Since then, I have sent him several emails and left voice mails asking him to fix a downspout that was not positioned correctly as well as an ETA to complete the job. Super friendly, super efficient, and super conscientious. Due to the snow cover and ice in the gutters, Junior and Francisco took extra time to make sure everything was thawed out for cleaning and then installed properly, and then they took extra time to clean up the debris from the gutters around the yard.
