During the pandemic, like many income was sporadic dependent on benefits or other unreliable support. I budgeted $2500 for a job that ended up being $5000 or more without my consent or knowledge. Because I asked for a few extra weeks to pay the additional unexpected charges, bhaskar puts a lien on my house and files a suit in court. I pay the additional fees demanded, yet he continues to pursue a lawsuit for YEARS just to collect a couple hundred dollars in payment processing fees, late fees, and interest. Meanwhile the contractor's licensing board confirmed that he was not entitled to collect payment for work I paid for in the first place that fell outside of the signed contract. So he has the balls to take me to court for payment on interest when I already paid the full balance he asked for without thr required change order signed. Hopefully this information I shared, helps to protect others from falling into this trap that starts out as an incredible deal, and turns into a 3 year nightmare. I had a very disappointing experience with this roofing company. After spending $10,000 to replace my roof, they failed to fix a persistent leak near my patio door. I had to repeatedly contact them, often more than three times, to get any response. Bhaskar, specifically, was not very attentive. Even after multiple visits (three, to be exact), the issue remained unresolved, and it seemed like they lost interest in addressing the problem once the initial work was paid for. Eventually, I had to hire another roofer who resolved the issue for just $2,000. I definitely would not recommend this company. Left me far from smiling at the end of it all. Bhaskar is a superhero without a cape! Bhaskar's company came to us highly recommended by a coworker, and I am so so thankful we had him work on our home. We just purchased a new (older) home which we knew had electrical issues, needed a new roof, and we are interested in solar as well. We had consulted with a few electricians about our draining lights that dimmed anytime there was the SLIGHTEST uptick in energy use (i.e. fridge kicked in, the lights dimmed. Washing machine agitator spun, the lights dimmed to the beat). This level of electrical nuisance is not only annoying, but very scary. We were nervous the wiring was so bad, we could be subject to an electrical fire. Bhaskar made us feel at ease with his knowledge and after an initial inspection he assured us the issue was not dangerous for many reasons, but that he would get to the bottom of the draining issue. We found ourselves in every homeowner's nightmare: with a non-straightforward issue that could sink us in endless costs trying to figure out what's going on. Bhaskar was amazing at systematically running tests to get to the bottom of the issue, ruling out possible causes (bad wiring, bad grounding, not enough circuits, too many daisy chains etc. etc.) We were preparing for the worst, a full house re-wire and panel upgrade. In the end, it was Bhaskar's vast experience with transformers and incoming utility wires that allowed him to isolate the issue with the city's power lines, and not our own wiring. We resolved the issue for a fraction of the cost, and we are THRILLED that Bhaskar squeezed us into his very busy schedule for what ended up being a smaller project for him and his team than expected. (We solved the dimming issue, installed recessed lights, wired a new doorbell, new chandelier wiring including a new switch, and fixed several can lights that were improperly installed by the previous homeowners). He was incredibly responsive via text and on the phone, arranged to have my Tesla charger installed within days of our call and even had an extra Tesla charger (which he had pre-ordered) which saved me the hassle and time of having to order it from Tesla directly. He & his installers texted me before they came over, were on time, nice, neat, & professional. Because my power main is on my detached garage and the main breaker subpanel is in our home, they had to tap into the main breaker & install a subpanel in my garage. He even accommodated a last-minute change I made to have it installed on the other side of the garage. He personally went to pick up the necessary extra parts & came over to deliver them to save time. They even went through and made sure it was all connected via Wi-Fi.
