Parking was confusing at first, but it's mostly street parking, easy access location and you can't miss it, because the building is pink! Came for brunch on a Sunday only a 20 minute wait which was great. The vibe was fun with loud house music playing. we came for the chilaquiles and ordered the aqua Fresca flight, sadly the food was very cold but we still ate it. I will admit the place is decorated very cute and is very appealing but other than that there's very little this place offers, the service and the food was mediocre. My husband ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bread was stale and everything was flavorless.. All the food also came out cold which was interesting because we were the only ones there at the time. The waitress helping us took 15-20 minutes to greet us and take our drink order (again we were the only ones there at the time) and she kept walking around on her phone, fixing her hair/makeup and didn't even wash her hands. The place was not clean either when we received our menus they were sticky and gross plus the baby high chairs were nasty.. My wife ordered steak and eggs. I tried the steak (cooked medium) and it was perfect! The mimosa flight was standard, but cute because of the accent of the strawberry slices. Because I inquired about the Madre Lemonade, they brought me a complimentary one to try; super awesome and a cool thing to do. The service was perfect; very attentive and friendly. Super cute inside! The music that was playing was a whole vibe; kinda techo'ish/clubish'. Loved it. Very clean inside, including the restrooms. The owner happened to be dining at the time and it was only appropriate to give him an in-person shoutout. This place is a little hidden jewel. Do not go here for the food save yourself the time and money. The flight of aguas frescas was cute for the photo op but they tasted terrible. The French toast was basically just fried bread and fancy looking toppings. It took us about 4 hours in total to be in and out of there granted that they served messed up 2 out of 3 meals. Then when we did get our food they ended up leaving no utensils and we had to ask about 3 people and 10 minutes later we received them. Just don't go save the money the red chilaquiles with carne was the most edible thing we had but the meat needed seasoning or at least salt. I'm not trying to be petty or rude I'm just saying for the $200 spent the service was terrible and they were rude and the food and drinks were not it. Like I said everything looks cute but served cold and it just taste terrible. Sorry but need to be honest. read more

We came here for a party and I was a little skeptical due to a couple of yelp posts but we were pleasantly surprised. We waited 50 minutes for a party of 20 since there are no reservations. We did not experience any of the negative attitudes posted in other reviews. In fact it was the opposite. Once our tables were cleaned we were quickly sat. Omar, our server, was extremely friendly and attentive. We ordered the Madres chilaquiles and French toast. Both were very good and enough for two people. My wife and I shared and still couldn't finish both. The only down side is they didn't have their margaritas up and going. The mimosas were very good as were the flight of special coffee. They also brought out a special waffle for the birthday girl. The only suggestion I have is to include two eggs with the chilaquiles. All this to say this place is worth your time. read more
