my 30 yr roof started leaking inside the wall. from piss poor workmanship. called for service and was given an appointment. they NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED!!! I called them and over the next 3 hours they systematically lied to me every 40 minutes that they were on the way when they WERE NOT!! finally I got tired of waiting and they never showed. two of my neighbors that used they had similar issues with recall work!! I do not recommend using this company!!! read more

Our rental home had a roof leak and it was impossible to get a roofer out in the winter to fix it with all the snow. This company came out promptly to give us an estimate in February in between snow events. They kept us informed when they had to cancel because of too much snow to get on the roof. When we did meet they were polite and explained the situation with the roof. Nothing about the fix was difficult and it did not take long to fix. We got three estimates and two were identical so we went with the company that could fix it the soonest. One company had a quote way out of line. The day came for the repairs and they were there right when they told us which was important since we would be meeting them at the property. We felt like this company was professional and experienced. They gave us a good guarantee so we will wait for the rain and see how it does. We are hoping if we have any problems with this repair that they will promptly come back out and fix it. We appreciate speaking with a good receptionist for the scheduling. She was polite and on top of the problem with the situation of snow coming every other day. A good person on the phone represents the company well. read more

Honestly so disappointed - we had scheduled a consult last week to get a quote for replacing our roof. 15 minutes went by and no one showed up, so I called and was told their estimator was running late and if we could reschedule. Here we are, giving them a second chance and no one showed up again. The least they could have done is called and let us know. Just unprofessional. We've done a number of house projects (floors, painting, gutters, xeriscaping, blinds) the last two years and have people come for consults, no one has no-showed except for this company. read more

CTR is reroofing my house ahead of solar panel installations. Yesterday, 6-28-23, I got a call from my wife complaining that she'd gone out and couldn't get into our driveway and garage because CTR's supplier was taking up the driveway with their lifting crane. I talked to Dave at CTR and let him know that I was unhappy about this for a few of reasons. Firstly, the supplier's actions were devoid of customer consideration. Materials arrived around mid-afternoon while my wife was out doing some shopping when the roofing shingles arrived. The driver should have either contacted us before taking up my driveway or at the very least should have informed my wife when he arrived to let her know he'd be monopolizing the driveway. He did neither. Secondly, as I informed Dave, my wife had just undergone a medical procedure and wasn't supposed to be lifting over five pounds. Because of the lack of consideration, my wife was forced to park away from our house and make trips to unload her truck. This put her recovery in jeopardy and at risk of injury. Thirdly, when I got home driver Juan was finishing his delivery and folding up his lifting boom. I let him know I wasn't happy for the reason above. While Juan let me vent and was professional, he also deflected and persistently played the cards of just doing his job, he's just the driver, the office sets up the appointments, etc. This wasn't good customer service and I let him know. When I asked for contact information, he didn't have any and instead said I can look them up online. That's fine...if I had information indicating who the supplier was. Since I wasn't the customer, I had no information, so CTR gets the hit on the review. I've since reached back out to Dave and requested this information and still haven't received it. I guess my next step is to try the BBB and see if CTR is listed. Once the job is done and I've had a chance to talk to the supplier I'll come back and update this review and rating to reflect that CTR did as I asked. If they don't, my review will stand and I will have to decline opportunities to refer CTR to other customers not because of what they did, but because of their supplier. That's not fair to them, is it? It should be clear how CTR should handle this. read more

Completely useless company. They performed an inspection on my roof on behalf of the HOA and said they'd identified the problem ... and that's where the story ends. The HOA or myself never heard anything from them again! They didn't tell us what the problem was or how much it was it was going to cost to fix it. It's been nearly 4 weeks and we've left 5 voicemails and 5 emails. Maybe they went out of business? That would be the only thing that makes sense. read more

Very reasonable estimate to fix some shingles that we had to fix on an inspection. They also cleaned out our gutters and painted an area on the two story house that was missed when it had been painted.
