Hopefully there has been some miscommunication, but unfortunately I feel the need to post this review. Magic Solar Electric replaced some hardware for my solar panels. These panels were not placed by them initially and are 13 years old. I received replacement parts from the manufacturer which Magic Solar placed for me, but one of them is not working correctly. I've been in touch with both of them and the manufacturer. They had some initial suggestions about troubleshooting, but I have not received any communication for the past month despite multiple phone messages and attempts to email the main line and the builder who charged me for the service. There's been no communication from them for over a month. At this point, I must consider them extremely unreliable and I will not encourage using them. read more

The time that he took to bend the conduit to just the right angle and the right amount of curves. It was truly epic to see. There is now an issue. 2 years in and our bill for electricity each year has been 2500$-3k. Emin took all of our usage, did the calculations, assessed the location I wanted the panels and told me we would be zeroed out (or close) 3k is not close. The license from the city of West Hollywood was awarded immediately and my PTO, from SCE, the day after the city awarded the license. Update : Our solar system has been very busy. We haven't paid electricity since the install and after an auto firmware update from Enphase the system started randomly shutting down. I texted Emin and he right away sent Edvin his electrician. No questions asked in the half hour Edvin was here. (He drove all the way from Pasadena to Granada hills to help me out). In 5 min he knew the problem : the system was producing 15% more than intended and the breaker was getting hot. He replaced the breaker with higher amperage. Since then the system has been breaking records. I have been doing renovations around the house and contractors in and out, it's been pretty stressful and I have to say Magic Solar has been the best team I worked with.
