Here is my experience with Magic Rain Gutters. I called for a quote and Alfredo came out the next day. He gave us a price which was by far much less than the other three companies I got quotes from. Alfredo told me that he is really busy and doesn't have a huge crew (usually just him) so it would be a couple weeks. After two weeks, I called his cell phone and his mailbox was full so I sent him a text. After a few days, I heard back. It tool about 4 weeks from the time of the bid to actual install. PROS: Their price was hundreds less than other places; once they arrived, it only tool about 2 hours to put gutters on the back of our house and two sides of a detached garage; the gutters look great - very high quality workmanship; Alfredo verbally offered a lifetime warranty. I highly recommend Magic Rain Gutters if you are not in a hurry. read more

Magic Rain Gutters - Gutters with downspout, back of house. - Gutter Services Near Me - Reno, Nevada

I wanted to have rain gutters installed before landscaping work proceeded, a project planned several weeks from the day I called MRG. To my surprise, I received a reply to my phone message within an hour. An even bigger surprise came when I was told that the owner could come by to produce an estimate the next day, which he did right at the appointed time. One more pleasant surprise arrived when they informed me the work would be done a mere two days later. They showed up on time and installed the gutters within an hour and a half. The color matches the house perfectly, and the quality of the work is outstanding, a fact confirmed by the foreman for the development in which the house is located. (He also told me that the the developer would have charged me twice the price that MRG charged.) If you want prompt service and top-of-the-line quality, look no further than Magic Rain Gutters. read more

They did a great job! The workers were polite and introduced themselves. They have a large color palate to choose from, where the other company we called only had three colors and never sent an estimate. read more

We just replaced all of our gutters. Alfredo and his guys were great. It was all done in a timely manner, the color matched up perfectly, the guys cleaned up after themselves. Alfredo's prices are exactly where they should be. We highly recommend Magic Rain Gutters! read more

Quick response to our request for an estimate. Reasonable estimate. Fast and professional install. Very happy with the results.

Called Alfredo out for estimate and new gutters for my home. Gave me a competitive price and a date to start. Arrived on time the work and materials were supreme finished in about 4 hours . The colors were spot on with our trim paint . I would recommend him read more

Outstanding! Highly recommend. Being a construction professional, I'm usually highly skeptical and can spot bad work. These folks are excellent. Within a few weeks they came to my house, estimated the work, and installed the gutters. I was not even home when they performed the work. Site was clean, workmanship was excellent, and well designed. Thank you again! read more

I called Magic Rain Gutters for a rush gutter service and repair prior to our house being painted. They replaced all the corners and realigned the the gutters. They got behind on a prior job, but still managed to make to my house, and they stayed late until they were finished. l highly recommend them. read more

I called three other seamless gutter places before Magic. Not one of them showed up to even check out our house and give us a quote, although all three scheduled time with me to do so. Alfredo with Magic called me back immediately and came out the same day to give me a quote that was really reasonable. It took his crew a couple weeks to get to it, but the gutters look really nice, they didn't leave a trace of a mess and we couldn't be happier. Particularly since it's been raining all day. :) I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Great work. read more

I don't know how this outfit got almost 30 five star reviews. They must only post the good ones. Magic recently installed gutters on my daughters home and the gutters look good themselves, but the way they install the downspout outlets is not so good. Instead of cutting a whole in the gutter with a hole saw, they just cut a "cross" in the gutter and then bend down the points of the cut into the downspout. These leak and will eventually get worse. I recently had my home guttered and of the four companies that gave me bids, none install downspouts like Magic. They all use a hole saw and then install a "pop outlet" that will not leak. After inspecting Magic's installation on my daughters home, I didn't even call Magic for an estimate. My daughter had a problem with one of the downspouts and called Magic for a follow-up, which she was willing to pay extra for, and after several calls, Magic has not bothered to respond. I consider that poor customer service. read more

Very good to work with. Replied to inquiry fast, easy to get hold of & reasonable rate. Work well-done & efficient. Will repeat doing business with this vendor & definitely recommendable. read more

Took awhile to get the quote. My original guy came back before that and did the readjustment I needed.

We had an emergency situation where our gutter was flying apart in very high winds and about to rip off the corner seam. After calling 7 contractors, leaving messages getting a couple people telling me that it would be a couple weeks to just get an estimate I was thrilled when Ashley called back within an hour to set up an appointment for the next morning with Alfredo to do an estimate. Alfredo showed up a half an hour early, quoted me a fair price, said he'd check with his crew on that day's schedule. Two hours later the gutter was repaired. The crew also noticed another flaw in the front gutter that had never been completely secured, so they repaired it at the same time with no extra charge. I will definitely use Magic in the future and I highly recommend their company! read more

Magic Rain Gutters did great work on our home and they were extremely easy to work with. They saved me a lot of money by explaining why a drip edge would be an expensive feature at this stage and that it would get ripped out when we replace our roof in 2-3 years. (It's necessary but not as urgent as we made to think.) I appreciate their honesty because other gutter installers came up with much higher quotes that did include a drip edge read more

I'm a Realtor and property manager. Last year we had a property we managed and listed for sale where each time is the crawl space kept filling up with water after a large rain. My client had just got the crawl space dry and remediation almost completed when a big storm started to roll in. Due to the urgency to keep the crawl space dry, Majid Rain gutters rearranged their schedule to come out and install gutters on my clients home. They were a life saver. The job was completed in one day and my client were successful in finishing remediation and selling their home. We are all most thankful for the quick service by Magic Rain Gutters. read more

I called Alfredo about taking down my existing gutters because I thought the fascia board behind them needed to repaired or replaced before I had the house painted. Alfredo came all the way out to Spanish Springs and examined the gutters and fascia. He told me, "I could take your money, but from what I see everything is looks good, the fascia is still solid." Alfredo was cordial, professional, and as honest as the day is long. You'd be nuts to hire anyone else. read more

I needed seamless aluminum gutters on my house. Alfredo was super responsive, came out and quoted me a dollar figure on his business card. Gave me a 2 week advance wait time. Called him a week later to hire, left a message. No response. Waited 3 days, and called again, this time the mailbox was full. Waited another few days, called again. Alfredo answered, vaguely remembered me, said he couldn't give me an install date - "dependent on the weather", but he would send me a written quote via email, and give me a few days notice when he would be able to come in the next couple of weeks. Sent him an email a few days later, no response. It's now been 3 weeks now, no response. I can assume all kinds of things, but I chased this guy with my business, and he basically decided not to do the work so my biggest assumption is that I wasn't going to spend enough money. Looks like they are doing other services based on the reviews I see on here, so he's still working. Must have just been me he didn't want to work for. Would have been nice just to have him say he wasn't interested and saved us both wasted time and my effort. read more

I wanted to Thank Alfredo for coming to my house to checking a problem with a rain gutter on the roof that doesn't really need to be replaced. I really Appreciate his honesty and not try to sell me something. I will be recommending him to any neighbors that need rain gutters. Thanks Alfredo. read more

The job that these guys did is great! Very efficient and superior work. Called me right back, and the work was done even before the two weeks estimate of time was over. Very clean job, took away all the old gutters. I would recommend Alfredo and Magic Rain Gutters to anybody in this area. These guys are the best! read more

I live in a 2 story house and was in the market to get full-house seamless gutters installed for a good price. I am the type that will get multiple quotes, read countless reviews, ponder on it for a while, and choose the best bang for the buck. I had gotten 2 quotes before getting Alfredo, the owner of magic, to make me up one as well. All 3 companies quoted half the 2nd floor and the full 1st floor, because the top roof will drain onto the lower roof and drain from those gutters. I got the quote from Magic, pondered about a week over everyone's offers, read all kinds of reviews on Yelp for all 3, and called Alfredo on a friday. His wife answered, and I told her that I wanted the project. Alfredo called back that day. While on the phone with Alfredo I asked if he could add on the complete 2nd floor roof to the project, and he said "I sure can, just let me measure the rest and order the material and we will finish the project on Monday." The price was still cheaper than the next closest company without the complete 2nd floor add-on!! Magic Rain Gutters is by far the best deal for your budget. But don't let the best deal fool you. The quality of workmanship is by far more than I was hoping it would be. They are beautiful. Good job Magic!! Would definately recommend this company for your gutter needs. With all the houses being thrown up in the Reno area, it is good to know not all great companies are weeks out from completing jobs. Use them if you want gutter. You will not be dissappointed!! read more

I strongly recommend Magic Rain Gutters. After contacting 3 other gutter companies who were unimpressive, I read reviews on Magic. I contacted Ashley who scheduled the estimate. Alfredo came out punctually and provided a very fair estimate and some creative ideas for some problem areas. I was scheduled for installation in 2-3 weeks based on weather. The weather broke and Alfredo called on Saturday and his 2 man crew installed on Sunday. His long time 2 man crew were very professional polite and competent. They superbly completed the job in a day and their work has proven to be superior. The whole team (Alfredo, Ashley, Jaime and Moses) provide excellent customer service and a superior product. read more

Alfredo came out and gave me an estimate for rain gutters and installed them the very next day. Terrific service and a nice team. The work was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend Magic Rain Gutters.....Thanks Alfredo :) read more

Our front gutter was badly worn and most of the water that hit the front-half of the roof ended up pooling in front of our garage and, ultimately, found its way into the crawl space. I called Ashley and within a few days Alfredo provided an estimate and a timeframe to replace the front gutter. The work was completed on time and within the budget. Great communication throughout and the crew did great work. Highly recommend! read more

Called for an estimate to clean and repair as necessary my rain gutters. They showed up on time. After looking at my gutters I was told they did not need cleaning and he would not want to charge for something I did not need. He did find a small repair need. In a short time it was done with no charge. He was really nice and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone with the highest rating possible. It is difficult to find honest, friendly contractors these days and this one exceeds all expectations. I thank them from the bottom of my heart. read more

I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know how awesome the people at Magic Rain Gutters are. I have worked with them on two of my houses now, and I am just so impressed with the work they did. Ashley always answers my calls in a great mood, and is very organized. Alfredo comes out to bid the job quickly, is very friendly and knowledgeable, and does such clean work. Their prices are fair, but the main thing is they make me feel like family. Can't say enough great things about this company, and look forward to working with them again soon! read more
