. Since they don't offer spicy chicken for the grill. My husband smothered the sriracha all over the chicken before putting it on the grill. If we hadn't started in on the food. I would have walked out. They charged us for the awful carbonated water out of the gun here. I had them remove mine, as I took a sip and didn't want anymore of it. The waiter was okay until the bill came out, he just works for a restaurant that puts out bad food is all. This place is a stain and blemish to the Korean name. Once the bill came out, the waiter was rather sensitive and hovered over me. He said he will take the bill up after he had just dropped it off. I asked if he was seriously going to stand there waiting at our table for me to hand him a card. He then dropped off the receipt after he ran the card. He asked if something was wrong. I told him. He finally left me alone to sign the receipt without him standing over me. Bill total was $32.28. Stick to the grilled meats, since that is raw meat and you cook it yourself. They can't mess that up too much.

I've always passed this Korean BBQ spot but never actually went but I'm so glad I finally did! Immediately upon walking in the atmosphere was buzzing and I knew my boyfriend and I picked the right spot for date night. Even though it was packed we got a seat within about 3 minutes and our server was very kind and taught us how to cook the meats. We ordered the beef bulgogi which was the clear star of the night along with pork belly and ribeye. For an AYCE package of $29, you really can't beat it! Especially here in Boise! I would highly recommend and we are already planning to go back! Side note- the absolutely ADORABLE little robot that brings your food to the table is so cute and can be heard singing happy birthday throughout the night.

Shout out to our waitress Dayana. Explained everything g to us and her suggestions did not disappoint. Our first time eating here and definitely not our last. If you like Korean BBQ this is your spot. Clean restaurant. Clean tables and chairs (not greasy). The food choices were great. We will be coming back for more.

All You Can Eat (AYCE) Korean BBQ with great banchans (side dishes) that you grill on your own - can't beat the prices and the available selections of meats. The menu/selection is extensive. Plus · Selection of meats and banchans Negative · Service can be a bit slow - so order ahead of time, additionally, the grill that you cook the meat will need to be replaced often so remind the staff · Availability of adult beverages, especially the sochu is a bit limited (only flavored versions available) Overall, the AYCE Korean BBQ is well worth the value - it is highly unlikely that you will remain hungry after visiting.

They are all spectacular. My daughter had the creamy onion our first. It was Gobsmacking delicious. The sweet and spicy garlic is good too. Of course, the most famous sauce is Yangnyum. Yesterday my wife ordered the lunch box boneless and I ordered the tofu. NOTE: Items are made to order so put your phones down and have a conversation with fellow diner. Our dishes arrived hot and excellently plated. The server brought us our side and provided a recommendation. There's music playing in the background and you can hear conversations from other diners but that was okay. The bathroom is to the left of the register and one of the nicest bathrooms I've visited. I was a little disappointed they didn't have some menu items like pork cheek and finger ribs, but I still really enjoyed the experience. The service was great, the restaurant was clean, and there were lots of veggies and sides to choose from. Their cocktails were delicious too, I had the lychee tini :P. Only thing I'd want them to add to the menu are steamed egg, kimchi stew/soft tofu stew, rice paper, unmarinated boneless short rib, and kimchi pancakes.

I think it's a great new addition to the Greenbelt and the Boise community. I can't wait for more people to check it out. The service is good. They didn't have the lumpia, but had croquettes instead which were absolutely delicious and highly recommended. We also tried 6 different bao and I think the Nashville Hot was probably my favorite. All of them tasted pretty good though. We were a little disappointed they didn't have desserts but they said they are hoping to add some. Service: 3/5. At first , we got our items quickly since we were one of the few groups there but once other groups started to arrive it took a long time to get anything that we had ordered. It also seemed like the waitress was late so one of the cooks had to fill in and take orders. Atmosphere: 4/5. The weather was nice so we were able to sit on the patio along the greenbelt. It is a good vibe and relaxing to sit outdoors. As the area gets more developed with the other additions currently under construction I think it will be a really cool atmosphere.

The original owners sold this Korean street food restaurant location to new owners in May'ish 2025…read moreand if you haven't been in yet, don't delay because during our lunchtime visit this week we learned the current owners may be closing this in the next month or so. My understanding is that the current owner also owns a couple of teriyaki businesses and wants to focus on them, in particular since business here has been slow. If my husband's and my experience was typical, at lunch time on this day there were only 3 other customers besides us who came in during the hour'ish we were there. Too bad because the food was good and the service was friendly. But the odd location might put people off. So let's start with that. LOCATION: In Garden City, next to a St. Luke's Health Care Rehab PT location and a commercial exercise gym, all in the same building. It can be hard to know it is there unless you know and now you do. :-) MO: Order at the counter from a menu placed there and also with photos for the food on the wall next to the door. Food delivered to your table when ready. Bus your own when done if you want to or they will pick do it for you. EATS & $: Our total was around $32. We chose Kimchi Ramen, Bulgogi Bibimbap and Hotteok, a leaning sweet pancake filled with a mixture of seeds and sugar. It was our first time trying that delicious item and we will definitely seek this out at other Korean places when this one closes. Portion sizes were large and we took home the ramen and bibimbap to reheat. (Waste not...) I so appreciate that they use real dishware bowls, not disposable ones, to serve in. And while we were there, the young man working at the counter (delightful guy and related to the owner we learned) came over to talk with us and the owners delivered cups of their hot and cold Korean tea for us to try. It was so good, a gingery, slightly sweet brew. PARKING: Private lot. ACCESSIBILITY: ADA compliant parking is in front of the St. Luke's Entrance but given the sidewalk design which fails both ADA and Idaho building code, a wheelchair user may find it impossible to navigate the left turn on that sidewalk to the one that runs parallel to the restaurant. (As aside, it is infuriating that one sees these ADA violations all over Garden City.) Although there is no ADA parking in front of the restaurant, someone has poured an awkward and crudely done cement "ramp" to get to it from that side. Once inside, all seating is standard height but only one would likely work for wheelchair users who can't transfer to a chair. LOO: For planning ahead purposes, there is no bathroom in the restaurant but if you ask they will unlock the door between the restaurant and the St. Luke's PT building so that you can use the bathroom there. My husband tells me the loo is ADA compliant. DELIVERY: Yes, I think, via Door Dash. TIDBIT: The original owners retained the right to the name Koco Bell and they are opening or maybe already have opened a Korean street food place in downtown Boise (5th & Main) that is mostly focused on take out. It is called Koco Bell Express.
